Nanocrystalline lanthanum zirconate La2Zr2O7 was synthesized by the solid-phase method using preliminary mechanical activation of a La2O3 and ZrO2 mixture. Processes occurring during heating the mixture of mechanoactivated lanthanum and zirconium oxides were studied using the X-ray phase analysis, IR spectroscopy, and complex thermal analysis. Synthesized lanthanum zirconate was characterized by the X-ray phase analysis and transmission electron microscopy methods.  相似文献

Four boron-dipyrrine (BODIPY) based dyes with π-extended substituents in 8-position of dipyrrin ligand have been synthesized and characterized. Photophysical properties of the obtained compounds have been investigated in different individual solvents. Deposits of solvent polarity and viscosity were evaluated. BODIPY with 8-biphenyl substituent was found to be the fluorescent molecular rotor in contrast to more extended substituents. The complex nature of solvent-solute interactions leads to the poor applicability of standard multiparameter approaches to BODIPY solvatochromic properties. Fluorescence intensity was found to increase in case of solvent polarity growth, it is not typical for BODIPY. Taking that into account the BODIPY with π-extended substituents could be used for fluorescence viscosity measurements, and as the fluorescent media polarity indicators in analytical chemistry and biochemistry.  相似文献

In this work, algebras with operators, i.e., algebras with an additional system of unary operations acting as endomorphisms with respect to the basic operations, are considered. We find necessary conditions for the simplicity and pseudosimplicity of an arbitrary universal algebra with a fixed operator and explore how several properties of congruences of this algebra depend on the structure of the unary reduct of a given algebra. For algebras with one ternary operation, defined in the standard way and satisfying the Mal’cev identities, and one operator (i.e., unars with Mal’cev operation), necessary and sufficient conditions for their simplicity and pseudosimplicity are obtained.  相似文献

PCR and ELISA methods for the detection of bovine leucosis in dried blood spots on porous membranes were compared. Dry samples were analyzed through real-time PCR, using several diagnostic test systems. Nineteen and 20 samples were identified as positive by PCR and ELISA, respectively. Fourteen of these samples were identified as positive by both methods. When using PCR and ELISA, 26 samples were identified as positive for leucosis, which amounted to 47% of the total number of tested samples. The results of the analysis of dried and native samples were in good agreement. The obtained results showed that whole blood sampling in the form of dried spots applied on membrane can be used as a convenient and reliable way to obtain dry samples of biological fluids with the purpose of screening herds for infectious diseases, in particular for bovine leucosis.  相似文献

We present direct measurements of the superconducting order parameter in nearly optimal FeSe Te single crystals with the critical temperature T C ≈ 14 K. Using the intrinsic multiple Andreev reflection effect (IMARE) spectroscopy and measurements of the lower critical field, we directly determined two superconducting gaps, ΔL ≈ 3.3?3.4 meV and ΔS ≈ 1 meV, and their temperature dependences. We show that a twoband model fits well the experimental data. The estimated electron–boson coupling constants indicate a strong intraband and a moderate interband interaction.  相似文献

An approach was developed towards design of medium-temperature solid-oxide fuel cells based on a deformation strengthened Ni-Al alloy. Methods of sintering were described that allowed obtaining layers of complex oxides with ionic and mixed conductivity and with regulated porosity in the range of 40–1%. Power density of a fuel cell on a metallic support reaches 500 mW/cm2 already at 700°C when humid H2 was used as fuel and air was used as an oxidant. Analysis of fuel cell cross-section after tests showed absence of fractures, flaking, and new phases with low conductivity, which proves good compatibility of all materials used in fuel cell design.  相似文献
