在计算机辅助设计几何中,变差缩减是一个非常重要的概念,本文分析了函数的变差和Lipschitz常数的关系,指出可以用Lipschitz常数来控制变差,由于变差的概念只限于一维的情形,而Lipschitz常数适用于任意维,这样在高维时就可用Lipschitz常数缩减的概念来代替变差缩减的概念,文中构造性地证明了Lipschitz常数缩减的散乱数据插值函数的存在性,并且对这类函数的性质及光滑性条件进行了讨论.  相似文献

In this contribution, an electron acceptor attached diarylethene derivative was synthesized and fully characterized. The photochromic behavior was investigated in THF. Under exposure of UV and visible light cycles, the solution color can be switched between colorless and yellow smoothly. Fatigue resistance measurements could be repeated 50 times with an acceptable degradation. Due to the electron acceptor attached to the framework of diarylethene, the photo- and thermal-stability were enhanced both. A full-photo mode switch can be established based on the well-defined states by external excitation. The molecular structures of ring-open and ring-closed form were optimized by Dmol3. The distance between photocyclizing atoms in aptiparallel conformation meets the requirement for photochromic reaction. And the calculated absorption wavelengths were also in agreement with the experimental values.  相似文献

The widespread application of CRISPR-Cas9 has transformed genome engineering. Nevertheless, the precision to control the targeting activity of Cas9 requires further improvement. We report a toehold-switch-based approach to engineer the conformation of single guide RNA (sgRNA) for programmable activation of Cas9. This activation circuit is responsive to multiple inputs and can regulate the conformation of the sgRNA through toehold-switch-mediated strand displacement. We demonstrate the orthogonal suppression and activation of Cas9 with orthogonal DNA inputs. Combination of toehold switches leads to a variety of intracellular Cas9 activation programs with simultaneous and orthogonal responses, through which multiple genome loci are displayed in different colors in a controllable manner. This approach provides a new route for programing CRISPR in living cells for genome imaging and engineering.  相似文献

Continuous irradiation during photodynamic therapy (PDT) inevitably induces tumor hypoxia, thereby weakening the PDT effect. In PDT‐induced hypoxia, providing singlet oxygen from stored chemical energy may enhance the cell‐killing effect and boost the therapeutic effect. Herein, we present a phototheranostic (DPPTPE@PEG‐Py NPs) prepared by using a 2‐pyridone‐based diblock polymer (PEG‐Py) to encapsulate a semiconducting, heavy‐atom‐free pyrrolopyrrolidone‐tetraphenylethylene (DPPTPE) with high singlet‐oxygen‐generation ability both in dichloromethane and water. The PEG‐Py can trap the 1O2 generated from DPPTPE under laser irradiation and form a stable intermediate of endoperoxide, which can then release 1O2 in the dark, hypoxic tumor microenvironment. Furthermore, fluorescence‐imaging‐guided phototherapy demonstrates that this phototheranostic could completely inhibit tumor growth with the help of laser irradiation.  相似文献

The purpose of this work is to identify the effect of the cation nature on mechanisms of the sand consolidation with alkaline silicate solution at low temperature (70 °C). Three diluted lithium, sodium and potassium silicate solutions with [Si] = 2.8 mol/l were used to agglomerate sand composed of grains which mean diameter is 340 μm. According to the cation, different behaviors were observed in terms of the drying time and the material cohesion. Essentially, the drying time increases with decreasing cation size. In contrast, the compressive strength raises when the cation size increases inducing intra-granular rupture highlighted by SEM observations. This could find an explanation in the cation hydration sphere of cations. The strength of the cation–water electrostatic interaction becomes less important as the size of the cations increase leading to more ionic bonds. Despite their strong consolidation, potassium-based materials have a high solubility in water. This result is consistent with the ionic nature of bonds.  相似文献

重力场流分离是最简单的场流分离(gravitational flow-field fractionation,GrFFF)技术,常用于分离粒径几微米到几十微米的颗粒及生物样品。利用自组装加工的重力场流分离仪器分离3种不同粒径(3、6、20μm)的聚苯乙烯(PS)颗粒。自制了一种混合表面活性剂,并与商品化的表面活性剂FL-70进行了比较。通过均匀设计优化流速、混合表面活性剂中聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚(Triton X-100)的质量分数、载液黏度、停流时间等分离条件,以分离度(Rs)和保留比(R)为评价指标,发现FL-70的分离效能略优于自制的混合表面活性剂,可实现3种PS颗粒的完全分离(Rs1为1.771,Rs2为2.074)。结果表明该系统具有良好的分离性能。  相似文献

1-(ω-Phenylalkyl)-2-(nitromethylene)pyrrolidines in triflic acid undergo a C,O-diprotonation, followed by loss of water, to form conjugated iminium–hydroxynitrilium dications, which react with the tethered phenyl ring by electrophilic aromatic substitution to afford tricyclic iminium compounds as triflate salts. New asymmetric trans-platinum(II) complexes, composed of an isopropylamine, an azole and two carboxylate leaving groups, are presented. The crystal and molecular structures of one of the complexes has been determined and the cytotoxicity and reactivity with 5'-guanosine monophosphate is reported. The complexes show a reduced reactivity, but no decrease in cytotoxic activity compared to their chloro-counterparts. Furthermore the complexes largely overcome cisplatin resistance, they therefore present an interesting class of antitumour active trans-platinum complexes.  相似文献

A novel PCR technology was developed to detect short DNA fragments using species-specific primers for rapid and non-sequencing authentication of Bombyx batryticatus based on differences in the mitochondrial genome. Three specifically designed primer reactions were established to target species for the reliable identification of their commercial products. They were confirmed to have a high inter-species specificity and intra-species stability. The limit of detection was estimated as 1 ng of genomes for Beauveria bassiana and 100 pg for Bombyx mori and Metarhizium anisopliae. Furthermore, validation results demonstrated that raw materials and their processed products can be conveniently authenticated with good sensitivity and precision using this newly proposed approach. In particular, when counterfeits were assayed, these primer sets performed well, whereas COI barcoding technology did not. These could also assist in the discrimination and identification of adulterates of other animal-derived medicines in their pulverized and processed forms and even in complexes.  相似文献
