The energy distribution of the ions striking the cathode of the dc planar magnetron system was measured over a range of the typical sputtering conditions (magnetic field of 0.07–0.13 T, argon pressure of 0.01–10 Pa, discharge voltage of 250–600 V). The results obtained allow us to conclude that the major part of the incident ion flux originates in the cathode fall region. The theoretical model developed in terms of mobility theory makes it possible to evaluate the cathode fall voltage and its dependence on the sputtering conditions. It was found that the normalized integral form of the incident ions, energy spectrum is practically independent of the sputtering discharge parameters. 相似文献

The three-body continuum Coulomb problem is treated in terms of the generalized parabolic coordinates. Approximate solutions are expressed in the form of a Lippmann-Schwinger-type equation, where the Green’s function includes the leading term of the kinetic energy and the total potential energy, whereas the potential contains the non-orthogonal part of the kinetic energy operator. As a test of this approach, the integral equation for the (e ?, e ?, He++) system has been solved numerically by using the parabolic Sturmian basis representation of the (approximate) potential. Novel 7-N-(beta-alanyl)aminophenoxazin-3-one salts 27a-d have been synthesized and tested as chromogenic substrates for beta-alanyl aminopeptidase, which is present in Pseudomonas aeruginosa, the most common respiratory pathogen in patients with cystic fibrosis. The biological results show that 7-N-(beta-alanyl)amino-1-pentylphenoxazin-3-one trifluoroacetate salt 27a is a chromogenic substrate for this bacterium, with a low degree of diffusion in nutrient media for growing bacterial cultures and a bright red colour, making it easily distinguishable from the agar background. 相似文献
