Experimental data have been presented on the influence of silver on the viscosity and thermal conductivity of a dispersion of diamond nanoparticles. A stable dispersion (5 wt %) of detonation nanodiamond particles has been used in the experiments. Silver ions have been introduced electrolytically into the dispersion of diamond nanoparticles. Silver concentration was not higher than 0.05 wt %. It has been shown that the introduction of silver ions significantly affects the thermal conductivity and viscosity of the dispersion.  相似文献

A sequence of phases forming during the solid-phase reaction in Al/Pt bilayer thin films has been investigated by in situ electron diffraction. It is shown that the amorphous PtAl2 phase forms first during the solid-phase reaction initiated by heating. Upon further heating, PtAl2, Pt2Al3, PtAl, and Pt3Al crystalline phases sequentially form, which is qualitatively consistent with an effective formation heat model. The content of phases forming during the reaction has been quantitatively analyzed and the structural phase transformations have been examined.

Metallic nickel nanoparticles of various sizes are formed in a thin near-surface layer in an amorphous SiO2 matrix during 40-keV Ni+ ion implantation at a dose of (0.25−1.0) × 1017 ions/cm2. The micro-structure of the irradiated layer and the crystal structure, morphology, and sizes of nickel particles formed at various irradiation doses are studied by transmission electron microscopy and electron diffraction. The magnetooptical Faraday effect and the magnetic circular dichroism in an ensemble of nickel nanoparticles are studied in the optical range. The permittivity [^(e)]\hat \varepsilon tensor components are calculated for the implanted samples using an effective medium model with allowance for the results of magnetooptical measurements. The spectral dependences of the tensor [^(e)]\hat \varepsilon components are found to be strongly different from those of a continuous metallic nickel film. These differences are related to a disperse structure of the magnetic nickel phase and to a surface plasma resonance in the metal nanoparticles.  相似文献

The structure formed during solid-state synthesis in thin bilayer Al/Ni films with the ratio Al: Ni = 60: 40 (at %) has been investigated. The films were obtained by thermal evaporation in vacuum with a residual pressure of 10?5–10?6 Torr. Solid-state synthesis was performed by diffusion reaction. The sequence of phase formation upon vacuum annealing of bilayer Al/Ni films has been established: Al + Ni → Al3Ni + Ni (T ann = 180°C) → Al3Ni2 (T ann = 220°C).  相似文献

The system of unidirectionally coupled klystron chaos generators with delayed feedback has been experimentally and theoretically investigated. A new technique for diagnostics of generalized chaotic synchronization is proposed, which is based on the spectral analysis of a signal from a response klystron generator.
