枸橼酸铋制剂中铋元素的溶出量分析

微波消解溶样，ICP—AES法测定了枸橼酸铋制剂中铋元素的含量及其在人工胃液和人工肠液中的溶出量。结果表明，枸橼酸铋制剂中的铋元素在人工肠液中的溶出量明显高于人工胃液。方法的检出限为12ng／mL，相对标准偏差(n=7)为3．84％。     

二阶Volterra系统对平稳正态激励的统计响应的表示定理的数学证明

1974年,Neal根据Kac和Siegert的思想,给出了一个在电子工程、海洋工程、建筑工程、航空工程、自动控制的随机振动中有重要应用的二阶Volterra非线性系统对平稳正态输入的统计响应的表示定理.1984年,Naess对此定理又给出了一个数学证明.经过研究后发现,他们对定理条件的叙述都是模糊的,而且其数学证明都是有问题的.本文重新讨论了这个表示定理,给出了明确的定理条件及严格的数学证明,为它的广泛应用奠定了理论基础.     

Investigation of External Optical Feedback Resistance of IC—DFB and GC—DFB Lasers Using a Very Simple Experimental set—up

We study the external optical feedback resistance of both index-coupled(IC) and gain-coupled distributed feed-back(DFB) lasers using a very simple experimental set-up.Though IC-DFB lasers with large coupling coefficients are found to be less sensitive to external reflection,they suffer from mode instability at high injection level.On the other hand ,the introduction of gain-coupling mechanism can significantly improve both the immunity of external optical feedback and the single mode yield of the device.     

真空中氧化铝陶瓷沿面耐压试验

真空中陶瓷绝缘子的耐压能力严重受到其表面性能的制约，在远低于同尺寸的真空间隙的耐压强度和绝缘子体耐压水平的情况下，绝缘子就出现了击穿现象，即沿面闪络击穿。利用真空绝缘实验装置选用95氧化铝陶瓷和掺锰铬氧化铝陶瓷样品进行表面耐压试验，对不同组分的陶瓷样品的耐压性能比较，并探讨表面处理及测试法对绝缘子表面绝缘性能的影响。     

红外光谱法测定高碱性磺酸盐的碱值

采用简单、快速且有选择性的红外光谱法测定高碱性磺酸盐添加剂的碱值。在高碱性磺酸盐同一张谱图上,可以测定到在865厘米～(-1),1180厘米～(-1)分别属于δco_3～(2-),v_(asso)振动的吸收强度,由于样品厚度未知,而采用了吸收比的方法。     

INTERNALIZATION OF GAP JUNCTIONS BETWEEN NEURON AND GLIAL CELL AND FORMATION OF ANNULAR LAMELLAR BODIES IN CHINESE LEECH Whitmania pigra

This paper reveals the formation of annular lamellar body (ALB) in the ganglion of leech by means of in situ fixation and the lanthanum nitrate tracer technique. This formation involves both wrapping and internalization of the gap junctions between glial processes themselves, as well as between neuron and glial process. The results indicate that there is probably an active process of internalization of membrane structures involving gap junctions between neuron and glial cell in the central nervous system in leech. The functions of ALB are discussed.     

MORPHOLOGICAL STUDIES OF PET FILMS WITH DIFFERENT CRYSTALLIZATION RATE IN DRAWING PROCESSES

Morphological changes during stretching of two PET samples (S and T) with different crystallization rate have been studied by means of SALS, solvent etching and polarizing microscope techniques. Results show that under the same drawing conditions larger and more perfect rod-like and spherulitic superstructures were formed more easily in the sample with higher crystallization rate (sample S). The amount of less compact regions which may be easily attacked by the vapor of allyl amine decreases more rapidly in sample S than in sample T during stretching, and these regions are more randomly distributed in sample T especially at low elongations. The difference of the two samples in morphological changes is coincident with their difference in tensile behavior.     

A New Triterpenoid Saponin and a New Glycoside from Epigynum aurilum

A new triterpenoid saponin with novel sugar moiety (1), a new trisaccharide derivative (2), as well as a known monosaccharide derivative (3), were isolated from the dried stem of Epigyhum aurilum. The structures of compounds 1 and 2 were determined by MS and NMR spectram analyses.     

褪黑激素受体拮抗剂的三维定量构效关系研究

采用两种分子场分析方法即比较分子场分析法（CoMFA）和比较分子相似因子分析法（CoMSIA）进行了37个褪黑激素受体拮抗剂的构效关系研究.计算结果表明，两种方法得到的构效关系模型都具有较好的预测能力.在计算中，还考察了不同格点距离和电荷计算方法对构效关系模型的影响.通过分析分子场等值面图在空间的分布，可以观察到叠合分子周围分子场特征对化合物活性的影响，为设计新的褪黑激素拮抗剂提供了一些理论依据.
