Benzisoselenazolines 15 and benzisoselenazines 21, designed as low molecular weight mimics of glutathione peroxidases, were synthesized for the first time. Starting from amines 13 and 14, a smooth introduction of selenium in nonactivated aryl bromides using KSeCN in the presence of CuI was developed. An equimolar quantity of CuI and the presence of Et(3)N as a base are necessary to achieve a complete conversion of the starting material. The reaction is feasible in various solvents such as DMF, acetonitrile, and THF. The desired new Se-N heterocycles 15 and 21 were isolated under optimized conditions in yields of 82 and 68%, respectively. Experiments have been conducted with various copper(I) and copper(II) salts, a chloroamine 17, an aryl bromide 18, and an N-acylated amine 19 to show the scope and the limitations of this method. The previously unknown sulfur analogues 20 and 22 have been synthesized in moderate yields using a slightly modified procedure. Finally, a mechanistic scheme has been proposed to discuss some interesting findings, which were obtained during the optimization process of this new introduction of selenium. 相似文献

Aurivillius type (NaBi)0.5?x(LiCe)xBi2Nb2O9 ceramics were prepared by the standard ceramics route. The single crystal structural ceramics were achieved for all compositions and lattice distortion was decreased by (LiCe) dopants. The temperature dependent dielectric properties revealed that all compositions possess a high Curie-temperature (>780 °C). A modified Curie–Weiss relationship is used to study the diffuseness behavior of a ferroelectric phase transition indicating the degree of diffuseness of NBN-based ceramics increased with (LiCe) modifications. The degradation of resistance implied a plausible model that Ce4+ ions entered into the B-site of the pseudo-perovskite structure and acted as acceptor doping. Further investigation demonstrated that both electrical conduction and dielectric relaxation processes were associated with the oxygen vacancies produced by the substitution of Nb5+ ions by the Ce4+ ions. 相似文献

H4BOPTC reacts with IMI to yield a supramolecular organic framework, formulated as [IMIH+]2√[H2BOPTC2 ? ]√0.5H2O (1) (IMI = imidazole, H4BOPTC = benzophenone-3,3′,4,4′-tetracarboxylic acid). Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that 1 shows a novel architecture with two-level hierarchical entanglement. H2BOPTC2 ? connects to IMIH+ through hydrogen bonds, providing 1D ribbon. The basic ribbons are entangled into a 3D net with ant topology. Then the ant nets further interpenetrate to give the final entangled framework. The thermal stability, optical band gap energy and photoluminescent property of 1 have also been investigated. 相似文献
