A new quantum group associated with a ‘nonstandard’ braid group representation

A new quantum group is derived from a nonstandard braid group representation by employing the Faddeev-Reshetikhin-Takhtajan constructive method. The classical limit is not a Lie superalgebra, despite relations like x ²–y ²=0. We classify all finite-dimensional irreducible representations of the new Hopf algebra and find only one- and two-dimensional ones.     

New hierarchies of knot polynomials from topological Chern-Simons gauge theory

In this Letter, we report on a study of the expectation values of Wilson loops in D=3 topological Chern-Simons theory associated with the fundamental representation of the simple Lie algebras SO(n) and Sp(n). The skein relations satisfied by these expectation values are derived by conformal field-theory techniques. New hierarchies of invariant polynomials for knots in S ³ can be derived from these relations (at least) up to ten crossings. The N=3 Akutsu-Wadati polynomials are a special case with G=SO(3). The expectation value of the Wilson loops for a couple of simple unknotted circles is identified to the Weyl character.Work supported in part by U.S. National Science Foundation Grant PHY8706501.Work supported in party by Chinese National Science Foundation through Nankai University.     

左右对称弱电规范理论中的轻子混合角和V3中微子的衰变

本文在左右对称规范理论SU(2)_L×SU(2)_R×U(1)模型中引入四种离散的水平对称性,分别得到各代轻子之间的混合角及相应的质量关系。文中对v₃的可能的质量值作了估计,并讨论了这四种模型中中微子非零质量和轻子混合所引起的各种物理效应。诸如夸克混合角的确定、μ—e普适性的表现形式、中微子振荡及其在天体物理学中的应用等等。特别着重讨论了模型B中重中微子(m_v3)约为2×10²MeV)的寿命和各种可能的衰变模式,以便为重中微子的实验探测提供一点线索。     

超手征模型中无穷多守恒流的Noether分析与Kac-Moody代数结构

从超手征模型的超场形式出发,讨论了其拉氏形式的H^-变换性质。阐明了该变换与Bcklund变换、无穷多守恒流以及Kac-Moody代数结构的密切联系。     

Braid group, gauge invariance, and topological order

Topological order in two-dimensional systems is studied by combining the braid group formalism with a gauge invariance analysis. We show that flux insertions (or large gauge transformations) pertinent to the toroidal topology induce automorphisms of the braid group, giving rise to a unified algebraic structure that characterizes the ground-state subspace and fractionally charged, anyonic quasiparticles. Minimal ground-state degeneracy is derived without assuming any relation between quasiparticle charge and statistics. We also point out that noncommutativity between large gauge transformations is essential for the topological order in the fractional quantum Hall effect.     

荧光分光光度法定量分析OP乳化剂

通过对OP(聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚)乳化剂的荧光光谱研究,发现其在304nm处产生较强的荧光.在pH 5.5的B-R缓冲溶液中,OP乳化剂的荧光强度与其浓度在一定范围内呈良好的线性关系,据此建立了一种新的高灵敏度的测定方法.在0.1-50.0μg/mL的浓度范围内,测定波长λex/λem=226nm/304nm的回归方程为:F=22.12C+9.825(C:μg/mL,r=0.9995),检出限为0.068μg/mL;测定波长λex/λem=276nm/304nm的回归方程为:F=90.08C-10.12 (C:μg/mL,r=0.9999),检出限为0.053μg/mL.采用此两组测定波长对同组样品进行测定,样品回收率均在96.5％以上,对测定结果进行F检验和t检验分析,得出两组数据之间无显著性差异.方法灵敏度高,抗干扰能力较强,可用于测定较复杂环境样品中微量OP乳化剂含量.     

关于引力规范理论的研究

本文提出了具有某种规范对称性的时空几何性质,应当由有同样规范对称性物质的物理性质决定.由此分别提出了以Lorentz群、Poincaré群和de Sitter群作为规范群的引力规范理论方案,所有这些方案都不与现有的实验和观测相矛盾,并有可能为解决广义相对论中的奇性和不可重整的困难提供一些线索。     

Kaluza-klein reduction of topological action

We study the dimensional reduction of topological terms in pure Kaluza-Klein theories in even dimensions. Consistency conditions are derived.     

手征模型中的H-变换、无穷多非定域守恒流的Noether分析与Kac-Moody代数结构及其推广

本文通过引入局域化的H-变换,对手征模型进行了系统的研究。指出了:在主手征模型中无穷多非定域守恒流可以作为Noether流由H-变换自然导出,并可写出各阶流的系统方案。在光锥坐标下,直接证明存在明显的Kac-Moody代数结构,并阐明了这种结构与H-变换的关系。文中还将上述结果推广到自对偶杨-Mills场,得出的结论是:上述结果仍然有效,而且又找出了H-变换与Bcklund变换之间的内在联系。
