The processing delay is incorporated into the influence function of the well-known Cucker–Smale model for self-organized systems with multiple agents. Both symmetric and non-symmetric pairwise influence functions are considered, and a Lyapunov functional approach is developed to establish the existence of flocking solutions for the proposed delayed Cucker–Smale model. With the development of molecular quantitative genetics, particularly, genetic linkage map construction, quantitative trait loci mapping or genes fine mapping and association analysis etc., more and more PCR products separated in polyacrylamide gels need to be silver‐stained. However, conventional silver‐staining procedures are complicated and time‐consuming as they require a lot of preparation and handling of several solutions prior to use. In this study, a simple and rapid protocol for silver staining of PCR products was developed. The number of steps was reduced compared to conventional protocols, thus achieving detection of PCR products in 7 min, saving time and resources. Fixation and staining solution and developing solution in present staining procedure allowed a reutilization for 12 and 8 times, respectively, reducing the cost greatly. Meanwhile, the sensitivity was significantly improved with the improved method and the minimum of 0.097 ng/μL of DNA amount can be detected in denaturing polyacrylamide gel. 结合Fe3O4@SiO2 (M)超顺磁胶体粒子动态连续的磁致变色和碲化镉量子点(CdTe QDs)瞬时发射的光致发光特性, 采用聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)弹性体封装含有M胶体粒子和CdTe QDs的乙二醇(EG)微液滴, 制得了具有多重变色功能的M/QDs/EG/PDMS复合薄膜. 利用光学显微镜、光纤光谱仪、荧光光谱仪、数码相机、拉力试验机对复合薄膜的内部结构、光学性质及力学性能进行表征. 结果表明, 在外界磁场的诱导下, 复合薄膜瞬时呈现明亮的结构色, 且随着磁场强度的降低, 复合薄膜的衍射波长发生连续红移, 移动范围可达145 nm. 此外, 在紫外光的激发下, 复合薄膜可呈现特定波长的荧光发射, 具备良好的光致发光特性. 同时, 复合薄膜断裂伸长率可达132%, 表现出良好的弹性, 这为其附着在不同材料表面实现防伪应用提供了基础. 进一步地, 通过图案化设计, 可制得响应变色迅速、图案隐现可逆、颜色变化多样的防伪薄膜, 这有利于其在信息加密和高级别防伪领域中的应用. 相似文献

The first total syntheses of three unusual norrisolide‐type rearranged spongian diterpenes, cheloviolene C, seconorrisolide B, and seconorrisolide C, have been accomplished via a common intermediate through late‐stage ring‐scissoring. This paper is concerned with interval general bidirectional associative memory (BAM) neural networks with proportional delays. Using appropriate nonlinear variable transformations, the interval general BAM neural networks with proportional delays can be equivalently transformed into the interval general BAM neural networks with constant delays. The sufficient condition for the existence and uniqueness of equilibrium point of the model is established by applying Brouwer's fixed point theorem. By constructing suitable delay differential inequalities, some sufficient conditions for the global exponential stability of the model are obtained. Torsional modes within a complex molecule containing various functional groups are often strongly coupled so that the harmonic approximation and one-dimensional torsional treatment are inaccurate to evaluate their partition functions. A family of multi-structural approximation methods have been proposed and applied in recent years to deal with the torsional anharmonicity. However, these methods approximate the exact “almost periodic” potential energy as a summation of local periodic functions with symmetric barrier positions and heights. In the present theoretical study, we illustrated that the approximation is inaccurate when torsional modes present non-uniformly distributed local minima. Thereby, we proposed an improved method to reconstruct approximate potential to replace the periodic potential by using information of the local minima and their Voronoi tessellation. First, we established asymmetric barrier heights by introducing two periodicity parameters and assuming that the exact barrier positions are at the boundaries of Voronoi cells. Second, we used multiplicatively weighted Voronoi tessellation to refine the barrier heights and positions by defining a structure-related distance metric. Two new ternary bismuth chalcogenides, Bi3In4S10 and Bi14.7In11.3S38, were synthesized from the reactions of binary sulfides via a two-step flux technique. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses indicate that Bi3In4S10 crystallizes in the non-centrosymmetric space group Pm and Bi14.7In11.3S38 crystallizes in the centrosymmetric space group P21/m. Both compounds adopt three-dimensional frameworks. A distinct structural feature in the two structures is the presence of chains of Bi atoms with alternating short Bi-Bi bonds of around 3.1 Å and longer distances of around 4.6 Å. The optical band gaps of 1.42(2) eV for Bi3In4S10 and 1.45(2) eV for Bi14.7In11.3S38 were deduced from the diffuse reflectance spectra. 相似文献
