多层光子晶体滤波器研究

从双层结构出发研究了一种由多块不同的单周期光子晶体组合而成的多层结构的滤波器，论述了这种滤波器的工作原理，研究表明这种结构适于制作带通、窄带通过、带阻、宽带带阻、高通以及其它各种性能的滤波器。实验和理论研究的结果相一致。

The morphologies and optoelectronic properties of delafossite CuFeO2 thin films prepared by PEG assisted sol–gel method

Single phase delafossite CuFeO₂ thin films were synthesized by a simple sol–gel method. The influence of polyethylene glycol (PEG) on the morphology and optoelectronic properties of the films was studied by addition of 1.0 g PEG in 10 ml precursor solution. The crystal sizes of the derived CuFeO₂ films with and without addition of PEG were 49 nm, but the sample with addition of PEG (labeled as CFO-PEG) showed weaker c-axis orientation growth. The sample without addition of PEG (labeled as CFO) showed a compact surface without detectable pores and had a thickness around 50 nm. However, the sample CFO-PEG exhibited a porous surface with worm-like grains in nanometric scale and had a thickness around 310 nm. Enhanced absorbance in UV–vis region was observed for the sample CFO-PEG which might ascribe to both the thickness and porous surface. The optical direct bandgaps at near-UV were estimated to be ~3.0 and 3.38 eV for the sample CFO-PEG and CFO, respectively. Though the porous surface of CFO-PEG has improved the absorbance in UV–vis region, the resistivity has also been increased due to the homogeneous distribution of interspaces between the worm-like grains, which makes the incident photon to current efficiency of CFO-PEG lower than that of CFO.     

Electrospun hyperbranched polylactic acid–modified cellulose nanocrystals/polylactic acid for shape memory membranes with high mechanical properties

The polylactic acid (PLA) nanofiber membranes reinforced with hyperbranched PLA‐modified cellulose nanocrystals (H‐PLA‐CNCs) were prepared by electrospinning. The H‐PLA‐CNCs and the nanofiber membranes were researched by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA). The outcomes embodied that the cellulose nanocrystals (CNCs) could be successfully improved by the hyperbranched PLA, which would offer powerful CNCs/matrix interfacial adhesion. Thus, the mechanical and shape memory properties of PLA can be improved by adding the H‐PLA‐CNCs. In particular, when the addition of H‐PLA‐CNCs was 7 wt%, the tensile strength and an ultimate strain of PLA composite nanofiber membranes was 15.56 MPa and 25%, which was 228% and 72.4% higher than that of neat PLA, respectively. In addition, the shape recovery rate of the PLA/5 wt% H‐PLA‐CNCs composite nanofiber membrane was 93%, which was 37% higher than that of neat PLA. We expected that this present study would provide unremitting efforts for the development of more effective approaches to prepare biology basic shape memory membranes with high mechanical properties.

A Two‐Coordinate Cobalt(II) Imido Complex with NHC Ligation: Synthesis,Structure, and Reactivity

The synthesis, structural characterization, and reactivity of the first two‐coordinate cobalt complex featuring a metal–element multiple bond [(IPr)Co(NDmp)] ( 4 ; IPr=1,3‐bis(2′,6′‐diisopropylphenyl)imidazole‐2‐ylidene; Dmp=2,6‐dimesitylphenyl) is reported. Complex 4 was prepared from the reaction of [(IPr)Co(η²‐vtms)₂] (vtms=vinyltrimethylsilane) with DmpN₃. An X‐ray diffraction study revealed its linear C? Co? N core and a short Co? N distance (1.691(6) Å). Spectroscopic characterization and calculation studies indicated the high‐spin nature of 4 and the multiple‐bond character of the Co? N bond. Complex 4 effected group‐transfer reactions to CO and ethylene to form isocyanide and imine, respectively. It also facilitated E? H (E=C, Si) σ‐bond activation of terminal alkyne and hydrosilanes to produce the corresponding cobalt(II) alkynyl and cobalt(II) hydride complexes as 1,2‐addition products.
