Green-synthesized,low-cost tetracyanodiazafluorene (TCAF) as electron injection material for organic light-emitting diodes

As facile,green,low-cost as possible:One more electron-deficient azaacene (TCAF) with deep LUMO (-4.52 eV), strong electronic affinity,excellent yield,and simple purification procedure was successfully created and explored as good electron injection material.It is believed TCAF would be a promising and pervasive acceptor material and bring in more significant achievements to green and sustainable organic electronics including OLEDs,OFETs,OPVs, and perovskite solar cells,etc.     

基于电喷雾电离质谱的人肝癌细胞HepG2与正常肝细胞L02的N-糖链的定性定量比较

以培养的原发性肝癌细胞HepG2和正常肝细胞L02为研究对象,采用细胞裂解液提取总蛋白,用PNGase F酶解释放N-糖链,以微晶纤维素柱结合石墨碳柱纯化分离N-糖链,通过电喷雾电离质谱(ESI-MS)和串联质谱(MS/MS)对N-糖链进行序列鉴定,以β-环糊精为内标对2种细胞系的N-糖链进行了定量比较分析.结果表明,在肝癌细胞系HepG2和正常细胞系L02中共检测到26种N-糖链,与L02相比,HepG2的大多数高甘露糖型糖链、唾液酸化糖链和岩藻糖基化糖链的数量都明显升高,其中有15种糖链在数量上具有极显著性差异(p0.01),1种糖链具有显著性差异(p0.05).本研究为进一步探索肝癌中各类N-糖链的表达特点及发现早期肝癌糖链标志物提供了参考.     

A purely organic D-π-A-π-D emitter with thermally activated delayed fluorescence and room temperature phosphorescence for near-white OLED

A purely organic D-π-A-π-D type emitter showing thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF) and room temperature phosphorescence(RTP) was designed and synthesized by utilizing the benzophenone as an acceptor and the N-phenyl-2-napthylamine as a donor moiety.It exhibits considerable TADF character in doped PMMA film and room temperature phosphorescence with a long lifetime of 74 ms at466 nm in solid state.The devices with the configuration of ITO/Mo_2 O_3(4 nm)/mCP(30 nm)/mCP:x wt%NP2 BP/TmTyPB(60 nm)/LiF(1.5 nm)/AI(100 nm) were prepared by vacuum evaporation to explore their electroluminescent performance.Intere stingly,the non-doped device has obtained near-white emission with a fluorescence emission peak at 475 nm and a phosphore scence emission peak at 563 nm having the CIE coordinate of(0.23,0.32) and the maximum external quantum efficiency of 1.09%.

CRBN调节剂Avadomide的合成工艺优化

Avadomide是处于Ⅱ期临床阶段用于治疗晚期实体瘤的潜在药物,本文对其合成工艺进行了研究,并对重要中间体的合成工艺进行了优化。以3-硝基邻苯二甲酰亚胺为起始原料,依次经开环、霍夫曼降解、环化、酯的氨解反应、氢氧化钯/碳加氢还原反应得到Avadomide,总收率为46.9%,产物结构经~1H NMR、~(13)C NMR和HRMS表征,纯度经HPLC检测为99.5%。优化后的工艺路线具有反应条件温和、后处理简单、产率高、可操作性强等特点,更适合Avadomide的工业化生产。

The structure of XLPE and the distribution of space charge

The formation and accumulation of space charge under charge treatment are investigated using PWP method. The interaction between space charge and the structure of XLPE is measured using infrared spectroscopy (IR) method. The related mechanism about space charge distribution and the structure of XLPE are discussed.
