1,1,1-三[3-（2-苯并咪唑基）-2-氧杂丙基]丙烷镍配合物合成以及结构测定

合成了一个新的三脚架结构配体及其镍配合物的晶体。该晶体属单斜晶系， P2_l/n空间群，a = 1.2151(4) nm, b = 1.5535(5) nm, c = 2.1740(7) nm, β = 90.551(18)°, V = 4.103(2) nm~3, Z = 4, M_r = 834.03, R = 0.0556, wR = 0.1256, μ = 0.541 mm~(-1), F(000) = 1758。配合物中Ni与配体的三个N和 三个O构成六配位变形八面体结构。晶体中存在着分子间氢键，晶体结构依靠库仑 力和氢键作用而稳定。     

Synthesis,Crystal Structure and Antitumor Activity of a Ca(Ⅱ) Coordination Polymer Based on 4-Acetylphenoxyacetate Ligands

A novel Ca(Ⅱ) coordination polymer,[Ca L₂(H₂O)₂]_n (1,HL=4-acetylphenoxyacetic acid) has been synthesized with 4-acetylphenoxyacetic acid,Ca(ClO_4)₂·4H₂O and Na OH as raw materials.Complex 1 was characterized by elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.The results show that the Ca(Ⅱ)ion is eight-coordinated in a distorted triangular dodecahedral geometric configuration with six carboxylate Oatoms of four L ligands and two O atoms of two coordinated water molecules.Complex 1 forms a one-dimensional chained structure by the bridging effect of carboxylate O atoms.The antitumor activity of HLligand and complex 1 has also been investigated.     

Synthesis,Crystal Structure and Antitumor Activity of a Na(Ⅰ) Coordination Polymer Based on 2-Propyl-4,5-imidazoledicarboxylic Acid and 1,10-Phenanthroline Ligands

A new Na(I) coordination polymer, [Na2(Hpimdc)(H2 pimdc)(phen)2]n(1), has been synthesized by the reaction of NaOH with 2-propyl-4,5-imidazoledicarboxylic acid(H3 pimdc)and 1,10-phenanthroline(phen). The Na(I) coordination polymer 1 was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and elemental analysis. In 1, the bridged ligand H3 pimdc adopts two modes(singly deprotonated and doubly deprotonated) to coordinate with the Na(I) ion.The Na(1) ion is six-coordinated with three N atoms from a phen ligand and a H2 pimdc ligand,three O atoms from a Hpimdc ligand and two other different H2 pimdc ligands. The Na(2) ion is also six-coordinated with three N atoms from a phen ligand and a Hpimdc ligand, three O atoms from a H2 pimdc ligand and other two different Hpimdc ligands. Complex 1 exhibits a 1 D chain structure built up by μ-H2 pimdc-and μ-Hpimdc2-ligands. The antitumor activities of complex 1 against human SGC7901, A549 and H08910 cells have been tested.

苯磺酰苯丙氨酸、邻菲咯啉Mg(Ⅱ)配合物的合成、晶体结构及抗菌活性

以MgCl2、苯磺酰苯丙氨酸(BPPA)和邻菲咯啉为原料,合成了一个新型镁配合物[Mg(BPPA)2(phen)(H2O)2].(phen).2(H2O)。对其进行了元素分析、红外光谱分析,并用X-射线衍射测定了它的单晶结构。结果表明:配合物属于三斜晶系,P空间群,配合物分子通过分子内和分子间氢键以及π-π堆积作用形成了一维链状结构。初步研究了配体及配合物的抗菌活性,配合物对大肠杆菌、白葡萄球菌及枯草芽孢杆菌有一定的抗菌活性,而配体却没有抗菌活性。     

稀土硝酸盐与1,1,1-三(4′-二苯胺甲酰基-2′-氧杂丁基)丙烷配合物的合成及谱学性质

三角架型配体由于其独特的配位方式而具有许多优良的物理和化学性质 ,如能稳定高氧化态的过渡金属离子[1 3] ,用作优良的电极活性物质[4] ,具有生物活性[5] 等 .因此近十余年来对该类配合物的研究一直是配位化学研究领域的一个重要部分 .但到目前为止 ,对具有三角架结构的三酰胺型开链冠醚的研究却很少 ,且主要集中于研究它与过渡金属和碱金属离子的相互作用及其性质[4,5] ,有关该类配体与稀土离子的配位形式及性质的研究则更少[6] .为了进一步研究该类配体与稀土离子的配位能力及所形成配合物的性质 ,我们参照文献 [5]方法 ,合成出配体 1 ,…

Crystal Structure and Antitumor Activity of Tri[2-[N-（4′-methyl-benzylsulfonyl）amino]ethyl]-amine

The crystal structure of the title compound (C27H38N4O7S3, Mr = 626.79) has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of triclinic, space group Pīwith a = 9.411(1), b = 11.645(2), c = 14.672(2) (A。), α = 91.80(1), β = 95.36(1), γ =104.56(1)o, V = 1547.0 (A。)3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.346 g/cm3, λ = 0.71073 (A。), μ(MoKα) = 0.289 mm－1 and F(000) = 664. The structure was refined to R = 0.0406 and wR = 0.1177 for 4103 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the title compound is a practically distorted tetrahedron and each molecule contains one lattice H2O by hydrogen bond. The antitumor activity of the title compound against HL-60 human leukemia cells has also been studied by MTT method.
