Production of salable goods from industrial waste can become an additional innovative component of liquid-metal technology of atomic engineering. In this paper, we used sodium silicofluoride (Na2SiF6), i.e., phosphate Ca(HPO4)2 production waste. Fundamentals of a worldwide unique ecologically clean low-temperature technology of Si reduction from Na2SiF6 and Si deposition on substrates in a liquid-metal loop in a single process was developed, as well as a gas-phase technology of Si reduction by sodium from gaseous SiF4 released during thermal dissociation of Na2SiF6.  相似文献

A six-dimensional Langevin approach is developed for the analysis of near-barrier heavy-ion fusion and deep-inelastic collisions. In its framework, vibrational and rotational degrees of freedom of both nuclei are taken into account explicitly. Calculated fusion cross sections, compound nuclei spin distributions, and angular and energy distributions of deep-inelastic products show satisfactory agreement with experimental data.  相似文献

Two direct mechanisms are considered for the heavy ion collisions which lead to fast α-particle emission: α-particle knock on by the incident ion and heavy fragment stripping of this ion. It is demonstrated that stripping mechanism allows to reproduce all the experimental characteristic features of the process except the cross-section dependence on α-particle separation energy in the target. Knock on process reproduces this feature as well. It is pointed that the analysis of experimental data on the hard part of α-particle spectrum allows to gain a unique information on the properties of the strongly rotating nuclei produced in these reactions.  相似文献

The possibility of producing exotic 6He nuclei in the 7Li(γ, p) reaction with 22 MeV electron beam at the MT-25 microtron in the Flerov Laboratory of Nuclear Reactions, Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (FLNR JINR), is studied. The 6He yield from the Li2CO3 target made up 6 × 105 s−1 per 1 μA of the electron beam current. The obtained result is quite promising, taking into account the further improvement of the target unit, the possibility of using another lithium compound, and the increase in the target material temperature and the electron beam current up to 20 μA. The application of this approach for the further production of a monochromatic beam of accelerated 6He nuclei with an intensity on the order of 107 s−1 would make a large number of experiments on investigating the structure of this nucleus and the mechanisms of nuclear reactions with its participation feasible. This method for obtaining 6He nuclei may turn out to be one of the most optimal (and inexpensive) currently available.  相似文献

The fusion of 6He with 206Pb has been studied at energies close to and below the Coulomb barrier. The experiment was carried out at the Dubna Radioactive Ion Beams complex of FLNR, JINR. The 6He beam intensity was about 5 x 10(6) pps, the maximum energy being 60.3+/-0.4 MeV. The yield of the 210Po isotope, produced in the 2n-evaporation channel, demonstrates an extremely large enhancement of the sub-barrier fusion cross section as compared with the 4He+208Pb reaction. This enhancement is most likely due to the mechanism of "sequential fusion" with an intermediate neutron transfer from 6He to the Pb nucleus with positive Q values.  相似文献
