Four heterogeneous colors of fluorescence were demonstrated in macrophages from rabbit lymph nodes and mouse peritoneal exudate using fluorescent staining. They were bright blue, light blue, bluish green and yellow colors of fluorescence respectively. All of these 4 types of macrophages with heterogeneous colors of fluorescence could form EA or EAC rosettes and were able to phagocytose chicken erythrocytes and ink carbon granules. Among them the macrophages with bright blue color of fluorescence could form large EA or EAC rosettes and showed more rapid and stronger activity to phagocytose chicken erythrocytes, while those with bluish green and yellow colors of fluorescence showed stronger activity to phagocytose ink carbon granules. 相似文献

The reduction of eytochrome b in the succinate-cytoehrome c reduetase by either succinate or duroquinol follows a triphasic course in the pH range 6.0—9.0. The rates of all the three phases of cytochrome b oxldation-reduction as well as the rate of reduction of cytochrome c increase with increasing pH. The course of both the triphasic changes and the multiphasic oxidation-reduction changes of cytochrome b in the presence of added cytochrome c have also been followed by repeated spectral scan at 4℃. In all cases, the reduction and oxidation of cytochrome b are clearly indicated by the appearance and disappearance of the 562 nm peak in the reduced minus oxidized spectra. The accumulation of ubisemiquinone at center i has been suggested to be responsible for the oxidation phase of cytochrome b. 相似文献

The effects of reduction by DTT, oxidation by DTNB and treatment with NEM on the thiol contents and insulin binding to its receptor in mice liver membranes were studied. Reduction with DTT leads to a parallel increase in the thiol content and the speciflc binding of insulin to the membrane. Scatchard analysis of the results shows little change in the number of binding sites but a twofold increase of the binding constant. Washing the membrane with bound insulin by a DTT containing buffer results in a more marked increase in the release of bound insulin than washing with buffer alone, suggesting that part of the insulin is bound to its receptor by covalent disulfide linkages through a thIol-disulfide exchange reaction and reduction with DTT leads to a marked increase in this "disulfide-linked" insulin. Treatment with DTNB or NEM of the DTT-reduced membrane seems to reverse the effect of DTT reduction, although the reaction of the untreated membrane with DTNB or NEM had little or no effect on the specific 相似文献

首先用苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯一聚苯乙烯制成共聚体,测定这些产品在甲苯中的溶胀度、表观体积、表观密度及孔度占共聚体中的百分数。然后用下列方法:(1)共聚体经过氯甲基化后,以四次乙烯基五与之反应;(2)共聚体经过硝化后,再以氯化亚锡或多硫化钠,使之还原,得到两种弱碱性阴离子交换树脂。最后用碘甲烷将上述两种树脂季铵化,得到部分含强碱基的树脂。 从实验知道用上述共聚体制成的树脂,其交换容量、机械强度及引入交换基团的速率等均较用一般方法所得到的共聚体为高。 相似文献

CeO2-ZrO2复合氧化物对金属蜂窝整体催化剂性能的影响 总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7
用浸渍法制备了不同比例的CeO2-ZrO2复合氧化物,并用XRD,H2-TPR和BET等研究了复合氧化物的晶相、还原性能及热稳定性.结果表明,所制备的CeO2-ZrO2复合氧化物形成了固溶体,Ce0.6Zr0.4O2比Ce0.90Zr0.10O2更容易被H2还原;1100℃老化后,晶胞参数无明显变化,比表面积仍有11.8m2/g.模拟二冲程摩托车尾气组成,对用贵金属Pt,Pd,Rh与CeO2及CeO2-ZrO2固溶体所制备的催化剂进行了活性评价.结果显示,1100℃老化后,催化剂仍具有很高的氧化活性.在贫氧区,Pt-Pd-Rh/Ce0.6Zr0.4O2-Al2O3对碳氢化合物氧化的催化活性则有一定的优势,是一种具有较高热稳定性的催化剂. 相似文献
