The synthesis of long, branched, and complex carbohydrate sequences remains a challenging task in chemical synthesis. Reported here is an efficient and modular one‐pot synthesis of a nona‐decasaccharide and shorter sequences from Psidium guajava polysaccharides, which have the potent α‐glucosidase inhibitory activity. The synthetic strategy features: 1) several one‐pot glycosylation reactions on the basis of N‐phenyltrifluoroacetimidate (PTFAI) and Yu glycosylation to streamline the chemical synthesis of oligosaccharides, 2) the successful and efficient assembly sequences (first O3′, second O5′, final O2′) toward the challenging 2,3,5‐branched Araf motif, 3) the stereoselective 1,2‐cis‐glucosylation by reagent control, and 4) the convergent [6+6+7] one‐pot coupling reaction for the final assembly of the target nona‐decasaccharide. This orthogonal one‐pot glycosylation strategy can streamline the chemical synthesis of long, branched, and complicated carbohydrate chains.  相似文献

The thousand grain weight is an index of size, fullness and quality in crop seed detection and is an important basis for field yield prediction. To detect the thousand grain weight of rice requires the accurate counting of rice. We collected a total of 5670 images of three different types of rice seeds with different qualities to construct a model. Considering the different shapes of different types of rice, this study used an adaptive Gaussian kernel to convolve with the rice coordinate function to obtain a more accurate density map, which was used as an important basis for determining the results of subsequent experiments. A Multi-Column Convolutional Neural Network was used to extract the features of different sizes of rice, and the features were fused by the fusion network to learn the mapping relationship from the original map features to the density map features. An advanced prior step was added to the original algorithm to estimate the density level of the image, which weakened the effect of the rice adhesion condition on the counting results. Extensive comparison experiments show that the proposed method is more accurate than the original MCNN algorithm.  相似文献

ZnS:Mn,Cu粉末发光材料的ESR谱随Mn2+浓度和制备条件的不同有着明显的变化。根据耦合Mn2+的ESR谱理论分析,计算ESR谱参数及其饱和现象表明,当Mn2+浓度>0.2%,Mn2+开始形成离子团,Mn2+团的形成和Mn2+离子与晶格间耦合随Mn2+浓度的增大而增强是发光浓度猝灭的主要原因,Mn2+浓度约为0.7%具有最高发光亮度。本文还讨论了退火条件对ZnS:Mn,Cu ESR谱的影响以及老化的ZnS:Cu中Cu2+的ESR谱。  相似文献

The transverse magnetic field (TMF) drives the vacuum arc to move along the surface of the contacts to prevent the local overheating and melting of the contact surfaces. The arcing process has great influence on the breaking capacity of short‐circuit current. In this paper, the arcing process between three types of TMF contacts was investigated. The transition process of an arc from the ignition stage to the diffusion stage was discussed. The transition moment, transition gap distance, and transition current were obtained. It was found that the axial magnetic field component of TMF contacts affected the arc transition process.  相似文献

A novel Fe/amine modified chitosan composite (Fe/N-CS) was facilely synthesized and showed higher affinity to both Zn(II) and cefazolin (CEF) than its precursors. Synergistic co-adsorption of them by Fe/N-CS was observed in varied conditions. The adsorption amount maximally increased by 100.1% for Zn and 68.2% for CEF in bi-solute systems. The initial adsorption rate of Zn(II) also improved with CEF. The increasing temperature facilitated coadsorption. The results of the preloading tests, FTIR/XPS characterizations and DFT calculations suggested that (1) both polyamines and Fe sites participated in the adsorption of Zn(II) and CEF, (2) Zn(II) could serve as a new efficient site for CEF, forming [amine-Zn-CEF]/[FeOH-Zn-CEF] ternary complexes, and (3) the co-presence of CEF shielded the electrostatic repulsion between protonated amines and Zn(II), contributing to the enhancement of Zn(II) adsorption. Further, the ion strength exerted positive and negative influences on the adsorption of Zn(II) and CEF, respectively. Additionally, CEF and Zn(II) were successively recovered by 0.1 mol/L NaOH followed by 2 mmol/L HCl. Fe/N-CS could be stably reused five times. The findings imply that Fe/N-CS is promising for the highly efficient co-removal of concurrent heavy metals and antibiotics.  相似文献

Thin membranes (900 nm) were prepared by direct transformation of infiltrated amorphous precursor nanoparticles, impregnated in a graphene oxide (GO) matrix, into hydroxy sodalite (SOD) nanocrystals. The amorphous precursor particles rich in silanols (Si−OH) enhanced the interactions with the GO, thus leading to the formation of highly adhesive and stable SOD/GO membranes via strong bonding. The cross-linking of SOD nanoparticles with the GO in the membranes promoted both the high gas permeance and enhanced selectivity towards H2 from a mixture containing CO2 and H2O. The SOD/GO membranes are moisture resistance and exhibit steady separation performance (H2 permeance of about 4900 GPU and H2/CO2 selectivity of 56, with no degradation in performance during the test of 50 h) at high temperature (200 °C) under water vapor (4 mol %).  相似文献

Poly(ester amide)s (PEAs) comprising α‐amino acids, diols, and diacids are promising materials for biomedical applications such as tissue engineering and drug delivery because of their tunability and potential for either hydrolytic or enzymatic degradation. Although a number of PEAs of different compositions have been reported, there is a significant need for the incorporation of amino acids with functional side chains. This will allow for the conjugation of drugs or cell signaling molecules in tissue engineering scaffolds, thus expanding the potential applications of these materials. The objective of this work was the incorporation of l ‐lysine into PEAs to provide functionalizable pendant amine groups. Thus, varying percentages of lysine were incorporated into PEAs comprised of l ‐phenylalanine, 1,4‐butanediol, and succinic acid by tuning the ratio of ε‐protected‐l ‐lysine and l ‐phenylalanine derived monomers. The polymers were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy, size exclusion chromatography, and differential scanning calorimetry. The lysine ε‐protecting group was removed, then the reactivity of the pendant amines was demonstrated by reaction with amino acid and tri(ethylene glycol) derivatives. The degradation of thin films of polymers were studied using scanning electron microscopy and the incorporation of lysine was found to significantly accelerate both the hydrolytic and enzymatic degradation. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Ordered and flexible porous frameworks with solution processability are highly desirable to fabricate continuous and large‐scale membranes for the efficient gas separation. Herein, the first microporous hydrogen‐bonded organic framework (HOF) membrane has been fabricated by an optimized solution‐processing technique. The framework exhibits the superior stability because of the abundant hydrogen bonds and strong π–π interactions. Thanks to the flexible HOF structure, the membrane possesses the unprecedented pressure‐responsive H2/N2 separation performance. Furthermore, the scratched membrane can be healed by the treatment of solvent vapor, achieving the recovery of separation performance.  相似文献
