Novel self-assembled monolayers were obtained on silver using 4,7-diazaheptyl-trimethoxy-silane (SiN) and vinyl-trialkoxy-silane (SiVA, where the alkyl group is 3,6,9,12,15,18,21,24,27,30,33,36,39,42,45,48,51,54,57,60-eicozaoxa- hexaheptaconan). It was shown that thus modified metal surface was protected against electrooxidation. A densely packed monolayer remained stable and did not desorb from the Ag electrode on the potential cycling. The structure of SiN and SiVA as well as their complexes with Li+ cations were calculated and visualised by the AM1d and PM5 semi-empirical methods.  相似文献

We study the existence of positive solutions to the operator equation Lx = Nx, where L is a linear Fredholm mapping of index zero and N is a nonlinear operator. Using the properties of cones in Banach spaces and Leray-Schauder degree for completely continuous operators, k-set contractions and condensing mappings, we obtain some refinements of the results established in [3] and [14]. SPE and TLC have been used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of salidroside, rosavin, rosarin, and rosin in commercially available dry extracts from Rhodiola rosea roots. The best separation of all the compounds was achieved on silica gel TLC plates with ethyl acetate—methanol—water, 77 + 13 + 10 (v/v), as mobile phase. UV detection was performed at λ = 215 nm for salidroside and at λ= 245 nm for the rosavins (rosavin, rosarin, and rosin). Detection limits for salidroside and the rosavins were 90 ng and 60 ng per spot, respectively. Results from quantitative analysis confirmed the manufacturer’s declaration of the amounts of salidroside and the rosavins in the extracts.

The effect of -, - and -cyclodextrin onthe photochemical stability of 7-amino-4-methylcoumarin (C120)was studied. Using spectroscopic techniques (UV/Vis absorption spectroscopy, fluorescence, fluorescence anisotropy and circular dichroism) combined with HPLC/MS and MS analysis it was demonstrated that addition of -cyclodextrin to the aqueoussolution of C120 markedly inhibits the photodegradation of that dye. This results from theformation of an inclusion complex between C120 and -cyclodextrin.  相似文献

Two polymeric complexes: catena(μ-CrO4-O,O′)[Co(HIm)3H2O] (1) and catena(μ-CrO4-O,O′)[Co0.43Ni0.57(HIm)3H2O] (2) (where HIm=imidazole) with a cis-bridging coordination mode of the CrO4 2− anion have been synthesized and characterized by X-ray and spectroscopic methods. These crystals were isolated from nine systems of varying reagent molar ratios and three excluding anions: Cl, NO3 and SO4 2− exclusively as mer [M(HIm)3O3]-type isomers. The unit cell of these isostructural complexes (monoclinic crystal system P21 /n) contains two independent helixes, left- and right handed, stabilized by intrahelical and interhelical hydrogen bonding and π–π interaction between pairs of the imidazole rings from neighbouring helixes. The Raman spectra at 77 K of 1 and 2 deconvoluted into lorentzian components revealed the block-type polymeric structure of the complexes. Moreover, the solution studies at millimolar concentrations of 1 and 2 indicated their complete decomposition in water. Four K electronic spectral analysis of the crystals (band deconvolution into gaussian components) enhanced with the data obtained in the polarized light allowed for assignment of the bands to the respective d–d transition (D4h symmetry). It was found that the metallic centres are independently absorbing species, which supports the suggestion of a block-type structure of the polymers. The respective crystal field parameters for Co and Ni were calculated.  相似文献

Calorimetry has been used in the investigations of calcium aluminate materials produced as a binder for aluminate-corundum composites of high refractoriness. The kinetics and of hydration process was thus characterized and the optimum compositions of initial binders and cement-corundum refractory filler blends could be selected for further tests. The acceleration of heat evolution - the shortening of so-called induction period and relatively high heat output in the presence of corundum was observed. It means the acceleration of hydration process, that is early crystallisation of hydration products and subsequent further dissolution of initial anhydrous aluminate phases. In the presence of fine grained corundum particles these phenomena should be attributed to the nucleating effect of fine corundum particles. Crystal structures of two title compounds and several their relatives known earlier reveal conservative and characteristic features, which may be related to their tuberculostatic activity. The molecules are predominantly planar due to conjugation through five successive bonds in the zwitterionic fragment S–C(sp2)–N–NH+–C(sp2)–NH2 and intramolecular hydrogen bonds, which prevent rotation of the adjacent pyrazine (or pyridine) ring. It has been suggested that in spatial sense such planar molecules resemble acridines intercalating with nucleic acids and that similar process may be responsible for tuberculostatic activity of the title pyrazine-2-carboxamide-N′-carbonothioyl-hydrazones.  相似文献

The influence of the nature of ligands upon the magnetic and EPR properties was investigated for the series of polynuclear Cu(II) complexes with tridentate Schiff bases. A similar tendency of changes in the |J| and D parameters was found for binuclear Cu(II) complexes with ligands derived from condensation of 3-amino-1-propanol with 2-hydroxyaldehydes and acetylacetone as well as for Cu(II) complexes with condensation products of o-aminophenol and β-diketones. The Cu(II) complex with Schiff base of 1-amino-2-propanol and acetylacetone exhibits ferromagnetic behaviour suggesting tetrameric structure.  相似文献
