一种快速抽提微量成分的热逆流提取装置

液固萃取在化学实验及研究中常常遇到,索氏提取器是液团萃取普遍采用的装置,它具有简单、提取率高等特点,但采用索氏提取器从较大体积的固体样品中提取微量成分是很困难的。对于要求在较高温度下进行液固萃取也难于实现。为此我们设计了一种热逆流提取器,它不仅可满足上述要求,而且使萃取过程连续化。该装置主要由单口烧瓶、三颈烧瓶和热逆流提取器组成(图1)。     

X射线荧光光谱铝环-双层压片法测定土壤中常量和微量元素

本文提出用铝环-双层压片法制片,经验系数法校正吸收-增强效应,对少量土壤样品中的常量和微量元素进行了定量测定。取样量为500 mg,制样与测量精确度好于5%,用本法对标样的分析表明,分析值与推荐值基本一致,本法具有简单、快速、成本低的特点,适用于少量样品的分析。     

光梯度力与激光捕获

从电偶极子在非均匀电磁场中所受梯度力出发,用光的电磁理论和电解质小球的电偶极子模型,论述了介质小球在光场中所受光梯度力与光强梯度成正比,并以此来定量说明激光对介质小球的捕获原理.     

Water-based processed and alkoxide-based processed indium oxide thin-film transistors at different annealing temperatures

In this study,indium oxide(In_2O_3) thin-film transistors(TFTs) are fabricated by two kinds of low temperature solution-processed technologies(Ta ≤ 300?C),i.e.,water-based(DIW-based) process and alkoxide-based(2-ME-based)process.The thickness values,crystallization properties,chemical structures,surface roughness values,and optical properties of In_2O_3 thin-films and the electrical characteristics of In_2O_3 TFTs are studied at different annealing temperatures.Thermal annealing at higher temperature leads to an increase in the saturation mobility(μsat) and a negative shift in the threshold voltage(VTH).The DIW-based processed In_2O_3-TFT annealed at 300?C exhibits excellent device performance,and one annealed at 200?C exhibits an acceptable μsat of 0.86 cm~2/V·s comparable to that of a-Si:H TFTs,whereas the 2-ME-based TFT annealed at 300?C exhibits an abundant μsat of 1.65 cm~2/Vs and one annealed at 200?C is inactive.The results are attributed to the fact that the DIW-based process induces a higher degree of oxidation and less defect states than the 2-ME-based process at the same temperature.The DIW-based process for fabricating the In_2O_3 TFT opens the way for the development of nontoxic,low-cost,and low-temperature oxide electronics.     

Microwave Assistant Synthesis and Dimeric Crystal Structure of 2-(((6-Chloropyridin-3-yl)-methyl)thio)-5-(pyridin-4-yl)-1,3,4-thiadiazole

The title compound 2-(((6-chloropyridin-3-yl)methyl)thio)-5-(pyridin-4-yl)-1,3,4-thiadiazole 5(C26H18Cl2N8S4) was synthesized, and its structure was confirmed by 1H NMR, MS and elemental analyses and X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 9.452(4), b = 12.335(4), c = 13.017(5) A, α = 90.624(5), β = 110.541(5), γ =104.879(4)°, Dc = 1.561 g/cm3, Z = 2, V = 1364.9(9) A3, F(000) = 656, the final R = 0.0300 and w R = 0.0635 for 4206 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). The preliminary biological test showed that the title compound has activities against Stemphylium lycopersici(Enjoji) Yamamoto, Fusarium oxysporum. sp. cucumebrium, and Botrytis cinerea with inhibitory activities to be 9.82%, 44.44% and 20.00%, respectively.     

液-固色谱流动相体积分数层次结构模型与保留值的关系

用液-固色谱流动相"假定"的体积分数层次结构模型,可得到质点团溶解溶质时的体积分数,进而得到共溶剂中溶质的溶解度、固定相上的溶质吸附量,从而推导出多元流动相组成与溶质保留值的关系.如三元流动相与溶质保留值的关联式为:lnk'=φB3lnk'B3 φB2lnk'B2 φB1lnk'B1 φB1(φB20.5 φB30.5)ln(q)(外Ⅱ) φB30.5φB21.0φB11.5ln(q)(外Ⅰ),经实验数据拟合,本式较其他关联式略胜一筹.

氨基酸配位聚合物[Co(L-trp)(D-trp)]n

The coordination polymer [Co(L-trp)(D-trp)]_n (where L-trp is L-tryptophan or (S)-2-Amino-3-(3-indolyl)propionic acid and D-trp is D-tryptophan or (R)-2-Amino-3-(3-indolyl)propionic acid) was prepared by hydro-thermal method. The structure and physicochemical properties were characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction structure determination, infrared spectroscopy, elemental analysis and cyclic vohammogram. The crystal data for the title compound: Monoclinic, P2₁/c, β=98.024(2)°, a=1.959 5(3) nm, b=0.546 45(7) nm, c=0.905 54(17) nm, Z=2, μ=0.934 mm^-1, R₁=0.063 2, wR₂=0.155 3. The crystal structure shows a two-dimensional double chain plane structure feature. The cyrstallized coordination polymer has a centrosymmetric space group. Each Co²⁺ is coordinated with a pair of racemes, and the complex is a mesomer. CCDC: 651088.     

Persistent Current in a Mesoscopic Ring Side-Attached with a Quantum Dot

We theoretically investigate properties of the ground state of a closed dot-ring system with a magnetic flux in the Kondo regime by means of a tight-banding Anderson Hamiltonian, using the Slave-Boson mean-field approach. The persistent current shows interesting dependences on the parity and on the size of the system. The signature of Kondo resonance at ζk/L = 0.15 is expected to be observed experimentally in the future. With the intensity of the coupling tD changes from weak to strong, the properties of the system changes largely, which are different from the in-line one because of the attached dot.
