Two general procedures were developed for the synthesis of chiral N-mono-, N, N′-di-, N, NN″-tri-, and N, N′, N″, N′″-tetraalkylglycolurils based on the reactions of 4,5-dihydroxy-imidazolidin-2-ones or glyoxal with one or two moles of alkylureas, respectively, by acid catalysis. The reactions of N-monoalkyl- and N, N′-dialkylureas with glyoxal proceed regioselectively. The mechanism of these reactions was suggested and partly confirmed by quantum-chemical calculations and experimental data. The enantiomeric separation of some chiral glycolurils by chiral-phase HPLC was carried out for the first time.__________Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. The reaction between basic [(PCP)Pd(H)] (PCP = 2,6-(CH2P(t-C4H9)2)2C6H4) and acidic [LWH(CO)3] (L = Cp (1a), Tp (1b); Cp = η5-cyclopentadienyl, Tp = κ3-hydridotris(pyrazolyl)borate) leads to the formation of bimolecular complexes [LW(CO)2(μ-CO)⋯Pd(PCP)] (4a, 4b), which catalyze amine-borane (Me2NHBH3, tBuNH2BH3) dehydrogenation. The combination of variable-temperature (1H, 31P{1H}, 11B NMR and IR) spectroscopies and computational (ωB97XD/def2-TZVP) studies reveal the formation of an η1-borane complex [(PCP)Pd(Me2NHBH3)]+[LW(CO3)] (5) in the first step, where a BH bond strongly binds palladium and an amine group is hydrogen-bonded to tungsten. The subsequent intracomplex proton transfer is the rate-determining step, followed by an almost barrierless hydride transfer. Bimetallic species 4 are easily regenerated through hydrogen evolution in the reaction between two hydrides.

Bimetallic complexes [LW(CO)2(μ-CO)⋯Pd(PCP)] cooperatively activate amine-boranes for their dehydrogenation via N–H proton tunneling at RDS and H2 evolution from two neutral hydrides.  相似文献

Pincer complexes featuring readily tunable tridentate ligand frameworks comprise one of the most actively studied classes of organometallic and metal–organic compounds and find extensive use in catalysis, organic synthesis, materials science, and other fields of chemistry and allied disciplines. Currently growing attention is devoted to non‐classical ligand scaffolds, such as functionalized carboxamides, which offer multiple options for directed structural modifications. In this study, the reactions of (methylsulfanyl)acetyl and propanoyl chlorides with 2‐(aminomethyl)pyridine, 2‐(2‐aminoethyl)pyridine, 8‐aminoquinoline and 2‐(diphenylthiophosphoryl)aniline afford a series of new pincer‐type ligands based on functionalized carboxamides. The ligands obtained readily undergo direct cyclopalladation under the action of PdCl2(NCPh)2 in dichloromethane at room temperature, resulting in Pd(II) pincer complexes with N,N,S‐ and S,N,S‐donor sets. Importantly, some of the cyclopalladated derivatives can also be produced efficiently under solvent‐free conditions according to the approach recently developed by our group. The complexes obtained have been tested for cytotoxicity against several human cancer cell lines and catalytic activity in the model Suzuki reaction. The results have been compared to those for the related Pd(II) pincer complexes to define the main structure–activity relationships and to outline the most promising structures for further investigations.  相似文献

The measured thresholds (H cr) and kinetic characteristics of the ignition of the volatile substances and the coke residue of low-rank coal under the action of the pulses of a neodymium laser (1064 nm, 120 μs) are reported here. The ignition of volatile substances was observed in microsecond (H cr = 0.3 J/cm2) and millisecond time intervals (H cr = 1.2 J/cm2). The combustion of the coke residue occurred in a time interval of 30–100 ms (H cr = 2.6 J/cm2).  相似文献

Abstract

Novel phosphorus-containing ligands have been synthesized by the condensation of 2-(thio)phosphorylated anilines with 2,6-dichloro- and 4-chloropyridine-2-carbonyl chlorides in the presence of Et3N and unsubstituted pyridine-2-carboxylic acid using P(OPh)3 as a coupling agent. The compounds derived readily form complexes with a range of transition metals (M=Re(I), Pd(II), and Cu(II)), serving as bi- or tridentate monoanionic ligands. The composition and structure of the resulting metallocycles depend both on the presence/amount of the Cl atoms in the pyridine ring and on the nature of the donor atom X in the P=X moiety. The novel compounds were characterized by multinuclear NMR and IR spectroscopy as well as X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

The reaction of Cd(NO3)2 · 4H2O and Eu(NO3)3 · 6H2O or Tb(NO3)3 · 6H2O with potassium 3,5-di-tert-butylbenzoate (Kbzo) and N-donor ligands (1,10-phenanthroline (phen), 2,4-lutidine (2,4-lut), 3,4-lutidine (3,4-lut), phenanthridine (phtd), 2,3-cyclododecenopyridine (cdpy), acridine (acr)) afforded heterometallic LnCd2 complexes: [EuCd2(bzo)7(EtOH)2(phen)] (2), [LnCd2(bzo)7(2,4-lut)4] (Ln = Eu (3), Tb (4)), [EuCd2(bzo)7(H2O)2(2,4-lut)2] · MeCN (5), [EuCd2(NO3)(bzo)6(EtOH)2(2,4-lut)2] (6), [EuCd2(bzo)7(H2O)(EtOH)(3,4-lut)2] · 5EtOH (7), 3[EuCd2(bzo)7(H2O)2(phtd)2] · 4phtd (8), [EuCd2(bzo)7(EtOH)3(cdpy)] (9), 2[EuCd2-(bzo)2(EtOH)4] · acr (10). The structures of complexes 2, 3, and 5–10 were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The isostructurality of complexes 3 and 4 was confirmed by powder X-ray diffraction. The structure of the trinuclear {Ln2Cd} metal core is stable and independent of the type of peripheral ligands coordinated to cadmium atoms. Photoluminescent properties of compounds 3 and 4 were studied.

Reductive amination of pyrazolidinyl alkyl ketones with sodium triacetoxyborohydride or sodium tripivaloyloxyborohydride takes place diastereoselectively with the formation of aminoalkylpyrazolidines of trans structure. The volume of the substituent in the borohydrides does not affect the ratio of stereoisomers. Dedicated to the memory of A. A.
