A new dinuclear iron(Ⅲ) complex has been synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray crystallography: [FeⅢ2(L)(C6H5COO)(SO4)(CH3OH)2]·CH3CN·CH3OH(1, H3 L = N,N'-bis(salicylidene)-1,3-diamino-2-propanol). Complex 1 belongs to orthorhombic space group Pna21 with a = 11.4400(8), b = 22.9705(2), c = 12.5712(9) , V = 3303.5(4) 3, Z = 4, F(000) = 1576, Dc = 1.531 g·cm–3, Mr = 761.36, μ = 1.007 mm–1, S = 1.014, the final R = 0.0505 and wR = 0.1018. The crystal packing is stabilized by intermolecular O–H···O hydrogen bonds, forming an extended one-dimensional chain structure. The temperature dependence of magnetic susceptibility measurement shows that antiferromagnetic interaction is propagated between the metal centers. Fit as dinuclear arrangement gave parameters of J = 19.7 cm-1, g = 1.89 and R2 = 0.9999.  相似文献

以氯化钴为原料、氨水(28wt%)为沉淀剂采用均匀沉淀法成功地合成了Co(OH)2。X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)测试表明,表面活性剂Tween-80的加入使所制备的α-Co(OH)2呈现出类似花朵的形貌;循环伏安、恒电流充放电、交流阻抗和循环寿命等电化学测试表明,该材料的电化学性能也得到一定的提高,其单电极比电容可达到370 F·g-1。  相似文献

The dissociation kinetics of metal ions from native metallothionein (Cd5Zn2-MT) of rat liver has been studied in the presence of external ligands including amino acids, peptide and polyamino polycarboxylic acids at 25°C. The study shows that the solution pH affects the metal dissociation process. Different ligands present different multiphasic kinetics. The possible mechanism of metal dissociation from metallothionein has been proposed.  相似文献

A model peptide,TDK,was studied by circular dichroism to elucidate the effect of organic solvent on α-helical formation.The α-helicities enhanced by various alcohol solvents,especially fluorine-substituted alcohols were systematically compared.The relations between α-helical formation of a peptide and external environment were also discussed in detail.These environmental elements mainly include hydrophobicity dielectric constant and acidity of the solvents.  相似文献

Wistar雄性大鼠经腹腔注射CdCl_2诱导其肝脏合成金属硫蛋白。取鼠肝,先经匀浆、热变性、乙醇-氯仿萃取、丙酮沉淀等步骤,后由Sephadex G-75、DEAE-52柱层析,得金属硫蛋白的两亚型Ⅰ和Ⅱ。经原子吸收光谱测定每蛋白分子含有5个镉和2个锌。用枯草杆菌酶割法制备并分离了金属硫蛋白亚型Ⅱ的α结构域片段。还用NMR研究了金属硫蛋白的两个亚型及所得的α结构域片段。  相似文献

以电化学石英晶体微天平(EQCM)为主要测试手段,在不同浓度的高氯酸钠(NaClO4)水溶液中研究了水合离子吸附到活性炭电极孔隙过程中电极的质量变化.对于每种电解液,根据Raman光谱和EQCM数据分别计算了本体溶液中和电极/溶液界面上Na+的水合数.通过比对这两组Na+水合数,探讨了Na+存储到活性炭负极过程中的去溶剂化效应.  相似文献

The utilization of photocatalytic techniques for achieving light-to-fuel conversion is a promising way to ease the shortage of energy and degradation of the ecological environment. Fluorescent metallacycles and metallacages have drawn considerable attention and have been used in widespread fields due to easy preparation and their abundant functionality including photocatalysis. This review covers recent advances in photocatalysis in discrete supramolecular fluorescent metallacycles and metallacages. The developments in the utilization of the metallacycles skeletons and the effect of fluorescence-resonance energy transfer for photocatalysis are discussed. Furthermore, the use of the ligands decorated by organic chromophores or redox metal sites in metallacages as photocatalysts and their ability to encapsulate appropriate catalytic cofactors for photocatalysis are summarized. For the sake of brevity, macrocycles and cages with inorganic coordination complexes such as ruthenium complexes and iridium complexes are not included in this minireview.  相似文献

Single atom chemically doped graphene has been theoretically studied by density functional theory. The largest band gap, 0.62 eV, appears in arsenic atom doped graphene, then 0.60 eV comes by the tin atom, whose deformations can neither be ignored. It is also found that oxygen and iron single atom embedded graphene can open band gap by 0.52 and 0.54 eV, respectively. Moreover, doping O atom shows little distortion and high stability by charge redistribution. The band gap of Fe doped graphene is opened by orbital hybridization. The other heteroatom doped results are a little inferior to them.  相似文献
