New flavonoids from Oxytropis myriophylla

Eight compounds were isolated from Oxytropis myriophylla. On the basis of spectral analyses, their structures were elucidated to be (6R,9R)-roseoside (1), (6R,9S)-roseoside (2), adenosine (3), myriophylloside B (4), myriophylloside C (5), myriophylloside D (6), myriophylloside E (7), and myriophylloside F (8). Five flavonoids (4-8) were new compounds, and the three known compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.     

水热法制备高纯超细CeO2-ZrO2复合氧化物

Superfine composite powders of CeO₂-ZrO₂ (CZ) and CeO₂-ZrO₂-La₂O₃ (CZL) were prepared by hydrothermal method. The effects of pH、temperature and time for hydrothermal process on the performance of the resulting powders were studied. The optimized reaction parameters were on follows: the precursor′s pH≈9.0, hydrothermal temperature of 200 ℃ holding for 2 h. Thermal stable powders with average particle size smaller than 10 nm and specific surface area of 171 m²·g^-1 were obtained. A BET specific surface area was still at 44 m²·g^-1 after calcination at 1 000 ℃ for 6 hours.     

微过氧化物酶-8与Eu3+相互作用的机理

用紫外-可见(UV-Vis)吸收光谱和电化学方法研究Eu3+与微过氧化物酶-8(MP-8)相互作用的机理,发现Eu3+优先与MP-8中血红素基团的2个丙酸基的羧基氧发生强的配位作用,导致MP-8分子中血红素基团的非平面性、暴露程度和电化学可逆性的增加.过剩的Eu3+与MP-8分子中肽链上的含氧基团发生弱的相互作用,对血红素基团结构的影响较小.     

Properties of water-soluble carboxymethyl chitosan film modified by hydrophobic poly(propylene glycol)

A series of water-soluble carboxymethyl chitosan (CMCS)/poly(propylene glycol) (PPG) blend films with various CMCS/PPG mole ratios were prepared by the solution casting method. Morphology of the CMCS/PPG blend films was investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Thermal, mechanical, and chemical properties of the CMCS/PPG blend films were studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), tensile tests, and contact angle tests. It was found that the introduction of PPG can markedly affect the morphology and the properties of CMCS films.     

MnO_2/NiCo_2O_4的静电自组装合成及其电化学性能

通过带负电荷的MnO2纳米片与带正电荷的Co-Ni层状双氢氧化物(LDHs)纳米片的静电自组装外加后续热处理合成了异质层状结构的MnO2/NiCo2O4复合物.采用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱、拉曼光谱、原子吸收光谱(AAS)、场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对其结构和形貌进行了表征.用循环伏安(CV)、恒流充放电和电化学交流阻抗技术对其电化学性能进行了测试.研究结果表明,该方法制得的异质复合物具有多孔层状堆垛结构,这种特殊的结构不仅增大了电解液离子的接触面积,而且还为其嵌入-脱出提供了有效途径.该复合物在1 A·g-1电流密度时,-0.6-0.45 V电位窗口内的比电容达482 F·g-1,优于纯组分MnO2和NiCo2O4的电容性能.     

SnO_2/石墨纳米片复合电极及其在超级电容器中的应用

在电场的作用下对石墨棒进行电化学剥离,使其表面形成相互平行排列,且垂直于石墨棒基底的二维(2D)石墨纳米片阵列(GNSA).然后通过阴极还原电沉积法制备Sn O2/石墨纳米片阵列(Sn O2/GNSA)复合电极.采用场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和傅里叶变换红外(FT-IR)光谱对其形貌和结构进行了表征.电化学测试表明该复合电极具有优异的超电容性能,在0.5 mol·L-1Li NO3电解质中,扫描速率为5 m V·s-1,电位窗口为1.4 V时,比电容达4015 F·m-2.由Sn O2/GNSA复合电极和相同电解质组装成的对称型超级电容器,在扫描速率为5 m V·s-1时,其电位窗口可增至1.8 V,能量密度达到0.41 Wh·m-2,循环5000圈后其比电容仍保持为初始比电容的81%.     

十一钨钛杂多酸盐MnXW11TiO40(X=Si, B, Zn)的合成及其氧化还原性质

本文报道了十一钨钛杂多酸盐ＭｎＸＷ１１ＴｉＯ４０·ＸＨ２Ｏ（Ｘ＝Ｂ,Ｓｉ,Ｚｎ;Ｍ＝Ｋ,Ｈ）的合成方法及其氧化还原性质。三种杂多酸盐的１８３ＷＮＭＲ谱均是六线谱,表明其阴离子仍保持Ｋｅｇｇｉｎ结构。合成的化合物对烯烃环氧化反应具有催化作用。     

铝的动态屈服强度测量及再加载弹性前驱波的形成机理分析

利用激光干涉测速技术(VISAR)测量LY12铝合金在20—34 GPa冲击压力下经历加载-卸载和加载-再加载过程的样品/窗口界面粒子速度剖面，采用AC方法确定了具有较高精度的动态屈服强度值.实验结果和文献发表的数据具有较好的一致性.通过以平面焊接方式制作组合飞片，克服了组合飞片在气炮发射过程中可能发生分离的技术困难，使铝的动态屈服强度测量压力范围从22 GPa扩展到了34 GPa.同时，根据对不同实验条件下的加载-再加载过程的比较，对再加载弹性前驱波的形成机理进行了讨论，认为位错是形成该现象的主要原因.     

Stereochemistry in the synthesis and reaction of exo-glycals

Two general methods are explored for the stereoselective synthesis of exo-glycals. One method utilizes a nucleophilic addition of fully protected sugar lactones of gluco-, galacto-, and manno-types, followed by the subsequent dehydration, to give the desired exo-glycals with (Z)-configuration. The other method proceeds with selenylation of C-glycosides in a stereoselective manner. The subsequent selenoxide elimination also provides (Z)-exo-glycals. The prepared exo-glycal conjugated esters of either gluco- or manno-type react with allyl alcohol to give exclusively alpha-anomers.     

痂囊腔菌素A与肌红蛋白相互作用的光谱研究
