The composites xTiO2-(1−x)SiO2 (x = 0.1, 0.5, 0.9) were obtained by coprecipitation from solutions of alkoxides: tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) and titanium tetraisopropoxide
(TIPT). Intermolecular interaction of the components of the composite is apparent in the IR absorption spectra in the 928–952
cm−1 region, and is connected with bending vibrations of the Si-O-Ti bond.

The degrees of hydrolysis of tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) in filmforming compositions containing hydrolysis catalysts and modifiers of different nature have been determined. The TEOS hydrolysis depth has been estimated by the IR spectroscopic method. It is shown that the optical absorption of films depends on the amount of the immobilized indicator and the initial conditions for film formation. 相似文献

Scanning electron microscopy, potentiodynamic polarization method, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy were used to study the corrosion behavior of AD31 (AA6063) aluminum alloy in acid (pH 3) 0.05 M NaCl solutions containing 3 mmol dm–3 of NaVO3 inhibitor. It was found that the corrosion of AD31 alloy in acid sodium chloride solutions predominantly occurs locally at aluminum/intermetallic particle phase boundaries and is limited by the electrochemical stage of charge transfer. It was shown that introduction of sodium vanadate can reduce the rate of selective dissolution of magnesium from the alloy and provides a protective effect on the level of 7–10%. 相似文献

The specific features of spectrochemical properties of active silica-gel films in air media with various pH have been studied.
SiO2 films were obtained by acid hydrolysis of tetraethoxysilane. The optical properties were controlled by immobilization of
indicators (bromocresol purple, phenol red). The possibility of using them as optical-fiber sensors is shown.

A comparative study of the physicochemical properties of nanodispersed TiO2 samples synthesized from TiCl4 by the sol–gel and coprecipitation methods has shown the advantages of the former from the points of view of both the specific surface area and electrorheological response of the obtained filler in 5% electrorheological dispersions. A correlation has been revealed between the temperature of TiO2 treatment (600–800°C) and its structure, phase state and electrorheological response. The maximum shear stress increment has been observed for dispersions of TiO2 samples that contain 7–10 mol % Al and have been thermotreated at 700°C for 3.0–3.5 h. 相似文献
