采用恒电流电解法,以0.1mol/LNH4NO3、0.01mol/LZn(CH3COO)2水溶液为电解液,成功将ZnO电沉积于ITO导电玻璃的表面。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了ZnO晶核在ITO导电玻璃表面上的生长过程,对其生长取向、排列方式及微观形貌等方面发生的一系列变化的规律进行了研究和讨论。利用X射线衍射分析(XRD)研究了电沉积时间对ZnO结晶性的影响。结果表明:ZnO在ITO导电玻璃上的电沉积过程,经历了晶核生成、增长成片、片状组合、定向排列、团聚成花、团聚成块等连续过程;随着沉积时间的增长,沉积厚度增加,使得ZnO晶体的结晶性变差。 相似文献
