The reaction pathway for the Ca3Al2O6 formation up to 1300°C, from mechanochemically treated mixtures of amorphous aluminum hydroxide and CaCO3, was studied in situ by differential thermal analysis, constant heating rate dilatometry and time-resolved neutron powder diffraction. The experiment was carried out, in an open system, on a sample with the nominal Ca3Al2O6 stoichiometry. The results obtained by neutron diffractometry and thermal analysis were in good agreement with the data obtained by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction on heat-treated and-quenched samples. The synthesis path implied the formation of cryptocrystalline Al2O3, crystalline CaO, CaAl2O4 and Ca12Al14O33 as transitory phases. Finally the nucleation and growth of the single phase Ca3Al2O6 took place at 1300°C and exhibited porous structure due to CO2 and H2O release.  相似文献

Blends of the natural polymer cellulose with a synthetic polymer, polyamide 66, are studied in order to determine if the expected strong interaction between them, due to hydrogen bonds, could improve their mechanical properties such as strength and elongation at break. In a previous work {Part I, J. Polym. Sci. Polym. Phys., 32 , 1437 (1994)}, the preparation technique and the characterization of cellulose-polyamide 66 (PA66) blends were described in detail. Several samples in the composition range between 0 to 70 wt % of PA66 were carefully dried and examined using dynamic mechanical and tensile tests. Based on previous work a new percolation model has been developed. It takes both linear and nonlinear mechanical behaviors into account and allows for the effect of adhesion between material domains. From comparison between experimental and predicted data, it is concluded that a partial miscibility between the amorphous phases of cellulose and PA66 exists and is responsible for a strong adhesion at their interface. Solid-state 13C nuclear magnetic resonance has also been used to study these samples and supports the existence of strong interactions between both homopolymers. © 1995 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

A multiresidue method for isolation and liquid chromatographic determination of oxytetracycline (OTC), tetracycline (TC), and chlortetracycline (CTC) in milk is presented. The sensitivity of the method is adequate to meet the needs of regulatory agencies. The European Community established 100 micrograms/kg as the maximum residue limit (MRL) in milk for TC, CTC, and OTC. Recoveries exceeded 80% for all tetracyclines at all levels, with good precision. Correlation coefficients of standards curves for individual tetracyclines isolated from fortified samples ranged from 0.991 for CTC to 0.998 for OTC. Other antibiotics that might interfere with analysis did not interfere with elution times of OTC, TC, and CTC. The procedure is rapid, precise, and quantitative and requires minimal preparation and minimal use of organic solvents. It can be applied to routine surveillance programs. We can prepare 10 samples for analysis in about 1.45 h.  相似文献

Reactions of tetra-n-butylammonium 2,4-dinitrophenyl hydrogen phosphate, (ArPH)?(R4N)+, in aprotic and protic solvents, in the absence and in the presence of alcohols or water, ROH, are compared with analogous reactions of the salt in the presence of hindered and unhindered amines, e.g. diisopropylethyl amine and quinuclidine. Similar studies are performed with the acid, ArPH2, in the presence of variable amounts of amines. The release of phenol and the fate of the phosphorus compounds are followed by 1H and 31P NMR spectrometry. In the absence of free unhindered amine, reactions of the monoanion are relatively slow, sensitive to steric hindrance in the alcohol, and incapable of producing t-butyl phosphate from t-butanol; reactions of the dianion are relatively fast, insensitive to steric hindrance in the alcohol, and produce t-butyl phosphate. In the presence of free unhindered amine, reactions of the monoanion are relatively fast but still sensitive to steric hindrance in the alcohol, and hence do not produce t-butyl phosphate. The intermediate CH(CH2CH2)3+NP(O)(OH)O? is detected in the presence of quinuclidine. Reactions of the dianion in the presence of unhindered amines are analogous to those observed in the presence of hindered amines. The uncatalyzed and the nucleophilic amine-catalyzed reactions of the monoanion are assumed to proceed via oxyphosphorane, P(5), intermediates. The dianion reactions, which are not susceptible to nucleophilic catalysis, are assumed to proceed via the monomeric metaphosphate ion intermediate, PO3?. Significant effects related to solvent properties are observed in these reactions.  相似文献

Using a multireferent MBPT method (CIPSI) the electronic affinity (EA) of F, CN and HCC is computed. Results show how UMP2 gives unbalanced truncation of the MP series, while ROMP2 has the correct (balanced) behaviour. The good agreement with the experimental EA found for some compounds is accidental and associated to an error compensation. The good agreement with the experimental data found for the ROMP2 and CIPSI EAs is analysed.This paper was presented at the International Conference on The Impact of Supercomputers on Chemistry, held at the University of London, London, UK, 13–16 April 1987  相似文献

Benzyne (1a) and the substituted derivatives 4,5-difluorobenzyne (1b) and 3-methoxybenzyne (2) undergo chemoselective palladium-catalyzed [2 + 2 + 2]-cocyclotrimerization with dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate (DMAD) to afford the corresponding phenanthrenes and/or naphthalenes. The major products are phenanthrenes if Pd(PPh(3))(4) is used as the catalyst, naphthalenes if Pd(2)(dba)(3) is used. When the method is applied to polycyclic arynes 3-6, which are generated from the corresponding o-trimethylsilylaryl triflates, the same reactivity pattern is observed: the reaction can be selectively directed either toward the cocyclization of one molecule of aryne and two molecules of alkyne or to the reaction of two molecules of aryne with one molecule of alkyne, by appropriate choice of the palladium catalyst. The synthesis of polycyclic aromatic compounds 33-39 using this methodology is reported.  相似文献

The pharmacological activity of several new pregnane derivatives 15-19 were determined on gonadectomized male hamster flank organs, seminal vesicles and in vitro conversion of testosterone (T) to dihydrotestosterone (DHT) as 5alpha-reductase inhibitors. Steroids 15-19 decreased the diameter of the pigmented spot in the flank organs as compared to the T treated animals; in this model, steroids 16 and 19 showed a higher activity than the commercially available finasteride 3. Injection of T increased the weight of the seminal vesicles. Compounds 15-19 when injected together with T decreased the weight of the seminal vesicles thus showing an antiandrogenic effect. The trienone 19 exhibited a considerably higher activity than finasteride. Steroids 15-19 inhibited the in vitro metabolism of [3H]T to [3H]DHT in seminal vesicles homogenates of gonadectomized male hamsters. Compounds 18 and 19 showed a much higher antiandrogenic effect than finasteride. This enhancement of the biological activity could probably be attributed to the coplanarity of the steroidal skeleton as previously observed by our group. The high antiandrogenic activity of the epoxy compound 16 is probably the result of the ring opening of the oxiran ring with the nucleophilic part of the enzyme 5alpha-reductase thus leading to a stable adduct with concomitant deactivation of this enzyme.  相似文献
