减压扩散高阻密栅技术应用研究

本文对减压扩散机理及高阻密栅技术作了详细的分析,并就设备及工艺方面的关键技术进行了阐述,最后对减压扩散高方阻工艺及密栅匹配技术电池效率进行了对比分析,有以下结论:(1)减压扩散在工艺优化后,方阻均匀性得到大幅改善,达到3;以内.(2)减压扩散电池效率完全可达到常规产线的水平,且在高阻密栅方面更有优势,可有效提升太阳电池效率.     

12β-Acetyloxyperforatin,a New Limonoid from Harrisonia Perforata

A new A, D-seco limonoid, named 12-acetyloxyperforatin (1), along with three known ones, were isolated from the leaves of Harrisonia perforata. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis, including extensive NMR techniques and computational modelling. These compounds showed no inhibitory activity against the 11β-HSD1 enzyme.     

Rational Development of Remote C−H Functionalization of Biphenyl: Experimental and Computational Studies

A simple and efficient nitrile-directed meta-C−H olefination, acetoxylation, and iodination of biaryl compounds is reported. Compared to the previous approach of installing a complex U-shaped template to achieve a molecular U-turn and assemble the large-sized cyclophane transition state for the remote C−H activation, a synthetically useful phenyl nitrile functional group could also direct remote meta-C−H activation. This reaction provides a useful method for the modification of biaryl compounds because the nitrile group can be readily converted to amines, acids, amides, or other heterocycles. Notably, the remote meta-selectivity of biphenylnitriles could not be expected from previous results with a macrocyclophane nitrile template. DFT computational studies show that a ligand-containing Pd–Ag heterodimeric transition state (TS) favors the desired remote meta-selectivity. Control experiments demonstrate the directing effect of the nitrile group and exclude the possibility of non-directed meta-C−H activation. Substituted 2-pyridone ligands were found to be key in assisting the cleavage of the meta-C−H bond in the concerted metalation–deprotonation (CMD) process.     

Facile non‐lithographic route to highly aligned silica nanopatterns using unidirectionally aligned polystyrene‐block‐polydimethylsiloxane films

Thin films (monolayer and bilayer) of cylinder forming polystyrene‐block‐polydimethylsiloxane (PS‐b‐PDMS) were shear aligned by the swelling and deswelling of a crosslinked PDMS pad that was physically adhered to the film during solvent vapor annealing. The nanostructures formed by self‐assembly were exposed to ultraviolet‐ozone to partially oxidize the PDMS, followed by calcination in air at 500 °C. In this process, the PS segments were fully decomposed, while the PDMS yielded silica nanostructures. The highly aligned PDMS cylinders were thus deposited as silica nanolines on the silicon substrate. Using a bilayer film, the center‐to‐center distance of these features were effectively halved from 38 to 19 nm. Similarly, by sequential shear‐alignment of two distinct layers, a rhombic array of silica nanolines was fabricated. 非完整系统Chetaev动力学和vakonomic动力学的等价条件

就一般非完整约束系统，从约束方程满足的变分恒等式出发，利用增广位形流形上的向量场定义三类非自由变分，即非完整变分：vakonomic变分、Hlder变分、Suslov变分，并讨论它们之间的关系以及它们成为自由变分的充要条件.利用非完整变分以及相应的积分变分原理建立两类动力学方程：vakonomic方程和Routh方程或Chaplygin方程.通过vakonomic方程分别与Routh方程和Chaplygin方程比较，得到它们具有共同解的两类充分必要条件.这些条件并不是约束的可积性条件. 关键词： 非完整约束 非完整变分 Chetaev条件 vakonomic动力学     

推广x重新标度模型的重标度参数经验公式

给出了推广x重新标度模型的重标度参数经验公式,其中建立了重标度参数与原子核的平均结合能之间的联系,由该公式可以得出A≥12的所有核的重标度参数值,利用这些参数值可以计算有关核过程并做出预言.     

FeS2多晶薄膜电子结构的实验研究

用磁控溅射方法制各纯Fe薄膜,并硫化合成FeS2.采用同步辐射X射线近边吸收谱与X射线光电子能谱研究了薄膜的电子结构.结果表明,合成的FeS2薄膜,在费米能级附近,有较强的Fe 3d态密度存在,同时,在价带谱中2-10eV处有强度较大的S 3p态密度存在;Fe的3d轨道在八面体配位场作用下分别为t2g和eg轨道,实验中由Fe的吸收谱计算得到两分裂能级之差为2.1eV;实验测得FeS2价带结构中导带宽度约为2.4eV,导带上方仍存在第二能隙,其宽度约为2.8eV.     

ZnS∶Zn,Pb蓝粉在低压阴极射线激发下的应用

通过对ZnS∶Zn,Pb蓝色荧光粉进行表面包覆SiO2以改善其稳定性;In2O3材料的适量混合,提高了荧光粉的导电性,降低了它的起辉电压。采用沉淀法制备荧光屏,考察了阳极电压和阳极电流对亮度以及衰减过程的影响,实验结果表明ZnS∶Zn,Pb的性能优于ZnS∶Ag,Cl和ZnS∶Zn,可适用于FED等低压显示器。     

A Facile Synthesis of α-Phenylthio-α,β-Unsatuated Esters

α-phenylthio-α，β-unsaturated esters 6 were synthesized by Witting reaction of 3.which were prepared by a phenylsulfenyllation-trans-ylidation reaction.
