铕敏化荧光法测定甲磺酸帕苏沙星

稀土Eu3+能与甲磺酸帕苏沙星形成络合物,并发出Eu3+的特征荧光.加入表面活性剂SDBS能大大增强体系的荧光强度,由此建立了表面活性剂敏化的Eu3+荧光探针测定甲磺酸帕苏沙星的方法.最佳测定条件为最大激发和发射波长分别是332和618 nm;pH=7.5;Eu3+浓度为1.2×10-5 mol/L,SDBS浓度为3.0×10-5 mol/L.甲磺酸帕苏沙星浓度在3.0×10-8～2.0×10-6 mol/L范围内与荧光强度线性关系良好,r=0.9993;检出限为1.0×10-9 mol/L.该方法用于甲磺酸帕苏沙星注射剂和人体血清以及尿样中的甲磺酸帕苏沙星的含量测定,结果令人满意.     

Tribological behaviors of a novel trilayer nanofilm: the influence of outer chain length and interlayer thickness

Polydopamine (coded as PDA) is reported to be very adhesive and reactive due to the attached functional groups, such as amine and hydroxyl groups. In this work, taking advantage of the condensation between Si–OH of the hydroxylated alkyltrichlorosilane (ATS) and C–OH on PDA surface, ATS molecules with different chain carbon number of 10, 14 and 18 were grafted onto the 3‐aminopropyl triethoxysilane (APTES)‐PDA dual‐layer film, which was composed of PDA outerlayer and APTES underlayer, on Si substrate. Thus, hydrophobic trilayer films coded as APTES‐PDA‐ATS were prepared successfully. In order to reveal the dependence of the tribological behaviors upon the microstructures of the film, tribological experiments were conducted on an atomic force microscope and a ball‐on‐plate tribometer. Experimental results showed that the (micro‐) friction reducing (characterized by a parameter of relative friction coefficient or friction coefficient, RFC or FC) and macro‐wear resisting (characterized by anti‐wear life) behaviors were related with the chain length of outerlayer and the PDA thickness. Specifically, on one hand, as the chain length increases, RFC/FC decreased and macro anti‐wear life lengthened; on the other hand, as PDA gets thicker, RFC increased and the anti‐wear life enhanced. Investigation on cell biocompatible behaviors of polyaniline film fabricated via electroless surface polymerization

Considering for the potential application in tissue engineering, polyaniline (PANi) film was fabricated via a two-step route: a self-assembled monolayer of C₆H₅NHC₃H₆Si(OMe)₃ was firstly formed on the single-crystal Si substrate; the conducting PANi film was then prepared through electroless surface polymerization of the aniline molecules on the aniline monolayer-bearing silane surface in an acidic aqueous solution. The formation of PANi film on Si surface was confirmed by characterizations of X-ray photoelectron spectroscope (XPS) and specular reflectance Fourier transform infrared (SR-FTIR) spectrum, etc. At last, the proliferation behaviors of PC-12 cells on the PANi film surface were studied by the [3-(4,5-dimethyldiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide] (MTT) colorimetric assays, acridine orange fluorometric staining, and scanning electron microscope (SEM) observation, etc. The results demonstrate that the as-prepared PANi film provides high ability for cell proliferation, exhibiting promising potentials as surface coating to cultivate neuronal cells for applications in the tissue engineering.     

Green Approach to the Fabrication of Superhydrophobic Mesh Surface for Oil/Water Separation

We report a simple and environment friendly method to fabricate superhydrophobic metallic mesh surfaces for oil/water separation. The obtained mesh surface exhibits superhydrophobicity and superoleophilicity after it was dried in an oven at 200 °C for 10 min. A rough silver layer is formed on the mesh surface after immersion, and the spontaneous adsorption of airborne carbon contaminants on the silver surface lower the surface free energy of the mesh. No low‐surface‐energy reagents and/or volatile organic solvents are used. In addition, we demonstrate that by using the mesh box, oils can be separated and collected from the surface of water repeatedly, and that high separation efficiencies of larger than 92 % are retained for various oils. Moreover, the superhydrophobic mesh also possesses excellent corrosion resistance and thermal stability. Hence, these superhydrophobic meshes might be good candidates for the practical separation of oil from the surface of water.     

含有2,4-二卤代联苯基的新型唑类衍生物的合成及其抗真菌活性

以2,4-二卤代联苯为原料,经傅-克酰基化、还原、取代等反应步骤,合成了含有2,4-二卤代联苯基的新型唑类目标化合物3a~3k,其结构用红外光谱(IR)、高分辨质谱(HMRS)、核磁共振氢谱(¹H NMR)、核磁共振碳谱(¹³C NMR)等技术手段进行了表征。 测试了目标化合物的体外抗真菌活性,结果表明,所有目标化合物对所测试的致病真菌均有一定程度的抗真菌活性。 其中化合物3a~3k对红色发癣菌和石膏样毛癣菌的抗真菌活性和两性霉素B相当,化合物3b、3c、3e、3f、3h、3i、3k对白色念珠菌的抗真菌活性优于或等于酮康唑。     

Investigation of unstable motion characteristics of vacuum arc cathode spots between transverse magnetic field contacts

With the improvement of the current level of power grids, the requirements of the opening level of the vacuum switches are also increasing. Vacuum arc cathode spots provide steam and electrons and, to a certain extent, determine the opening capacity of the vacuum switch. In this paper, a vacuum arc cathode spot research platform based on the de-mountable vacuum chamber is constructed. The characteristics of the vacuum arc cathode spots under the transverse magnetic field (TMF) contacts are assessed by a high-speed charge coupled device. The experimental results show that the cathode spot diffusion process can be divided into three processes through cathode spot distribution, arc voltage and current: initial diffusion stage of cathode spots, unstable motion stage of cathode spots, and extinguishing stage. The motion mode of cathode spots during unstable motion stage can be divided into cathode spots group stagnation (CSGS) to multi-cathode jet (MCJ) switch mode, cathode spots group motion (CSGM) to MCJ switch mode, CSGM mode, and MCJ mode. The effects of peak current and contact diameter on unstable motion mode were analysed.
