A method for the trace determination of cadmium ions in water, human urine and human blood serum samples using ultrasonic‐assisted dispersive micro‐solid‐phase extraction (UA‐D‐μSPE) was developed. Silica‐coated magnetic nanoparticles were coated with polythiophene, and the resulting sorbent was characterized using thermogravimetry, differential thermal analysis, scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectrometry and X‐ray diffraction. Following UA‐D‐μSPE, cadmium ions were quantified using graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. A Box–Behnken design was used for optimization of important sorption and desorption parameters in UA‐D‐μSPE: in the sorption step, pH of solution, sorption amount and sonication time for sorption; in the desorption step, concentration of eluent, volume of eluent and sonication time. The optimum conditions for the method were: pH of solution, 7.5; sonication time for sorption, 3 min; sorption amount, 35 mg; type and concentration of eluent, HCl and 1.1 mol l?1; volume of eluent, 360 μl; sonication time for desorption, 110 s. Under the optimized conditions the limit of detection and relative standard deviation for the detection of cadmium ions by UA‐D‐μSPE were found to be 0.8 ng l?1 and <6%, respectively. 相似文献

In this work, an easily obtained procedure was successfully implemented to prepare novel palladium nanoparticles decorated on triethanolammonium chloride ionic liquid‐functionalized TiO2 nanoparticles [TiO2/IL‐Pd]. Different methods were carried out for characterizations of the synthesized nanocatalyst (HR‐TEM, XPS, XRD, FE‐SEM, EDX, FT‐IR and ICP). TiO2/IL‐Pd indicated good catalytic activity for the Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling reaction of arylboronic acid with different aryl halides in aqueous media at ambient temperature. The recycled catalyst was investigated with ICP to amount of Pd leaching after 6 times that had diminished slightly, Thus, was confirmed that the nanocatalyst has a good sustainability for C–C Suzuki–Miyaura coupling reaction. The catalyst can be conveniently separated by filtration of the reaction mixture and reused for 6 times without significant loss of its activity. It supplies an environmentally benign alternative path to the existing protocols for the Suzuki–Miyaura reaction. 相似文献

N,N′‐Diiodo‐N,N′‐1,2‐ethandiylbis(p‐toluene sulfonamide) (NIBTS) is a good and new reagent for synthesis of 2‐arylbenzimidazoles and 2‐arylbenzothiazoles at room temperature under solvent‐free condition with good to high yield. 本文报道了一种不使用任何稳定剂或还原剂,原位合成硅胶/聚多巴胺复合物(SiO_2/PDA)负载的Pd纳米颗粒(Pd NPs)的简易方法.该方法先将PDA涂覆的SiO_2颗粒浸在Pd镀液中,然后利用PDA中含N基团的还原能力将Pd物种原位还原为纳米簇合物.并采用高分辨透射电镜、前场扫描电镜、能量散射谱、X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱、诱导耦合等离子体和红外光谱等手段对所得纳米复合物的结构、形貌和物化性质进行了表征.被PDA基团锚合的Pd NPs具有显著的小颗粒(30–40 nm)特性.作为一个可循环使用的纳米催化剂,SiO_2/PDA/Pd NPs在醇的需氧氧化反应中表现出高活性.另外,催化剂经回收和多次重复使用时未出现明显的失活. 相似文献

A wide range of N‐arylated indoles were selectively synthesized through intermolecular C(aryl)? N bond formation from the corresponding aryl iodides and indoles through Ullmann‐type coupling reactions in the presence of a catalytic amount of Pd immobilized on amidoxime‐functionalized mesoporous SBA‐15 (SBA‐15/AO/Pd(0)) under mild reaction conditions. These cross‐coupled products were obtained in excellent yields under mild conditions at extremely low palladium loading (ca 0.3 mol%), and the heterogeneous catalyst can be readily recovered by simple filtration and reused seven times with loss in its activity. In this article, a highly sensitive electrochemical sensor is introduced for direct electro-oxidation of bisphenol A (BPA). The novel nanocomposite was prepared based on multi-walled carbon nanotube/thiol functionalised magnetic nanoparticles (Fe3O4-SH) as an immobilisation platform and gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) as an amplifying electrochemical signal. The chemisorbed AuNPs exhibited excellent electrochemical activity for the detection of BPA. Some analysing techniques such as Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, field emission scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and energy-dispersive x-ray diffraction exposed the formation of nanocomposite. Under optimum conditions (pH 9), the sensor showed a linear range between 0.002–240 μM, with high sensitivity (0.25 μA μM?1) along with low detection limit (6.73 × 10?10 M). Moreover, nanocomposites could efficiently decrease the effect of interfering agents and remarkably enhance the utility of sensor at detection of BPA in some real samples. 相似文献

Both numerical and experimental researches are carried out to study the strength of the composite double-bolted joints and the bearing damage propagation. A mesoscale level progressive damage model along with analytical formulation is used to predict the bearing failure of carbon–epoxy composite plates. This damage model is introduced as a user material subroutine in the commercial software ABAQUS, and the maximum failure load is calculated. In order to validate the numerical results, experimental tests are also conducted in which comparison between the results shows an excellent agreement. Furthermore, the effects of the bolt distances on the maximum failure load are studied. The results reveal that there is an optimum bolt distance that outcomes maximum failure loads. 相似文献
