A new 3D metal organic framework, {[Zn4(dna)4(dpb)2(H2O)2]·H2O}n(1, H2 dna = 4,6-dimethyl-5-nitroisophthalic acid; dpb = 1,4-bis-(4-pyridyl)-benzene), has been solvothermally synthesized and characterized by TGA, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 crystalizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 15.169(2), b = 13.0539(18), c = 9.1669(13) A, C18H17N2O8 Zn, Mr = 454.71, V = 1798.9(4) A3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.679 g·cm-3, μ = 1.418 mm-1, F(000) = 932, 2.07≤θ≤25.00°, λ(Mo Kα) = 0.71073 A, T = 273(2) K, the final R = 0.0300, w R = 0.0754 and S = 1.028. X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that complex 1 possesses a 3D pcu framework constructed by(4,4)-connected 2D layers and dpb linkers. In addition, the solid state luminescent property of complex 1 at room temperature was also investigated. 相似文献

本文以钙黄素为荧光标记物,使用电击法,研究了不同条件,如浸种液、苗龄、培养基、酶解时间等和电击参数对大麦叶肉原生质体的分离得率及电击导入外源荧光物质的影响。通过电击成功地将荧光标记物钙黄素导入大麦叶肉原生质体内。上述条件和电击参数对获得有活力的大麦叶肉原生质体的数量及电击导入钙黄素的频率均有明显的影响。这些实验结果为进一步进行电击导入GUS等外源基因于大麦叶肉原生质体内、并实现瞬间表达的研究打下了实验基础。 相似文献
