New derivatives of piperidino[4,5-d]dioxane and 3-oxa-7-bicyclo[3.3.1]nonane were obtained by the oxidatively catalysed condensation of 4-aryl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridines with formaldehyde. The direction of this reaction is sharply altered in the presence of manganese dioxide to give 6-oxa-2-azabicylo[3.2.1]octan-4-one — the product of the oxidative condensation of a new type.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of a novel polythiophene substituted with a 2′‐pentyloxy‐5′‐(1″′‐oxooctyl) phenyl group (PPOPT) is reported. The bulk transport properties of thin films of PPOPT are investigated by admittance spectroscopy. The dramatic effect of the phenyl side chain on the mobility of positive carriers in films of PPOPT is described. The photophysics of PPOPT in both solution and thin film is also investigated and correlated to substituent‐driven intrachain and interchain arrangements. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Expanding the repertoire of controlled radical fluorination techniques, we present a photosensitized unstrained C–C bond activation/directed monofluorination method using Selectfluor and 9-fluorenone. The reaction is amenable to the opening of multiple 1-acetal-2-aryl substituted rings to yield ω-fluoro carboxylic acids, esters, alcohols, and ketones with relative ease. Initial mechanistic insight suggests radical ion intermediates.  相似文献

The vocal cords play an important role on voice production. Air coming from the lungs is forced through the narrow space between the two vocal cords that are set in motion in a frequency that is governed by the tension of the attached muscles. The motion of the vocal cords changes the type of flow, that comes from the lungs, to pulses of air, and as the flow passes through the oral and nasal cavities, it is amplified and further modified until it is radiated from the mouth. This complex process can be modeled by a system of integral-differential equations. This paper considers two mechanical models previously used for explaining the dynamics of the vocal cords. It shows that the level of naturalness of the sound generated by these models is rather poor, and it proposes temporal variations of the parameters of the models to increase such level. Examples of synthetic vowels and diphthongs are given to assess the models. In general, the results show that, although the system of voice production is complex, we can achieve satisfactory results with relatively simple low-dimensional models, by suitable temporal variations of the aerodynamic parameters.  相似文献

Multi walled carbon nanotubes (MWNT) in dimethylformamide (DMF) or aqueous sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) solution, colloidal gold nanoparticles (GNP) in phosphate buffer solution (PBS), and a GNP–MWNT mixture in aqueous SDS solution have been investigated for chemical modification of a screen-printed carbon electrode used as the signal transducer of a dsDNA-based biosensor. Differential pulse voltammetry of the DNA redox marker and the guanine moiety anodic oxidation and cyclic voltammetry with K3[Fe(CN)6] as indicator revealed substantial enhancement of the response of the biosensor, particularly when MWNT in SDS solution was used. The biosensor was used in testing of berberine, an isoquinoline plant alkaloid with significant antimicrobial and anticancer activity. Berberine had a very strong, concentration-dependent, effect on the structural stability of DNA from the human cancer cells (U937 cells) whereas non-cancer cells were changed only when berberine concentrations were relatively high 75 and 50 μg mL−1. In this paper, we considered the model of the thirteenth order derivatives of nonlinear Schr\"{o}dinger equations. It is shown that a wave packet ansatz inserted into these equations leads to an integrable Hamiltonian dynamical sub-system. By using bifurcation theory of planar dynamical systems, in different parametric regions, we determined the phase portraits. In each of these parametric regions we obtain possible exact explicit parametric representation of the traveling wave solutions corresponding to homoclinic, hetroclinic and periodic orbits.  相似文献

This paper study the traveling wave solutions of the Casimir equation for the Ito system. Since the derivative function of the wave function is a solution of a planar dynamical system, from which the exact parametric representations of solutions and bifurcations of phase portraits can be obtained. Thus, we show that corresponding to the compacton solutions of the derivative function system, there exist uncountably infinite kink wave solutions of the wave equation. Corresponding to the positive or negative periodic solutions and homoclinic solutions of the derivative function system, there exist unbounded wave solutions of the wave function equation.  相似文献

We report the development of a novel quartz crystal microbalance immunosensor with the simultaneous measurement of resonance frequency and motional resistance for the detection of antibodies to double-stranded DNA (dsDNA). The immobilization of poly(l-lysine) and subsequent complexation with DNA resulted in formation of a sensitive dsDNA-containing nanofilm on the surface of a gold electrode. Atomic force microscopy has been applied for the characterization of a poly(l-lysine)–DNA film. After the blocking with bovine serum albumin, the immunosensor in flow-injection mode was used to detect the antibodies to dsDNA in purified protein solutions of antibodies to dsDNA and to single-stranded DNA, monoclonal human immunoglobulin G, DNase I and in blood serum of patients with bronchial asthma and systemic lupus erythematosus.
