Fluorescence Microscopy of Nanoscale Silver Oxide Thin Films

The experimental conditions for photoactivated intermittent fluorescence from nanoscale silver oxide were studied with fluorescence microscopy.Strong fluorescence was observed from the Ag2O particles with size of 10-20nm excited with both blue and green light .We observed the saturation of Photoexcitation with blue light and explained the experimental results using the model of agglomeration of silver atoms to form small clusters and the fluorescence of Ag2 and Ag3 clusters.     

Modulation properties of spatial three-waveguide system using weakly coupled mode theory

Based on the weakly coupled mode theory, the modulation properties of three-waveguide system are analyzed in general. We examine the modulation behavior for two cases that a voltage is applied on the beam-launched waveguide or non-beam-launched waveguide. The analytical intensity distributions in both cases are given. Applications of the spatial multi-waveguide coupling systems include spatial light modulators, optical switches, optical interconnection, and spatial optical signal processing.

AN ELECTRON MICROSCOPIC STUDY ON CELL REFORMATION OF CHIROCEPHALUS YOLK GRANULES CULTURED IN VITRO

The reformation of nuclei and cells on the basis of yolk granules in vitro has been examined under electron microscope by using the mature ooeytes of the middle female intersex of Chirocephalus nankinensis. And it has been shown that the forms of reformed nuclear and cellular structures vary, which may be related to the developmental stages of the middle female intersex, types of reforming process, culturing times as well as internal and external conditions of yolk granules. We have also studied the structural changes of yolk granules and some transition forms during the reformation of nuclei and cells. The results are fairly in agreement with those of our previous reports, i. e. the time-lapse microcinematographic and phase contrast studies on the cell reformation of yollk granules in vitro and the electron microscopic investigations on the cell reformation of yolk granules of mature oocytes in situ.

拟多维高效液相色谱法分离纯化双峰驼精清中的活性蛋白

利用一种新的高效液相色谱洗脱技术，建立了 ｐＨ缓冲液／离子对二元洗脱模式，对双峰驼精清的两种提取物的反相柱上进行了分离，得到了较纯的活性蛋白组分。该法操作简单、快速、比常规ＨＰＬＣ有更高的选择性及峰容量，并可减少活性蛋白的失活。     

纳米TiO2膜用于光催化氧化测定化学需氧量的研究

A photocatalytic oxidation method for determination of chemical oxygen demand （COD） using nano-TiO2 film, based on the use of a nano-TiO2-Ce（SO4）2 system and electrochemical detection, was proposed. The technique was originated from the direct determination of the Ce（Ⅲ） concentration change resulting from photocatalytic oxidation of organic compounds. Ce（Ⅲ）, which was produced by photocatalytic reduction of Ce（SO4）2, could be measured at a multi-walled carbon nanotubes （MWNT） chemically modified electrode （CME）. The COD values by this method were calculated from the differential pulse voltammetry （DPV） current of Ce（Ⅲ） at the CME. Under the optimal operation conditions, the detection limit of 0.5 mg·L^-1 COD with the linear range of 1-600 mg·L^-1 was achieved. This method was also applied to determination of various COD of ground water and wastewater samples. The resuits were in good agreement with those from the conventional COD methods, i.e., permanganate and dichromate ones.     

Synthesis and Structure of Dimolybdenum Carbonyl Thiolate Compound [Et4N]2[Mo2（CO）8（SC6H4—CH3—m）2]

三苄基氯化锡及其衍生物的合成

三苄基氯化锡最初用格氏法制得。Keiti等曾报道由锡和苄基氯直接制备,这时溶剂对反应的影响很大:用水作溶剂时得到三苄基锡;用甲苯作溶剂时得到二苄基二氯化锡;用正丁醇作溶剂时三苄基氯化锡的产率只有61％。在反应体系中加入KI、KBr或H_3PO_4等催化剂,三苄基氯化锡的产率也只有60％。本文用DMF作溶剂,AlCl_3-I_2作催化剂,并首次在反应体系中加入镁、锌、铝和钠等使副产物氯化亚锡还原成活性很高的金属锡,后者再与等基氯反应,可使三苄基氯化锡的产率提高到91.3％。文中还报导三种尚     

离子选择电极—流动注射分析法动力学测定葡萄糖存在下的果糖

本文将离子电极与流动注射分析相结合，利用３０℃下，在强碱性介质中，果糖和葡萄糖与２，４－二硝基酚钠反应速度明显差异，动力学测定了葡萄糖存在下果糖的含量。自制了２，４－二硝基酚电极作为动力学电位测定用的工作电极。本法测定果糖的范围为０．０２～１．００ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，其ＲＳＤ为４．０％～４．９％，ＲＥ为１．０～５．０％；当Ｃ葡／Ｃ果≤３倍时，葡萄糖的干扰不超过５％；本法也曾成功地用于果葡萄浆测定，其ＲＳＤ
