本文研究了用电位滴定法测定模拟高放废液中游离酸的方法。用草酸钾做络合剂以消除Fe^3+、Al^3+、Nd^3+等多种水解离子的影响,用标准碱直接进行电位滴定,即可快速准确地测定模拟高放废液中游离酸的含量。方法的相对标准偏差为1.8%,标准加入回收率为100-101%,能为放射性废物固化试验提供可靠的分析数据。  相似文献

Fourier transform infrared-attenuated total reflection (FTIR-ATR) spectra have been recorded of 11-layer Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) films of stearic acid deposited at various surface pressures (0.1, 15, and 35 mN/m), and the molecular orientation angles were evaluated quantitatively, which supplied insight into the molecular order with the alkyl chains tightly packed like crystal in the LB films deposited at the zero and higher surface pressures. These experimental results indicate that, in the Langmuir film as the precursor of LB films, stearic acid molecules self-aggregate to form two-dimensional crystalline domains already even at the zero surface pressure, which results in the inhomogeneity of monolayer. The analysis of dependence of nu(C=O) intensity on the surface pressure, surface density, and subphase temperature leads to the conclusion that the defects in LB films originate from the Langmuir film and be conserved upon deposition. Annealing below 50 degrees C and cooling could improve the monolayer homogeneity, and thus a defect-free or low-defect LB films can be deposited. Furthermore, ion exchange conducted in the LB films, on the other hand, confirms the existence of structure defects in LB films of stearic acid. The polar plane microstructure, lateral transport along the polar planes and the coordination types of stearic acid/cation system may be the rate-limiting process. The results have implication on the possible uses of stearic acid LB films as ion-exchange materials or sensors. Copyright 2001 Academic Press.  相似文献

This paper presents a study on polycrystalline diamond (PCD) polished by dynamic friction polishing (DFP) with the aid of advanced dual beam FIB (focused ion beam) microscopy. After disclosing a variety of wear tracks by DFP using electron imaging in combination with the ion channelling effect, a dual beam FIB was successfully employed at wear track sites to specifically create both the large cross-sectional specimen for microanalysis and thin foil for nanoanalysis. The study concluded that the polished PCD subsurface was free from microscale cracking. However, the attached debris layer on the top surface contained metal oxides and non-diamond carbon phase with inhomogeneous distributions of C, Fe, Cr, Ni, Si and O across the layer. An attached layer directly above a diamond grain was composed of essentially amorphous carbon, suggesting that a direct phase transformation from diamond crystalline to amorphous occurred during DFP.  相似文献

The effect of humidity on the holographic grating diffraction efficiency and transmittance kinetics in the E204Q BR gelatin film is investigated. We found a correlation between the accumulation of the red-light absorbing O intermediate in the later part of the E204Q BR photocycle and sharpness (decay to the steady-state) of the holographic recording kinetics. As shown, at humidity exceeding 95% the ratio between the peak and steady-state of the diffraction efficiency for the weak probe beam (670 nm) can reach 8.7 in the E204Q BR film, which is sufficient for realization of an efficient novelty filter.  相似文献

以α-蒎烯为起始原料,经加成、氧化、缩合制得中间体,继而与α-溴代芳基乙酮在常温下反应合成12个新型2,6,6-三甲基-双环[3,1,1]庚基-3-(4-芳基-2-噻唑)腙类化合物,产率达52.4%~88.9%.其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR,IR,LC/MS和元素分析进行了确证.初步生物活性测试结果表明:部分目标化合物具有较好的抑菌活性和一定的抗肿瘤活性.  相似文献

Copper‐catalyzed Suzuki–Miyaura‐type cross‐coupling and carboboration processes are reported. The cross‐couplings function well with a variety of substituted aryl iodides and aryl boronic esters and allows for orthogonal reactivity compared to palladium‐catalyzed processes. The carboboration method includes both alkynes and allenes and provides access to highly substituted and stereodefined vinyl boronic esters. The alkyne carboboration method is highlighted in the simple one‐pot synthesis of Tamoxifen.  相似文献

Sulfonamides are widely used antibiotics in agricultural production. However, the potential threat of these drugs to human health has increased global concern. Human serum albumin (HSA) is the main reservoir and transporter of exogenous small molecules in humans. In this study, the interaction between sulfadimethoxine (SMT) and human serum albumin (HSA) was studied using spectroscopy and computer simulation. Our results showed that the hydrogen bonding and van der Waals forces drove SMT to enter the binding site I of HSA spontaneously and resulted in the fluorescence quenching of HSA. The stability of the HSA–SMT complex decreased with an increase in temperature. The binding of SMT to HSA induced alterations in the secondary structure of HSA, where the content of α-helix decreased from 61.0% of the free state to 59.0% of the compound state. The π–π, π–σ, and π–alkyl interactions between HSA and SMT were found to play important roles in maintaining the stability of the complex.  相似文献

Laminar flame speed (LFS) is one of the most important physicochemical properties of a combustible mixture. At normal and elevated temperatures and pressures, LFS can be measured using propagating spherical flames in a closed chamber. LFS is also used in certain turbulent premixed flame modelling for combustion in spark ignition engines. Inside the closed chamber or engine, transient pressure rise occurs during the premixed flame propagation. The effects of pressure rise rate (PRR) on LFS are examined numerically in this study. One-dimensional simulations are conducted for spherical flame propagation in a closed chamber. Detailed chemistry and transport are considered. Different values of PRR at the same temperature and pressure are achieved through changing the spherical chamber size. It is found that the effect of PRR on LFS is negligible under the normal and engine-relevant conditions considered in this study. This observation is then explained through the comparison between the unsteady and convection terms in the energy equation for a premixed flame.  相似文献

Based on the surface passivation of n-type silicon in a silicon drift detector(SDD), we propose a new passivation structure of SiO2/Al2O3/SiO2 passivation stacks. Since the SiO2 formed by the nitric-acid-oxidation-of-silicon(NAOS)method has good compactness and simple process, the first layer film is formed by the NAOS method. The Al2O3 film is also introduced into the passivation stacks owing to exceptional advantages such as good interface characteristic and simple process. In addition, for requirements of thickness and deposition temperature, the third layer of the SiO2 film is deposited by plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition(PECVD). The deposition of the SiO2 film by PECVD is a low-temperature process and has a high deposition rate, which causes little damage to the device and makes the SiO2 film very suitable for serving as the third passivation layer. The passivation approach of stacks can saturate dangling bonds at the interface between stacks and the silicon substrate, and provide positive charge to optimize the field passivation of the n-type substrate.The passivation method ultimately achieves a good combination of chemical and field passivations. Experimental results show that with the passivation structure of SiO2/Al2O3/SiO2, the final minority carrier lifetime reaches 5223 μs at injection of 5×1015 cm-3. When it is applied to the passivation of SDD, the leakage current is reduced to the order of nA.  相似文献

采用Folch液超声提取倒刺鲃组织样品中的脂肪,脂质提取液经氢氧化钾-三氟化硼甲酯化后进行气相色谱分析。采用100∶1分流比进样,220~240 ℃程序升温操作,BPX70石英毛细管柱(60 m×0.25 mm)分离,火焰离子化检测器检测。利用标准品对照并结合线性程序升温等当碳链长(ECLT)值对照的方法对脂肪酸组分包括存在双键异位的不饱和脂肪酸进行定性。测定了野生和箱养倒刺鲃肌肉与脂肪中17种脂肪酸的含量。结果表明箱养倒刺鲃的脂肪酸营养结构与野生倒刺鲃无明显区别,不饱和脂肪酸占大多数,单不饱和脂肪酸含量高于多不饱和脂肪酸,n-6族不饱和脂肪酸含量明显高于n-3族。  相似文献
