A comprehensive analysis of the evolution of the structural and superconducting properties of FeSe crystals stored in air for several years has been performed. It is established that the structure and phase composition of the samples remained invariable, while the superconducting parameters significantly degraded. These changes may be due to the stress relaxation or redistribution of defects in the samples.  相似文献

Process of kinking in CsI crystals has been studied with help of CLC (cholesteric liquid crystals) sensitive to deformation and temperature. It is shown that kinking formation is accompanied by local heat in the kink band. The velocity of deformation is the more the larger the quantity of heat in the kink band.  相似文献

High-quality Bi2 + x Sr2 ? y CuO6 + δ (Bi-2201) single crystals with the ratio Bi/Sr = 1.4–2.0 were grown by the free growth method in gas-filled cavities in KCl solution-melt in a range of doping levels, which provides variation in superconducting properties from insulators to optimally doped crystals. The charge composition Bi : Sr : Cu = 1.7 : 2.3 : 2.5 with excess Sr and Cu and synthesis conditions provided growth cavity formation in the KCl solution at the crystal growth stage. Lamellar single crystals and whiskers were grown under quasi-equilibrium conditions of lowered growth temperatures and partial oxygen pressure, achieved in closed gas-filled cavities.  相似文献

The temperature dependence of heat capacity C p o = f(T) of fullerene derivative (t-Bu)12C60 has been measured by a adiabatic vacuum calorimeter over the temperature range T = 6–350 K and by a differential scanning calorimeter over the temperature range T = 330–420 K for the first time. The low-temperature (T ≤ 50 K) dependence of the heat capacity was analyzed based on Debye’s the heat capacity theory of solids and its fractal variant. As a consequence, the conclusion about structure heterodynamicity is given. The experimental results have been used to calculate the standard thermodynamic functions C p o (T), H o(T)−H o(0), S o(T) and G o(T) − H o(0) over the range from T → 0 to 420 K. The standard entropy of formation at 298.15 K of fullerene derivative under study was calculated. The temperature of decomposition onset of derivative was determined by differential scanning calorimetery and thermogravimetric analysis. The standard thermodynamic characteristics of (t-Bu)12C60 and C60 fullerite were compared.  相似文献

Perfect single crystals of the high-temperature superconductor Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+δ with the superconducting transition temperature TC = 72–85 K (depending on the crystallization conditions) are obtained by the method of free growth in gas cavities formed in a KCl solution-melt. The specific features of the growth process are in the formation of an enclosed growth gas cavity in a (previously synthesized) blend of a specified phase composition dissolved in KCl and the free crystal growth in this cavity. The combination of growth and high-temperature annealing in the same process made it possible to obtain uniform (ΔTC = 1.5 K) single crystals with stable superconducting properties. Annealing of the grown single crystals in oxygen or in air in the temperature range 400–850°C confirmed that the crystals with maximum values of TC are optimally doped.  相似文献

The main aim of the study presented in this paper is the investigation of the structure of (As2S3)100?x(SbSI)x and (As2Se3)100?x(SbSI)x (0  ×  40) glasses by Raman spectroscopy and X-ray methods, also the nature of the crystalline inclusions which arise up in their matrix at heat treatment. We have found that in conditions of continuous heating in the interval “glassforming temperature–crystallization temperature” a crystallization with predominant mechanism of stable phase SbSI separation is taking place. The formation mechanism of crystalline inclusions of antimony sulphoiodide in glass matrix is discussed in the light of our results. It was established that all investigated glasses have a nano-heterogeneous structure.  相似文献
