核心素养视角的整合与进阶教学例析——以“电容器的电容”为例

以教学整合和学习进阶为主线,以培养学生核心素养为目标,通过"电容器的电容"为例分析概念和模型的建构过程,融合科学探究和科学思维要素,在静电场的单元内进行前后的关联和拓展,实现学生思维的发展和进阶.     

亲和超滤耦联液相色谱-质谱快速检测山楂叶中的α-淀粉酶抑制剂

建立了用于快速检测山楂叶中α-淀粉酶抑制剂的生物亲和超滤方法。考察了磷酸盐缓冲液的pH值、离子强度、孵育时间、孵育温度、α-淀粉酶浓度等影响亲和超滤的因素,最终选择了10 mmol/L磷酸盐缓冲液(pH 7.4)作为孵育溶液,在37℃孵育45 min,淀粉酶浓度为10 g/L。在优化条件下,将本法应用于山楂叶总黄酮的α-淀粉酶抑制剂的筛选,得到3个活性成分,分别鉴定为槲皮素-3-o-鼠李糖基-(1→4)-葡萄糖基-(1→4)-鼠李糖苷、牡荆素-2″-葡萄糖苷、牡荆素-2″-鼠李糖苷。这3个化合物的α-淀粉酶抑制活性为首次报道。     

中子辐照氢气氛生长硅的红外吸收

用傅里叶变换红外吸收光谱技术测量了中子辐照氢气氛生长区熔硅在1800—2300cm^-1和400—1200cm^-1频段的吸收光谱。给出了较强谱带的退火曲线。与质子注入硅的红外光谱及中子辐照氢气氛生长硅的深能级瞬态谱结果相比较,讨论了相应于一些谱带的硅氢中心的可能结构。 关键词：     

中子辐照含氢硅中的与氢有关的深能级缺陷

利用深能级瞬态谱(简称DLTS),恒温下瞬态电容技术及红外吸收光谱,研究了中子辐照氢气氛中生长的n型区熔硅。相应于间隙氢的红外吸收谱带中子辐照后强度减弱。首次观察到未经退火就出现了能级为E_c=0.20eV的一个新的缺陷——Z中心,由于该中心的能级很接近于A中心,而浓度又较A中心低得多,通过改变中子剂量使费密能级处于A中心以下几个kT处,才能精确地测定Z中心的DLTS峰所在的温度。根据实验判断Z中心很可能是氢与空位的复合物,讨论了它的可能电子结构。 关键词：     

Generation of Nonlinear Evolution Equations by Reductions of the Self-Dual Yang–Mills Equations

With the help of some reductions of the self-dual Yang Mills （briefly written as sdYM） equations, we introduce a Lax pair whose compatibility condition leads to a set of （2 ＋ 1）-dimensional equations. Its first reduction gives rise to a generalized variable-coefficient Burgers equation with a forced term. Furthermore, the Burgers equation again reduces to a forced Burgers equation with constant coefficients, the standard Burgers equation, the heat equation, the Fisher equation, and the Huxley equation, respectively. The second reduction generates a few new （2 ＋ 1）-dimensional nonlinear integrable systems, in particular, obtains a kind of （2 ＋ 1）-dimensional integrable couplings of a new （2 ＋ 1）- dimensional integrable nonlinear equation.     

一类NLS-mKdV方程族的扩展可积系统

利用代数变换，构造了与文献［５］中的loop代数₂的子代数等价的loop代数1的一个子 代数₁.再将₁扩展为一个高维的loop代数.利用设计了一个等谱问题 ，结合子代数间的直 和运算和同构关系，得到了NLS_mKdV方程族的一类扩展可积系统.作为约化情形，求得了著 名的Schrdinger方程与mKdV方程的可积耦合系统. 关键词： loop代数 可积系统 等谱问题     

Two types of loop algebras and their expanding Lax integrable models

Though various integrable hierarchies of evolution equations were obtained by choosing proper U in zero-curvature equation U_t-V_x+[U,V]=0, but in this paper, a new integrable hierarchy possessing bi-Hamiltonian structure is worked out by selecting V with spectral potentials. Then its expanding Lax integrable model of the hierarchy possessing a simple Hamiltonian operator \widetilde{J} is presented by constructing a subalgebra \widetilde{G } of the loop algebra \widetilde A₂. As linear expansions of the above-mentioned integrable hierarchy and its expanding Lax integrable model with respect to their dimensional numbers, their (2+1)-dimensional forms are derived from a (2+1)-dimensional zero-curvature equation.     

Discrete Integrable Couplings of the Volterra Lattice

A practicable way to construct discrete integrable couplings is proposed by making use of two types of semi-direct sum Lie algebras. As its application, two kinds of discrete integrable couplings of the Volterra lattice are worked out.     

γ射线辐照氢气氛生长硅产生的Si—H中心红外吸收带及其指认

用Fourier变换红外吸收光谱(FT-IR)和深能级瞬态谱(DLTS)技术研究了γ射线辐照与中子辐照硅,发现γ射线辐照单晶硅中双空位的产生率很低,可以用它帮助鉴别辐照点缺陷。γ射线辐照氢气氛生长硅产生的Si—H中心伸缩振动吸收带数目较中子辐照的为少,只产生了1832,2054和1980cm^-1三条新的谱带。本文讨论了它们的模型并估算了它们的光吸收截面。     

结构参数对高温超导绕组线圈磁化损耗影响分析

为了研究高温超导电力设备的绕组密度对其磁化损耗的影响,优化绕组线圈结构,减小交流损耗。利用有限元仿真软件,建立了多匝双根单饼线圈绕组的二维轴对称模型。在外加交变磁场条件下,分别改变超导绕组线圈匝数、匝间间距,分析磁化损耗的变化规律。结果表明,线圈间存在屏蔽作用,在一定范围内,超导线圈匝数越多,磁化损耗越小,匝间间距与超导线圈的磁化损耗正相关。
