天然气水合物作为一种储量大、无污染的清洁能源近些年受到了广泛关注.近20年来,中国进行了较大范围的陆海域天然气水合物储层勘探与储量预测. 2017年,中国地质调查局牵头对南海神狐海域的天然气水合物进行了基于降压渗流原理的试验性开采.国内外已进行的水合物试采工程面临着气体产量低、出砂较多等问题,其最主要的原因之一是开发过程中沉积物内复杂多相渗流机理尚不明晰.本文综述了平行毛细管模型、Kozeny模型等广泛应用于天然气水合物开发渗流分析的理论模型,对比分析了水合物开发多尺度渗流过程模拟方法,简述了国内外含水合物沉积物渗透率测试、渗流过程中沉积物物性演变以及水合物开采室内模拟等方面的渗流实验进展,总结了矿场尺度的天然气水合物储层开采过程中产气数值模拟手段,展望了多相渗流模型、储层原位含水合物样品室内测试及结构与物性演化、矿场尺度数值模拟与水平井压裂技术等应用研究的未来方向与挑战.  相似文献

利用矿渣制备微晶玻璃是提高矿产资源利用率的主要形式之一。本文以白云鄂博尾矿为原料,采用微波一步法制备了CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2(CMAS)系辉石相矿渣微晶玻璃。选择835 ℃作为晶化温度,研究了微波加热对微晶玻璃析晶行为和微观组织的影响。以La2O3作为研究变量探讨了La2O3添加对矿渣微晶玻璃析晶行为的作用。与传统的热处理制度相比,微波加热可以在较短的时间内达到较高的析晶效果。同时La2O3的添加促进了晶粒细化。由拉曼光谱分析,La离子添加会导致玻璃网络中桥氧的增多,促进了辉石相析晶。在La的添加量为4%(质量分数)时硬度最高,达到了829.22 MPa。  相似文献

研究了Galilean炮——即若干个直径递增的弹性球组成的球链---撞击刚性壁回弹的问题。采用三种力学模型:分离刚体的多次"弹性"碰撞、多刚体的接触碰撞、以及有限元模拟,对球链撞击问题进行了分析,旨在给出碰撞结束后末端小球的飞离速度与入射速度的比值。研究表明:球链碰撞反弹后将会散开,末端小球的飞离速度明显大于球链入射速度;当入射球链间存在间隙时,末端小球的速度增幅更加明显。通过实验展现了这种末端小球回弹速度增加的现象。  相似文献

Quality control plays a key role in the application of Chinese materia medica, especially in the preparation of traditional Chinese medicine. A pseudotargeted analysis method using an ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-time-of-flight-mass spectrometry that was operated in the sequential window acquisition of all theoretical spectra mode was proposed to explore the chemical markers of traditional Chinese medicine preparation. Full-scan-based untargeted analysis was applied to extract the target ions. After data preprocessing, 302 target ions were extracted and used for the subsequent sequential window acquisition of all theoretical spectra analyses. The established sequential window acquisition of all theoretical spectra-based pseudotargeted approaches exhibited good repeatability and a wide linear range. The established method was successfully applied to discover analytical markers for the Yuanhu Zhitong tablet. After multivariate statistical analysis, 94 potential markers were identified. Ten markers were annotated by matching accurate m/z and product ion information obtained from previous reports. It is clearly indicated that the pseudotargeted analysis could make a great contribution to the quality assessment of traditional Chinese medicine preparation as a newly emerging technique.  相似文献

Rhodium(III)-catalyzed [4 + 1] cyclization of azobenzenes with α-Cl ketones has been developed. 3-Acyl-2H-indazoles could be easily afforded in up to 97% yields for more than 30 examples. The obtained products are potentially valuable in organic synthesis and drug discovery. This protocol featured with high efficiency, extensive functional group tolerance and mild reaction conditions. The one-step efficient construction of an anti-inflammatory agent confirms the practicability of this procedure.  相似文献

Stimuli-responsive smart photosensitizer (PS) nanoassemblies that allow enhanced delivery and controlled release of PSs are promising for imaging-guided photodynamic therapy (PDT) of tumors. However, the lack of high-sensitivity and spatial-resolution signals and fast washout of released PSs from tumor tissues have impeded PDT efficacy in vivo. Herein, we report tumor targeting, redox-responsive magnetic and fluorogenic PS nanoassemblies ( NP-RGD ) synthesized via self-assembly of a cRGD- and disulfide-containing fluorogenic and paramagnetic small molecule ( 1-RGD ) for fluorescence/magnetic resonance bimodal imaging-guided tumor PDT. NP-RGD show high r1 relaxivity but quenched fluorescence and PDT activity; disulfide reduction by glutathione (GSH) promotes efficient disassembly into a small-molecule probe ( 2-RGD ) and an organic PS (PPa-SH), which could further bind with intracellular albumin, allowing prolonged retention and cascade activation of fluorescence and PDT to ablate tumors.  相似文献

An efficient synthesis of 1,2-unsubstituted indolizines was developed via 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine-1-oxyl (TEMPO)–catalyzed decarboxylation reaction. A series of target products were successfully prepared with the tolerance of a variety of functional groups. 基于密度泛函的第一原理赝势平面波方法,计算晶体结构、电子结构和光学性质,研究硫钒铜矿化合物Cu3VS4、Cu3NbS4和Cu3TaS4的电子输运及电致变色特性,探讨作为透明半导体材料应用于太阳能电池和电致变色器件的可能性.电子结构的计算表明这类化合物是间接带隙半导体,其电子能带的导带底和价带顶分别位于布里渊区的X点和R点.价带顶的电子本征态主要来自于Cu原子的d电子轨道,而导带底电子态主要来源于VB族元素原子的d电子轨道.能带结构、电荷布居分析、电子局域化函数和光吸收及反射谱的计算表明这些硫钒铜矿化合物属于极性共价半导体,具有较高的电荷迁移率和优良的电致变色特性,可应用于高效电致变色器件.  相似文献

Photopolymerization is extensively used in today's industrial field due to its advantages of rapid reaction, environmental friendly, energy saving and economical. Benzophenone is a most common photoinitiator (PI) using in photopolymerization because of its superior ability to initiate acrylate monomers. However, the intrinsic nature of initiator molecules is that they migrate out of polymer network, which limits its application, especially in the domain of food packaging materials. A polymerizable PI 4‐methylbenzophenone acrylate (MBPAc) was synthesized by a facile procedure and characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and MS analyses. A systematic study of the photopolymerization kinetics of MBPAc was explored by the Real‐Time Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer. The results show that the final conversion and photopolymerization rate of acrylate monomers are closely related to the factors of their chemical structure, viscosity, functionality and light intensity, which means MBPAc is an efficient PI. Ultraviolet‐visible Spectrophotometer and vitro cytotoxicity measurement results indicate that the noncytotoxic MBPAc shows significantly lower migration than its analogue. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
