In the last decade, catalytic chemical vapor deposition (CVD) has been intensively explored for the growth of single-layer graphene (SLG). Despite the scattering of guidelines and procedures, variables such as the surface texture/chemistry of catalyst metal foils, carbon feedstock, and growth process parameters have been well-scrutinized. Still, questions remain on how best to standardize the growth procedure. The possible correlation of procedures between different CVD setups is an example. Here, two thermal CVD reactors were explored to grow graphene on Cu foil. The design of these setups was entirely distinct, one being a “showerhead” cold-wall type, whereas the other represented the popular “tubular” hot-wall type. Upon standardizing the Cu foil surface, it was possible to develop a procedure for cm2-scale SLG growth that differed only by the carrier gas flow rate used in the two reactors.  相似文献

The scattering of heavy ion with a multilevel Rydberg atom in the presence of an electromagnetic field is studied. The interaction of Rydberg atom and the e.m field is explored using non-perturbative quasi-energy technique. Although the results are presented for selected excitations but in actual calculations we have included many levels of the atom. The effect of various parameters are shown on collisional excitation process. As an illustration detailed calculations are performed for the inelastic proton-Na Rydberg atom collision accompanied by the transfer of photons and the effects of dressing due to the field are considered. The emphasis of the present work is on collision induced transitions especially the case that involves change of orbital as well as principal quantum number. The title compound [systematic name: 8‐chloro‐11‐(piperidin‐4‐yl­idene)‐6,11‐dihydro‐5H‐benzo[4,5]cyclo­hepta­[2,1‐b]pyridine], C19H19ClN2, was crystallized from ethyl acetate. The inter­esting feature of the reported structure is that it does not contain any strong hydrogen bonds, although the mol­ecule contains a secondary NH group, which is a good hydrogen‐bond donor.  相似文献

This paper examines the steady state behaviour of a batch arrival queue with two phases of heterogeneous service along and Bernoulli schedule vacation under multiple vacation policy, where after two successive phases service or first vacation the server may go for further vacations until it finds a new batch of customer in the system. We carry out an extensive stationary analysis of the system, including existence of stationary regime, queue size distribution of idle period process, embedded Markov chain steady state distribution of stationary queue size, busy period distribution along with some system characteristics.  相似文献

We consider the cooling of vibrational degrees of freedom in a photoinduced excited electronic state of a model molecular system. For the various parameters of the potential surfaces of the ground and excited electronic states and depending on the excitation frequency of a single-mode laser light, the average energy or average vibrational temperature of the excited state passes through a minimum. The amount of cooling is quantified in terms of the overlap integral between the ground and excited electronic states of the molecule. We have given an approach to calculate the Franck-Condon factor for a multimode displaced-distorted-rotated oscillator surface of the molecular system. This is subsequently used to study the effect of displacement, distortion, and Duschinsky rotation on the vibrational cooling in the excited state. The absorption spectra and also the average energy or the effective temperature of the excited electronic state are studied for the above model molecular system. Considering the non-Condon effect for the symmetry-forbidden transitions, we have discussed the absorption spectra and average temperature in the excited-state vibrational manifold.  相似文献
