分析HPLC法测定排石颗粒中芦丁含量的不确定度.通过建立HPLC法测定含量的数学模型,找出影响不确定度的因素,并对各个不确定度因素进行评估、计算,由此计算合成不确定度,最终给出测量结果的扩展不确定度和置信水平.合成不确定度为0.026;扩展不确定度为0.007%;扩展不确定度为0.007%,排石颗粒含量/%测定结果为(0.13士0.007)%.建立HPLC法的不确定度分析与计算方法适用于颗粒制剂HPLC法含量测定不确定度评定. 相似文献

The mung bean trypsin inhibitor has been found to be microheterogeneous at N-terminalregion due to the presence of several isomers. After treatment with aminopeptidase M it becomeshomogeneous and is suitable for sequence determination. Based on the determination of the structures of two active fragments the complete aminoacid sequence of mung bean trypsin inhibitor has been elucidated. It consists of 72 amino acidresidues with 7 pairs of disulfide bonds. The results show that this inhibitor belongs to theBowman-Birk inhibitor family. 相似文献

1 The structure of the bradykinin potentiating peptide component BPP_1 from a 70% methanol extract of the lyophilyzed powder of pit viper from Zhejiang Province is shown as follows: Glu·Gly·Arg·Pro·Pro·Gly·Pro·Pro·Ile·Pro·Pro2 When the pyroglutamyl residue was removed by pyroglutamate aminopeptidase, the activity of BPP_1 was enhanced two-fold but decreased gradually during the course of Edman degradation. The above facts show that the structure integrity of the C-terminal is absolutely necessary for the activity of BPP_1. 相似文献

对文蛤中分离得到的一种新糖肽MGP0501进行体内抗肿瘤活性评价和免疫调节功能研究。采用移植性肿瘤研究法接种,考察MGP0501对S180肉瘤、EAC腹水瘤和肝癌Heps小鼠的瘤组织的影响;通过对不同器官组织的毒性实验,考察MGP0501抗肿瘤的可能机制。MGP0501浓度为6mg·kg-1时,对S180和Heps抑瘤率分别为69.72%和66.43%,对EAC瘤生命延长率为15.91%,显著高于Cy抗肿瘤作用;MGP0501浓度为150μg·mL-1时,对正常小鼠脾淋巴细胞的刺激指数是1.21,对移植瘤S180和Heps小鼠的免疫器官有显著增强作用。MGP0501是一种新型的抗肿瘤糖肽,在体内具有稳定的抗肿瘤作用和免疫调节功能。 相似文献
