为保护旧工业建筑的文化价值,助力解决棕地治理问题,提高地区竞争软实力,本文基于演化博弈理论构建了旧工业建筑再生利用的政企演化博弈模型,分析了博弈双方的演化稳定性及最优策略。博弈分析结果显示:政企双方存在四种演化稳定策略;企业对旧工业建筑进行再生利用的成本和收益、政府对相关企业的奖惩措施、旧工业建筑文化保护领域的媒体曝光度都会直接影响博弈结果。为实现可持续发展,政府应引入第三方监管机构,建立奖惩机制并广泛宣传旧工业建筑中蕴含的文化内涵;企业应主动寻求技术创新,积累再生利用旧工业建筑的相关经验。 相似文献

The (GeTe)x(AgSbTe2)100-x alloys, also called TAGS-x in short, have long been demonstrated as a promising candidate for thermoelectric applications with successful services as the p-type leg in radioisotope thermoelectric generators for space missions. This largely stems from the complex band structure for a superior electronic performance and strong anharmonicity for a low lattice thermal conductivity. Utilization of the proven strategies including carrier concentration optimization, band and defects engineering, an extraordinary thermoelectric figure of merit, zT, has been achieved in TAGS-based alloys. Here, crystal structure, band structure, microstructure, synthesis techniques and thermoelectric transport properties of TAGS-based alloys, as well as successful strategies for manipulating the thermoelectric performance, are surveyed with opportunities for further advancements. Here, a series of starburst triphenylamine(WD8) derivatives for dye-sensitized solar cells(DSSCs) applications have been designed. The frontier molecular orbitals(FMOs) property, absorption spectra, and charge transfer rate property of WD8 and its derivatives were simulated. We also evaluated the FMOs energies and absorption spectra of WD8 and its derivatives with the TiO2 cluster. The simulation results show that the phenothiazine-triphenylamine and 2-cyanoacetic acid groups in the ortho-position will increase the HOMO energy, decrease the LUMO energy, and narrow the HOMO-LUMO gap of WD8. The charge injection from WD8 and its derivatives to TiO2 should be more favorable. The phenothiazine-triphenylamine and 2-cyanoacetic acid groups in the ortho-position will decrease the electron and hole injection barriers of WD8. The phenothiazinetriphenylamine and 2-cyanoacetic acid groups in the ortho-position will improve the absorption spectra properties of WD8. The absorption spectra of WD8 and its derivatives with the TiO2 cluster would have a red shift. The phenothiazine-triphenylamine and 2-cyanoacetic acid groups in the ortho-position will increase the charge transfer property of WD8. 相似文献

采用Na OH水溶液对β分子筛进行碱处理,利用XRD、N_2-Physisorption、XRF、NH_3-TPD及SEM等表征手段,使用苯与苯甲醇为反应物进行傅-克烷基化反应,对碱处理前后β分子筛的物性和反应性能进行了研究.实验结果表明:随着碱处理程度的加深,β分子筛的孔径增大,催化剂外比表面积显著增加,β分子筛的弱酸强度和弱酸总量有所下降,由此带来的反应结果是苯甲醇的转化率显著提高.对于孔径最大的催化剂,在常压下80℃时进行反应,当反应时间为140 min时,苯甲醇的转化率已达到100%,选择性有所提高. 相似文献

利用已建立的二氢叶酸还原酶抑制剂的毛细管电泳法筛选模型,研究了10种中草药有效成分对二氢叶酸还原酶的抑制作用.经实验测定发现木樨草素、表儿荼素、紫杉醇和槲皮素对二氢叶酸还原酶(DHFR)有抑制作用,且抑制效果为木樨草素>紫杉醇>表儿荼素>槲皮素.通过对产物NADP(氧化型辅酶Ⅱ)峰面积的定量测定,计算了4种抑制剂的抑制率. 相似文献
