Preparation,thermal properties,and flame retardance of epoxy–silica hybrid resins

A novel epoxy system was developed through the in situ curing of bisphenol A type epoxy and 4,4′‐diaminodiphenylmethane with the sol–gel reaction of a phosphorus‐containing trimethoxysilane (DOPO–GPTMS), which was prepared from the reaction of 9,10‐dihydro‐9‐oxa‐10‐phosphaphenanthrene‐10‐oxide (DOPO) with 3‐glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane (GPTMS). The preparation of DOPO–GPTMS was confirmed with Fourier transform infrared, ¹H and ³¹P NMR, and elemental analysis. The resulting organic–inorganic hybrid epoxy resins exhibited a high glass‐transition temperature (167 °C), good thermal stability over 320 °C, and a high limited oxygen index of 28.5. The synergism of phosphorus and silicon on flame retardance was observed. Moreover, the kinetics of the thermal oxidative degradation of the hybrid epoxy resins were studied. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Polym Sci Part A: Polym Chem 41: 2354–2367, 2003     

Role of copper chloride on the surface of activated carbon in adsorption of methyl mercaptan

In this paper, adsorption characteristics of methyl mercaptan on virgin activated carbon and copper chloride impregnated activated carbons were studied by using a dynamic adsorption method in a fixed bed. The activated carbons were characterized by nitrogen adsorption, XRD, TGA and solubility tests. The impregnation of copper chloride on the activated carbon significantly enhanced the adsorption capacity of methyl mercaptan, despite a notable decrease in microporosity. It is likely that copper chloride may act as adsorption site for methyl mercaptan. Copper chloride on the activated carbon in a range of 3-20 wt% Cu content was present mostly in the amorphous form of CuCl(2), according to the results of the solubility, XRD and TGA tests. Starting at 10 wt% in Cu loading, the adsorption capacity for methyl mercaptan decreases gradually. It is likely that a decrease in the degree of copper chloride dispersion and an accessibility of small pores may lead to the decrease in the adsorption capacity of the activated carbon for methyl mercaptan.

研究了Ｈ４ＳｉＷ１２Ｏ４０．２４Ｈ２Ｏ（ＳｉＷ１２）在水，乙醇，乙酸，乙酸丁酯中在活性炭上的吸附得出，活性炭微孔结构对ＳｉＷ１２在其表面的吸附起着分子筛作用，水溶剂化的ＳｉＷ１２分子可顺利进行活性１．７ｎｍ左右的微孔，而其它溶剂化的ＳｉＷ１２分子，则需较大的孔径，提出了ＳｉＷ１２在活性炭表面吸附的微孔中孔扩散模型。

Highly ordered mesoporous silica can be regenerated from a mesoporous carbon CMK-3 that is a negative replica of mesoporous silica SBA-15, indicating reversible replication between carbon and inorganic materials.     

有机溶剂化效应对多元络合物显色反应作用的研究(Ⅱ)——有机溶剂对络天青S在胶束相分配系数的影响

前文曾报道有机溶剂化效应对增敏体系微环境的影响。本文从物理-有机化学及胶体化学角度,用分光光度法测定在有机溶剂存在下,铬天青S(CAS)在胶束和溶液间的分配系数(K_D),并考察分配系数与显色反应灵敏度的关系。

考察了前文制得的水滑石及其焙烧产物在对甲酚氧化反应中的催化性能，发现经水滑石焙烧得到的具有尖晶石结构复合氧化物比没有焙烧的具有水滑石结构的以及由经物机械混合的样品具有更高的活性。     

OP存在下荧光桃红B-邻菲锣琳光度法测定银的研究及应用

本文研究了在乳化剂OP存在下，银(I)与邻菲锣琳，四氯四澳荧光素(荧光桃红B,TCTBF)的显色反应试验表明乳化剂OP对此显色反应有明显增敏作用，形成配合物的适宜pH范围为3.80-- 6.00,配合物的最大吸收波长为575nm.表观摩尔吸光系数为9.43x 100L}mnl-' }cm-1.银在。-20}g/25m1范围内服从比尔定律，显色体系至少可稳定2b,用该法侧定了废水试样中微量的银，所得结果令人满意.
