泛系关系族的泛对称与不动泛系定理

本文在泛系方法论的框架下,将泛对称与不动泛系定理的一些结果推广到了二元关系族的情形.具体地讨论了对于有限论域上的一族二元关系何时存在公共的不动子集的问题,得到了几个确定二元关系族是否存在公共的不动子集的简括的判别定理.其结果推广了传统的不动点理论中有关映射族是否存在公共的不动点的主要判别定理——Markov-Kakutani定理.

PANSYMMETRY AND FIXED PANSYSTEMS THEOREMS OF A CLASS OF PANSYSTEMS RELATIONS

In this paper. some results of pansymmetry and fixed pansystems theorems areextended to the case of a class of binary relations under the framework of pansystemsmethodology It is concretely discussed when a class of binary relations has a common fixedsubset on a finite universal set. Several simple but comprehensive decisive theorems areobtained which can be determined if a class of binary relations has a common fixed subset.Asaresult the main decisive theorem-Markov-Kakutani Theorem-is extended whichis in traditionally fixed point theory and can be determined if a class of mappings has acommon fixed point.     

基于联系数伴随函数的区间数多属性决策

针对把集对分析联系数用于区间数多属性决策时会遇到联系数中i取值不确定问题,给出了一种合理规避i取值的区间数多属性决策新方法,先利用联系数的态势函数确定决策方案的态势排序,态势级别相同时利用联系数的势函数确定方案的优劣排序;势函数相同时再利用联系数的二阶全偏联系数确定方案的优劣排序;实例应用表明:该方法不仅合理规避了i取值难题,计算简便,而且同时兼顾了决策方案的当前状态评价和发展趋势评价,使决策更具合理性和可操作性。     

Pansystems logic conservation of bifurcation,catastrophe, chaos and stability

It is in references[4,5]that the combination of the relative researches of pansystems methodology and the researches of bifurcation,catastrophe,chaos and stability in nonlinear mechanics was put forward and the concepts were redefined from the point of view of pansystems methodology.The present paper studies the logic conservation law of these nonlinear mechanics phenomena under the framework of pansystems methodology.     

条形几何尺寸对光通信用GaAs-GaAlAs边发光管性能的影响

本文阐述了条形几何尺寸对GaAs-GaAlAs边发光管性能的影响.计算了不同条宽的侧向电流分布和光场分布情况.计算与实验结果很好相符.通过合理的折衷,在100mA的低注入电流下获得了性能良好的边发光二极管,其标准尾纤的输出功率大于100μW,光带宽超过120MHz.是三次群光通信较为理想的光源器件.
