在等离子体作用下,以CO2/H2混合气为氧源,Zn(C2H5)2锌为锌源,在单晶硅上生长出高度择优取向的氧化锌薄膜。X射线衍射分析表明,薄膜为六方结构,c轴高度择优;原子力显微镜观察到晶粒是有规律地按六方排布,薄膜的表面粗糙度较小;从光致发光谱还发现在380 nm处有非常强的紫外峰。  相似文献

In order to accurately identify various types of ships and develop coastal defenses, a single feature extraction method based on slope entropy (SlEn) and a double feature extraction method based on SlEn combined with permutation entropy (SlEn&PE) are proposed. Firstly, SlEn is used for the feature extraction of ship-radiated noise signal (SNS) compared with permutation entropy (PE), dispersion entropy (DE), fluctuation dispersion entropy (FDE), and reverse dispersion entropy (RDE), so that the effectiveness of SlEn is verified, and SlEn has the highest recognition rate calculated by the k-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm. Secondly, SlEn is combined with PE, DE, FDE, and RDE, respectively, to extract the feature of SNS for a higher recognition rate, and SlEn&PE has the highest recognition rate after the calculation of the KNN algorithm. Lastly, the recognition rates of SlEn and SlEn&PE are compared, and the recognition rates of SlEn&PE are higher than SlEn by 4.22%. Therefore, the double feature extraction method proposed in this paper is more effective in the application of ship type recognition.  相似文献

3D打印制备陶瓷可以实现结构-材料设计一体化,为复杂形状陶瓷材料快速成型提供了新途径。但是传统的3D打印制备陶瓷是以陶瓷粉末或陶瓷颗粒为打印材料,存在陶瓷构件尺寸精度差、表面光洁度低和力学性能不佳等问题。近年来,以聚合物前驱体为打印材料,通过3D打印成型、高温裂解等工艺制备高性能陶瓷技术的出现为改善这些不足提供了新方法,成为3D打印陶瓷领域的研究热点。本文概述了聚合物前驱体3D打印制备高性能陶瓷的研究进展,重点阐述了本体聚合物前驱体、聚合物前驱体/光敏化合物、聚合物前驱体/巯基化合物、光敏基团改性聚合物前驱体、增强体/聚合物前驱体五种典型材料体系的研究现状,并对其今后的发展方向进行了展望。  相似文献

Super-hydrophobic PTFE surfaces were obtained by irradiation of 200 keV Xe+ ion with the fluence of 6.2×1013 ions/cm2. The contact angle of water on such surface is as large as 161±3°. SEM and XPS were used to investigate how the topological and chemical changes affect the wettability of the irradiated surface. Needle like structures at nanometer scale caused by irradiation are considered to be the reason of the super-hydrophobicity. The formation of oxygen containing group and defluorination effect on the treated surface are inferred to have negative contribution to the hydrophobic optimization of PTFE surface.  相似文献

由于电磁轨道炮和其它强电流装置中短路运行的需要,研制了一种条形炸药驱动的大电流闭合开关。利用爆炸成型技术使金属飞板负电极在炸药部件作用下,大面积地同时切断绝缘薄膜,嵌入另一电极模槽中构成牢固的接触。开关的绝缘强度大于30kV,电感(包括传输线)小于50nH,最大峰值电流达到400kA,闭合接触电阻小于0.1m,动作时间约为14us。对于开关的爆轰,撞击及变形过程进行了一维和二维数值模拟计算,并提出了一个描述爆炸开关行为的经验模型。利用这个模型进行电磁轨道炮整个系统的数值模拟,同实验结果符合较好。  相似文献

铌三锡是高磁场下实用的一种低温超导材料,分流温度是超导磁体的关键设计参数。文中采用超导体幂指数模型,定量计算了绝热条件下柱状铌三锡复合导体的分流温度,计算结果与现有的分流温度估算公式结果相符;另外还分别讨论了幂指数模型的中的指数n以及磁场对铌三锡复合导体分流温度的影响。结果可以为无液氦直接冷却系统中超导磁体的相关低温技术研究提供一定的数据参考。  相似文献

Wettability characteristic of PTFE and glass surface irradiated by keV ions   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Commercial PTFE and soda lime glass were irradiated by keV O3+ and F4+. After irradiation, in contrast to the decrease of contact angle on PTFE, contact angle on glass increased apparently. SEM observation revealed that irradiation did not cause noticeable change in surface topological structure. XPS was used to investigate chemical structure changes on the surface. Defluorination effect and formation of oxygen containing group caused by irradiation were considered to the reason of more hydrophilic PTFE surface. On the surface of irradiated glass, more carbon contaminations were observed. The differences of underlying physical and chemical processes between the two kinds of samples are discussed.  相似文献

The vapor–liquid phase equilibrium (VLE) data for binary systems of neohexane?+?cyclopentane, neohexane?+?N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF), cyclopentane?+?DMF and ternary system of neohexane?+?cyclopentane?+?DMF were determined with a modified Rose still at 101.3 kPa, and all the binary data passed the Wisniak’s test (D?<?5), which accorded with the thermodynamic consistency. Three activity coefficient models namely, Wilson, NRTL and UNIQUAC were used to correlate VLE data and get binary interaction parameters, then the ternary VLE data of neohexane?+?cyclopentane?+?DMF were estimated based on these model parameters using Aspen Plus software. The estimation values of the three models agree well with the experimental data (σ(T)?<?0.5 K). Moreover, the analysis of the effect of DMF on the vapor–liquid phase equilibrium shows that DMF can act as an effective extractant for the system studied.
