A method for the isolation, purification, and determination of eleutheroside E in Acanthopanax giraldii Harms, collected in the Sichuan province (China), is established. The water extraction of A. giraldii Harms is pre-isolated using macroporous adsorption resin (D-101) and a C18 solid-phase extraction cartridge, and the enriched extract is purified to give eleutheroside E (syringaresinol-di-O-beta-D-glucoside; liriodendrin) by semipreparative reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography. Structure identification is performed by a comparison of IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, and electrospray ionization-mass spectrometric data with the literature. The final purity of the compound is 97%. Quantitative determination of eleutheroside E in A. giraldii Harms is performed on a Zorbax SB C18 (150- x 4.6-mm i.d., 5 microm) column. The linear range of eleutheroside E is 4.85-194 mg/L (r = 0.9998), and the average recovery is 99.6-101%. The developed method is simple, reproducible, and easy to operate. It is useful for the evaluation of Acanthopanax giraldii Harms.  相似文献

In this study, detection of staphylococcal enterotoxin A (SEA) in multi-matrices using a highly sensitive and specific microplate chemiluminescence enzyme immunoassay (CLEIA) has been established. A pair of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) was selected from 37 anti-SEA mAbs by pairwise analysis, and the experimental conditions of the CLEIA were optimized. This CLEIA exhibited high performance with a wide dynamic range from 6.4 pg mL−1 to 1600 pg mL−1, and the measured low limit of detection (LOD) was 3.2 pg mL−1. No cross-reactivity was observed when this method was applied to test SEB, SEC1, and SED. It has also been successfully applied for analyzing SEA in a variety of environmental, biological, and clinical matrices, such as sewage, tap water, river water, roast beef, peanut butter, cured ham, 10% nonfat dry milk, milk, orange juice, human urine, and serum. Thus, the highly sensitive and SEA-specific CLEIA should make it attractive for quantifying SEA in public health and diagnosis in near future.  相似文献

With the rapid development of wireless sensor technology, recent progress in wireless sensor and actuator networks (WSANs) with energy harvesting provide the possibility for various real-time applications. Meanwhile, extensive research activities are carried out in the fields of efficient energy allocation and control strategy design. However, the joint design considering physical plant control, energy harvesting, and consumption is rarely concerned in existing works. In this paper, in order to enhance system control stability and promote quality of service for the WSAN energy efficiency, a novel three-step joint optimization algorithm is proposed through control strategy and energy management analysis. First, the optimal sampling interval can be obtained based on energy harvesting, consumption, and remaining conditions. Then, the control gain for each sampling interval is derived by using a backward iteration. Finally, the optimal control strategy is determined as a linear function of the current plant states and previous control strategies. The application of UAV formation flight system demonstrates that better system performance and control stability can be achieved by the proposed joint optimization design for all poor, sufficient, and general energy harvesting scenarios.  相似文献

Influencing factors on bioaccumulation of Ni by Synechcoccus were studied in this paper. The equilibration time of Ni bioaccumulation was about 80 min in aqueous solution. Bioaccumulation quantity reached maximum when mass ratio of Ni to dry weight concentration of Synechcoccus was 16-18%. Bioaccumulation quantity increased with increasing pH. The optimum pH was 9-10 and higher pH led to precipitation of Ni(OH)2. Bioaccumulation quantity was also influenced by temperature and light intensity reaching their optima at 35℃ and 3 000 lx respectively. Bioaccumulation of nonliving algae was larger than that of living algae.  相似文献

Functional materials with multi-responsive properties and good controllability are highly desired for developing bioinspired and intelligent multifunctional systems. Although some chromic molecules have been developed, it is still challenging to realize in situ multicolor fluorescence changes based on a single luminogen. Herein, we reported an aggregation-induced emission (AIE) luminogen called CPVCM, which can undergo a specific amination with primary amines to trigger luminescence change and photoarrangement under UV irradiation at the same active site. Detailed mechanistic insights were carried out to illustrate the reactivity and reaction pathways. Accordingly, multiple-colored images, a quick response code with dynamic colors, and an all-round information encryption system were demonstrated to show the properties of multiple controls and responses. It is believed that this work not only provides a strategy to develop multiresponsive luminogens but also develops an information encryption system based on luminescent materials.  相似文献

Botulinum neurotoxins (BoNTs) are the most poisonous substances ever known. The early detection of these toxins could bear more time for appropriate medical intervention. The standard method for detecting BoNTs is the mouse bioassay, which is time consuming (up to 4 days) and requires a large number of laboratory animals. The immunologic detection methods could detect the toxins within a day, but most of these methods are less sensitive compared with the mouse bioassay due to the lack of high-affinity antibodies. Recently, the recombinant HC subunit of botulinum neurotoxin type A (rAHC) was expressed as an effective vaccine against botulism, indicating that the rAHC could be an effective immunogen that raises the monoclonal antibody (mAb) for detecting BoNT/A. After immunized BALB/c mice with rAHC, 56 mAbs were generated. Two of these mAbs were selected to establish a highly sensitive sandwich chemiluminescence enzyme immunoassay (CLEIA), in which FMMU-BTA-49 and FMMU-BTA-22 were used as capture antibody and detection antibody, respectively. The calculated limit of detection (LOD) based on molecular weight of rAHC and BoNT/A reached 0.45 pg mL−1. This CLEIA can be used in the detection of BoNT/A in matrices such as milk and beef extract. This method has 20–40 fold lower LOD than that of the mouse bioassay and takes only 3 h to complete the detection, indicating that it can be used as a valuable method to detect and quantify BoNT/A.  相似文献

TiO2光催化反应过程涉及光生电荷、电荷迁移、电荷在TiO2表面的反应和溶液体相反应4个顺序相接并相互影响的步骤.在TiO2中掺杂金属离子对以上4个步骤均有重要影响,合理的掺杂可有效地提高其光催化性能.本文综合了国内外此方面的最新研究成果,从提高TiO2光催化性能和优化光催化反应的角度出发,在材料吸光能力、电荷扩散、表面反应、粒径和晶型等方面,全面地分析总结了金属离子掺杂的影响效果和规律性认识,并对TiO2基光催化材料的金属离子掺杂改性研究的未来发展方向提出了建议.文中还简要介绍了相关的掺杂方法和材料表征手段.  相似文献

Based on the Hammett equation, a general method is established to relate the polycondensation monomer reactivity with both the monomer structural parameters and the properties of the solvent used for the non‐equilibrium ternary copolycondensation to give copolyamides. Linear plots of the logarithm of the monomer reactivity ratio, log r, versus structure parameter ΔpK could be represented by the equation log r = ρΔpK.

A new growth way for single crystalline Bismuth nanorod is proposed only by using radio frequency magnetron sputtering method, rather than by conventional methods with assistance of template or catalyst. Structural analysis demonstrates that single crystalline Bi nanorod with rhombohedral structure orients along [110] direction and that preferred oxidation direction on the surface of Bi nanorod is normal to {110} planes. The growth mechanism of Bi nanorod is also discussed. This is believed to be controlled by spiral growth through vapor–solid process.  相似文献

With the rapid development of UAV technology, the research of optimal UAV formation tracking has been extensively studied. However, the high maneuverability and dynamic network topology of UAVs make formation tracking control much more difficult. In this paper, considering the highly dynamic features of uncertain time-varying leader velocity and network-induced delays, the optimal formation control algorithms for both near-equilibrium and general dynamic control cases are developed. First, the discrete-time error dynamics of UAV leader–follower models are analyzed. Next, a linear quadratic optimization problem is formulated with the objective of minimizing the errors between the desired and actual states consisting of velocity and position information of the follower. The optimal formation tracking problem of near-equilibrium cases is addressed by using a backward recursion method, and then the results are further extended to the general dynamic case where the leader moves at an uncertain time-varying velocity. Additionally, angle deviations are investigated, and it is proved that the similar state dynamics to the general case can be derived and the principle of control strategy design can be maintained. By using actual real-world data, numerical experiments verify the effectiveness of the proposed optimal UAV formation-tracking algorithm in both near-equilibrium and dynamic control cases in the presence of network-induced delays.  相似文献
