A new type of stimuli-responsive organic/inorganic nano-composite hydrogel was prepared by introducing fibrillar attapulgite into poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate-co-poly(ethylene glycol) methyl ether methacrylate-co-methacrylic acid) network, in which the nanosized attapulgite fibril worked as the cross-linker instead of conventional chemical cross-linker. In the preparation process, a prepolymerization route was adopted to effectively stabilize the dispersion of attapulgite. The structure and morphology of the nano-composite hydrogels were characterized by SEM, FTIR and DSC. The swelling/deswelling behaviors and tensile mechanical properties of the nano-composite hydrogels were compared with that of the corresponding chemically cross-linked hydrogel. The results showed that the nano-composite hydrogels had much greater equilibrium-swelling ratio, much faster response rate to pH and significantly improved tensile mechanical properties. As the content of AT increased, the tensile strength, effective cross-link chain density and glass transition temperature increased, while the equilibrium swelling ratio, deswelling rate and elongation at break decreased. 相似文献

Thermal processing at various temperatures has been used to fabricate poly(vinylidene fluoride‐co‐trifluoroethylene) [P(VDF‐co‐TrFE)] films with varied crystalline properties in an attempt to improve their piezoelectric properties. Although the dielectric constant of the films annealed at higher temperature is smaller than that of cooled and quenched ones, it has been shown that the annealed films possess larger crystallinity and stacked lamellar crystal grain size. The ferroelectric domains deriving from crystal region in all the samples are effectively improved by hot polarization. As a result, the remnant polarizations (Pr) and coercive electric field (Ec) of the corresponding films are improved at a low frequency due to the response of dipoles in crystal phase, and the largest piezoelectric constant in the longitudinal thickness mode (d33=?25 pC/N) is obtained in an annealed copolymer film. The results illustrate improving the crystal structure of P(VDF‐co‐TrFE) is an effective way to realize high electromechanical properties, which provides broadly applied scenery for this kind of copolymer in piezoelectric components. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Structural dynamics of a Mn‐Na2WO4/SiO2 catalyst were detected directly under reaction conditions during the oxidative coupling of methane via in situ XRD and operando Raman spectroscopy. A new concept of fluctuating storage and release of an active phase in heterogeneous catalysis is proposed that involves the transient generation of active sodium oxide species via a reversible reaction of Na2WO4 with Mn7SiO12. Several key problems involved in the analyses of spectra of asymmetric top molecules, i.e., the effective Hamiltonian, the representation and basis vector, identification of energy levels, the selection rules, the relative intensity, and Zeeman tuning rate, were elucidated systematically. Introducing the high-order centrifugal distortion terms into the effective Hamiltonian, the precision for calculation has been improved substantially, which allows us to analyze the high-lying rotational transitions. A global analysis of all available spectra of 14N16O2 in the ground vibronic state has been made to obtain a set of molecular constants of 14N16O2 in the ground vibronic state which is the most precise and extensive so far. Using the improved parameters, some FIR LMR lines left unassigned hitherto have been identified successfully. 相似文献
