A new series of highly functionalized 1,5‐benzodiazepine derivatives 5a–x have been synthesized from 3‐[(1E)‐N‐(2‐aminophenyl) ethanimidoyl]‐4‐hydroxyl‐2H‐chromen‐2‐one 3a–c and pyrazole aldehyde 4a–h using catalytic amount of triflouro acetic acid under microwave irradiation. The main significant of the present procedure is shorter reaction time, easy work up procedure, and excellent yield with high purity. The structures of all the compounds were established on the basis of their IR, NMR, and mass spectral data and have been screened for their antimicrobial activity and antifungal activity.  相似文献

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is the preferred modality of choice to image epiphyseal lesions. It provides excellent soft tissue resolution and extent of disease. A wide spectrum of tumor and tumor like lesions can involve the epiphysis. Early and accurate diagnosis as well as appropriate management of epiphyseal lesions is critical as these conditions may lead to disabling complications such as, limb length discrepancy, angular or joint surface deformities and secondary osteoarthritis. In this article, we discuss the role of conventional sequences, such as T1W, fluid sensitive T2W and intravenous (IV) Gadolinium enhanced sequences as well as the additional value of problem solving MRI sequences such as, chemical shift and diffusion weighted imaging. Based on the imaging findings on various MRI sequences and lesion characteristics, a systematic approach directed to the diagnoses of epiphyseal lesions is presented and discussed. MRI features of clinically and biopsy proven examples of the epiphyseal lesions, such as osteomyelitis, intra-osseous abscess, infiltrative malignancy, metastases, transient osteoporosis, subchondral insufficiency fracture, avascular necrosis, osteochondral fracture, osteochondritis dissecans, eosinophilic granuloma and geode are demonstrated. Using this systematic approach, the reader will be able to better characterize epiphyseal lesions with a potential to positively affect patient management.  相似文献

Two solid acids, Fe3+ K‐10 montmorillonite clay and HY‐zeolite, have been employed efficiently for synthesis of 2‐amino 3‐cyano pyridines 4a , 4b , 4c , 4d , 4e , 4f , 4g , 4h , 4i , 4j , 4k , 4l , 4m , 4n , 4o , 4p , 4q , 4r , 4s , 4t , 4u , 4v , 4w , 4x by multicomponent reaction of 3‐acetyl 4‐hydroxy coumarin 1a , 1b , 1c , 1,3‐diphenyl‐1H‐pyrazole‐4‐carbaldehyde 2a , 2b , 2c , 2d , 2e , 2f , 2g , 2h , malononitrile 3 , and ammonium acetate. Both the catalysts are recoverable and recyclable. The main significant of this procedure is short reaction time, high yields, easy workup procedure, and being environmentally friendly. The structures of all the compounds have been well characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and mass spectral data. All the synthesized compounds were screened for their antimicrobial and antifungal activities.  相似文献

The effects of varying turbulence intensity and turbulence length scale on premixed turbulent flame propagation are investigated using Direct Numerical Simulation (DNS). The DNS dataset contains the results of a set of turbulent flame simulations based on separate and systematic changes in either turbulence intensity or turbulence integral length scale while keeping all other parameters constant. All flames considered are in the thin reaction zones regime. Several aspects of flame behaviour are analysed and compared, either by varying the turbulence intensity at constant integral length scale, or by varying the integral length scale at constant turbulence intensity. The turbulent flame speed is found to increase with increasing turbulence intensity and also with increasing integral length scale. Changes in the turbulent flame speed are generally accounted for by changes in the flame surface area, but some deviation is observed at high values of turbulence intensity. The probability density functions (pdfs) of tangential strain rate and mean flame curvature are found to broaden with increasing turbulence intensity and also with decreasing integral length scale. The response of the correlation between tangential strain rate and mean flame curvature is also investigated. The statistics of displacement speed and its components are analysed, and the findings indicate that changes in response to decreasing integral length scale are broadly similar to those observed for increasing turbulence intensity, although there are some interesting differences. These findings serve to improve current understanding of the role of turbulence length scales in flame propagation.

Selection of aptamers from oligonucleotide libraries currently requires multiple rounds of alternating steps of partitioning of binders from nonbinders and enzymatic amplification of all collected oligonucleotides. Herein, we report a highly practical solution for reliable one‐step selection of aptamers. We introduce partitioning by ideal‐filter capillary electrophoresis (IFCE) in which binders and nonbinders move in the opposite directions. The efficiency of IFCE‐based partitioning reaches 109, which is ten million times higher than that of typical solid‐phase partitioning methods. One step of IFCE‐based partitioning is sufficient for the selection of a high‐affinity aptamer pool for a protein target. Partitioning by IFCE promises to become an indispensable tool for fast and robust selection of binders from different types of oligonucleotide libraries.  相似文献

A new series of 1,4-dihydropyridines bearing a pyrazole moiety in the 4-position were synthesized by a variation of the classical Hantzsch synthesis. The reaction of 1,3-diphenyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbaldehyde 4a–n with 3-amino crotononitrile in the presence of glacial acetic acid afforded novel 3,5-dicyano-2,6-dimethyl 1,4-dihydropyridines 5a–n. The procedure has short reaction time (15–20 min), easy workup, and good yield of product. The structures of all synthesized compounds were well characterized by mass, infrared, 1H and 13C NMR, and elemental analysis.  相似文献
