Amorphous barium titanate nanothin films were prepared by sol–gel dip-coating method. According to transmission spectrum, the refractive index and optical band gap of nanothin films have been determined. High transmission spectrum without any fluctuation in visible wavelength region was recorded. Experimental results indicated that the surface morphology of prepared nanothin films were improved and as a result of that, a better optical properties, less optical losses and higher band gap width were obtained in contrast with other reported data. It was found that optical propagation loss of BaTiO3 nanothin film was much lower than normal polycrystalline BaTiO3 thin film. It seems to us that, amorphous barium titanate nanothin films would be suitable for several applications.  相似文献

Colloidal PbS nanocrystals have been synthesized by a developed procedure. UV–Vis absorption and Z-scan technique was also applied to study the nonlinear optical properties of prepared lead sulfide nanocrystals at 532 nm wavelength. The nonlinear refractive (n2) and absorption (β) were determined which are confirming the strong nonlinearity at 532 nm of colloidal PbS nanocrystals. The obtained results have not been reported before. In this study, only a weak thermal optical nonlinearity was observed and the dominating nonlinear response is resulted by the electronic origin. The nonlinear optical properties of prepared sample supported wide applications in nanophotonics.  相似文献

We characterize bilipschitz homogeneous Jordan curves by utilizing quasihomogeneous parameterizations. We verify that rectifiable bilipschitz homogeneous Jordan curves satisfy a chordarc condition. We exhibit numerous examples including a bilipschitz homogeneous quasicircle which has lower Hausdorff density zero. We examine homeomorphisms between Jordan curves.

In this paper, the rate equation models, which have been used for describing the high repetitive Q-switched intracavity doubling of Nd:YAG laser, are represented. According to these models and onthe basis of resonator length as the most important parameter for designation of the laser system, a computational procedure (block diagram), which is applied for determination of the doubling intracavity resonator specifications of the Nd:YAG laser, has been provided. According to the resonator length the beam quality inside the resonator for second harmonic generation of Nd:YAG laser in different output powers has been calculated. The results for several green output powers of the laser are compared with the experimental data, and good agreement is obtained.  相似文献
