Zinc sulfide nano layers were deposited on glass substrates at 300 K by physical vapor deposition method, under high vacuum conditions and different deposition angles. Thickness of the layers were measured 73 nm, by quartz crystal method. Optical reflectance and transmittance of the layers were measured in the wave length of 300?C1100 nm. Optical constants were calculated by Kramers-Kronig relations. The influence of deposition angle in optical properties of ZnS nano layers are investigated. By using Generalized Gradient Approximations in context of plane wave pseudo-potentials (norm conserving and Ultrasoft) and full-potential linearized augmented plane wave methods, Band structure calculated and compared with experimental results. The high intrinsic stability of 1,3,2-diazaphospholenium cations enhances ionic polarization of covalent P--X bonds in P -halogeno- and P -hydrido-diazaphospholenes. The physical properties of the latter suggest a hydridic nature of the P--H bond, and their reactivities display an "Umpolung" as compared to known reaction patterns of phosphines.  相似文献

Bioconversion of cellulosic material into glucose needs cellulase enzymes. One of the most important organisms that produces cellulases is Trichoderma reesei, whose cellulose enzymes are probably the most widely used in the industry. However, these enzymes are not stable enough at high pH and temperatures. The optimized synthetic endoglucanase II gene with Pichia pastoris codon preferences was secretary expressed in P. pastoris. Recombinant enzyme characterization showed maximum activity at pH 4.8 and temperature 75 °C, and it demonstrated increasing thermal stability in high temperature. The enzyme maintained its activity in a wide pH range from 3.5 to 6.5. The optimization of fermentation medium was carried out in shaking flasks. Recombinant protein expression at optimum conditions (pH 7, temperature 25 °C, and 1 % methanol induction) for 72 h demonstrated 2,358.8 U/ml endoglucanase activity units. To our knowledge, this is the highest acidic thermophilic endoglucanase activity that is reported in crude intracellular medium in P. pastoris. We conclude that P. pastoris is an appropriate host for high-level expression of optimized endoglucanase gene with improved thermal stability.  相似文献

Abstract  

UV light irradiation of Biginelli 3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-ones in chloroform in an argon atmosphere leads to dehydrogenation of these compounds to their corresponding pyrimidin-2(1H)-ones in excellent yields. Irradiation in the same solvent under an oxygen atmosphere generates, in addition, various hitherto unidentified products. A light-induced electron transfer from the substrate to the solvent is proposed as the initial event, supported by the detection of dichloromethane and hydrogen chloride in the photolysate.  相似文献

A variety of Biginelli 5-acetyl-3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-ones are efficiently oxidized to their corresponding pyrimidin-2(1H)-one derivatives upon UV irradiation under argon atmosphere in chloroform solution. The nature of the additional substituent on the phenyl ring located on C-4 of the heterocyclic ring influences the rate of reaction. Nanosized Fe-Co catalysts were prepared by co-precipitation method and studied for the conversion of synthesis gas to light olefins.In particular,the effects of a range of preparation variables such as Co/Fe molar ratios of the precipitation solution,pH value of precipitate,temperature of precipitation,promoters and loading of optimum promoter on the structure and catalytic performance are investigated.The optimal nano catalyst for light olefins (C2-C4) production was obtained over the catalyst with Co/Fe molar ratio of 3/1 which promoted with 2 wt% K.The results show that the best operational conditions were GHSV=2200 h-1 (H2/CO=2/1) at 260℃ under atmospheric pressure.Characterization of catalysts were carried out using X-ray diffraction (XRD),thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA),differential scanning calorimetry (DSC),scanning electron microscopy (SEM),transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and N2 physisorption measurements such as Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) and Barrett-Joyner-Halenda (BJH) methods.  相似文献

In the present study, the density functional theory (DFT) and Gibbs free energy calculations were performed to investigate the stability and tautomerism of C4-substituted-3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-ones. Three different forms are possible for the ethyl 3,4-dihydropyrimidinones (ethyl 4-aryl-6-methyl-3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-one-5-carboxylates, ethyl 4-aryl-2-hydroxy-6-methyl-1,4-dihydropyrimidine-5-carboxylates and ethyl 4-aryl-2-hydroxy-6-methyl-3,4-dihydropyrimidine-5-carboxylates) forms that the most stable form is ethyl 4-aryl-6-methyl-3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2 (1H)-one-5-carboxylates (keto-form). The obtained data showed that the substitution on the C4-substitut position can be effective on the equilibrium constant (K eq).  相似文献
