Determination of molecules and biomolecules using nanoparticles is promising in the development of analytical techniques. Modified Eu-doped Y2O3 nanoparticles (Y2O3:Eu NPs) by captopril have been used as a probe for thiamine (vitamin B1) determination. According to the fluorescence enhancement of modified Eu-doped Y2O3 nanoparticles caused by thiamine, a simple and sensitive method were proposed for its detection. The increase in modified Y2O3:Eu NPs fluorescence signal as a function of thiamine concentration was found to be linear in the concentration range of 0–44 μM. The limit of detection (LOD) of thiamine by this method was 0.144 μM. All the measurements were performed in natural pH, at the room temperature under ambient conditions. Possible interaction mechanism was discussed.  相似文献

Multilayered nanostructured TiO2 thin films were prepared by sol–gel and dipping deposition on quartz substrate followed by thermal treatment under reducing atmosphere (20 %H2–80 %Ar). Heat treatment at progressively higher temperatures caused structural, morphological, and optical changes, which were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), atomic force microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and UV–Vis spectroscopy. The conductivities of the thin films were also measured by 4-point probe method. The XRD results showed that the calcined TiO2 thin films consist of single anatase phase which was completely transformed into rutile phase after heat treatment at 1,000 °C. The grains of films grew by intra-agglomerate densification after heat treatment at higher temperatures. The root mean square roughness of the samples was found to be in the range of 0.58–3.36 nm. The partially reduced TiO2 samples have red-shifted transmittance bands due to new energy band formed by oxygen vacancies. The electrical conductivity of the films was also enhanced after heat treatment in reducing atmosphere.  相似文献

Ferritin was immobilized on a glassy carbon electrode with electrodeposited cobalt oxide nanoparticles, and its direct electron transfer behavior was studied. It exhibits a pair of redox peaks due to direct electron transfer between ferritin and the nanoparticles. Electrochemical parameters including the formal potential (E0??), the charge transfer coefficient (??), and the apparent heterogeneous electron transfer rate constant (ks) were determined. The sensor displays excellent biocatalytic activity in terms of reduction of hydrogen peroxide, and this was applied to electrochemical sensing of hydrogen peroxide.

In this work, cobalt oxide nanoparticles were electrodeposited on the surface of an electrode for immobilization of ferritin molecules to prepare hydrogen peroxide biosensor. The immobilized protein molecules still preserve their biological activities and have great capability in catalyzing the reduction of hydrogen peroxide.  相似文献

Supercritical fluid extraction was coupled directly with high performance liquid chromatograph. The system was evaluated for direct injection of supercritical CO2 and modified supercritical CO2 at high pressure and temperature onto a HPLC system with varying mobile phase compositions and flow rates. Injection of 9 μL supercritical CO2 onto the HPLC using methanol/water mobile phases from 100% methanol to 80% with a flow of 1.0 mL/min did not adversely affect the baseline of UV detector. However at higher percentages of water, CO2 solubility in the mobile phase decreased and caused baseline interferences on the UV detector. At higher HPLC mobile phase flow rates, supercritical CO2 was injected to higher percentages of water without any effect on the UV baseline. Also, increasing the extraction pressure or modifier concentration did not change the results. Separations of polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons and linear alkenebenzene sulfonate test mixtures were obtained using on-line SFE/HPLC interfaced system.  相似文献

We report on a novel luminescent method for the detection of folic acid (FA), a member of the vitamin B family. Y2O3 nanoparticles were doped with europium(III) ions and surface-modified with captopril. Their fluorescence is quenched by FA, and intensity is a function of folic acid concentration in the 0.1 – 40 μM concentration range. The detection limit is 83 nM of FA at pH 7 and room temperature.

Butane‐1‐sulfonic acid immobilized on magnetic Fe3O4@SiO2 nanoparticles (Fe3O4@SiO2‐Sultone) was easily prepared via direct ring opening of 1,4‐butanesultone with nanomagnetic Fe3O4@SiO2. The prepared reagent was characterized and used for the efficient promotion of the synthesis of barbituric acid and pyrano[2,3‐d] pyrimidine derivatives. All reactions were performed under mild and completely heterogeneous reaction conditions affording products in good to high yields. The catalyst is easily isolated from the reaction mixture by magnetic decantation and can be reused at least eight times without significant loss in activity.  相似文献

In this paper, a robust fractional-order adaptive intelligent controller is proposed for stabilization of uncertain fractional-order chaotic systems. The intelligent neuro-fuzzy network is used to estimate unknown dynamics of system, while the neuro-fuzzy network parameters as well as the upper bounds of the model uncertainties, disturbances and approximation errors are adaptively estimated via separate adaptive rules. An SMC scheme, with a fractional-order sliding surface, is employed, as the controller to improve the velocity and performance of the proposed control system and to eliminate the unknown but bounded uncertainties, external disturbances and approximation errors. The Lyapunov stability theorem has been also employed to show the stability of the closed-loop system, robustness against uncertainties, external disturbances and approximation errors, while the control signal remains bounded. Explanatory examples and simulation results are given to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed procedure, which consent well with the analytical results.  相似文献

The rolling contact problem of a non-homogeneous layer is considered here. The graded layer possesses a variable elastic modulus with an exponential distribution. The Poisons ratio is assumed to be constant. A rigid cylindrical indenter is rolling over the surface of the graded layer with a constant velocity. First, the Navier equations of equilibrium are solved in the Fourier domain. Later, the boundary and the continuity conditions are satisfied in order to extract the governing singular integral equations. The numerical solution of the integral equations is provided by means of the Gauss–Chebyshev integration method. Finally, the sensitivity of the solution is analyzed for the effective parameters namely: the stiffness ratio, the layer thickness and the coefficient of friction. The results indicate that a minimum value of the coating thickness is required to alleviate the severe stress gradients in the critical locations. If the coating thickness decreases by a 50% then the Von Mises stress will increases about 20%. Also, a softening graded layer can result in a lower stress level over the interface which may enhance the bonding strength.
