In this article, we investigated the effect of mixed thiols (HS(CH2)5CH3, HS(CH2)6OH and HS(CH2)2NH2) on the adsorption, capacitive and hybridization performance of thiol-modified probe DNA self-assembled monolayers on gold by chronocoulometry (CC) and cyclic voltammetry (CV). Co-assembly of HS(CH2)5CH3 with probe DNA availed DNA surface adsorption on gold more than HS(CH2)6OH and HS(CH2)2NH2. With the increase of the assembly concentration ratio of probe DNA and mixed thiols (C DNA/C thiols), DNA surface coverage (Γ m) was almost constant for DNA/HS(CH2)5CH3 mixed SAMs and increased gradually for DNA/HS(CH2)6OH or DNA/HS(CH2)2NH2 mixed SAMs. Interfacial capacitance (C d) value of DNA/thiol-mixed SAMs on gold mainly depended on the capacitance of thiols SAMs. DNA hybridization almost did not change the capacitance value of DNA/thiol-mixed SAMs on gold. Hybridization experiments indicated that the maximal DNA hybridization density (H D) was 1.2 × 10?11 and 1.1 × 10?11 mol cm?2 with HS(CH2)5CH3 or HS(CH2)6OH as mixed thiols respectively, much bigger than that with short-chain thiols (HS(CH2)2NH2). The size fitting coefficient d c/d t values for the optimal hybridization of DNA/HS(CH2)5CH3 and DNA/HS(CH2)6OH mixed SAMs were 0.70 and 0.93, respectively. This indicated that probe DNA with much bigger Γ m should be co-assembled with HS(CH2)5CH3 on gold to obtain the biggest H D than with HS(CH2)6OH. These conclusions provided the important reference for optimally designing DNA sensor.  相似文献

Carboxyl groups play an important role during the development of coal self-heating. The real-time changing characteristics of carboxyl groups were obtained using an in situ Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy method. They are significantly influenced by reaction atmospheres. Under dry-air atmosphere, their quantity obviously decreases before reaching 120°C and then increases with temperature rise. Under oxygen-free atmosphere, it decreases before reaching 80°C and then increases with temperature rise. In contrast with direct oxidation process, the quantity of carboxyl groups is smaller and the decrease phenomenon at the beginning almost disappears during the oxidation process following oxygen-free reaction. The results indicate that the carboxyl groups have different reaction pathways during coal self-heating. These pathways can be divided into two kinds, that is, oxidation pathways and self-reaction pathways. The study proposed the reaction sequences of carboxyl groups during coal self-heating, which are helpful for revealing the mechanism of coal spontaneous combustion.  相似文献

A poly (3,6-bis(thiophen-2-yl)−2,5-bis(2-decyltetradecyl)−2,5-dihydropyrrolo[3,4-c]pyrrole-1,4-dione-co-(2,3-bis(phenyl)acrylonitrile)) (PDPADPP) copolymer, composed of diketopyrrolopyrrole (DPP) and a cyano (nitrile) group with a vinylene spacer linking two benzene rings, is synthesized via a palladium-catalyzed Suzuki coupling reaction. The electrical performance of PDPADPP in organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) and circuits is investigated. The OFETs based on PDPADPP exhibit typical ambipolar transport characteristics, with the as-cast OFETs demonstrating low field-effect hole and electron mobility values of 0.016 and 0.004 cm2 V−1 s−1, respectively. However, after thermal annealing at 240 °C, the OFETs exhibit improved transport characteristics with highly balanced ambipolar transport, showing average hole and electron mobility values of 0.065 and 0.116 cm2 V−1 s−1, respectively. To verify the application of the PDPADPP OFETs in high-voltage logic circuits, compact modeling using the industry-standard small-signal Berkeley short-channel IGFET model (BSIM) is performed, and the logic application characteristics are evaluated. The circuit simulation results demonstrate excellent logic application performance of the PDPADPP-based ambipolar transistor and illustrate that the device annealed at 240 °C exhibits ideal circuit characteristics.  相似文献

This study details an in situ Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy analytical system that was employed to follow chemical variations in the functional groups on coal surface during the oxidation process at low temperatures. In the reported in situ Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy system, a special chamber was used to contain the coal powders, and a gas inlet tube and a programmable heater were used to simulate different reaction atmospheres and temperatures. The comparisons between in situ and ex situ Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy spectra indicate that the in situ Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy data offer a more accurate reflection of changes in the functional groups. The real-time changes of aliphatic hydrocarbon groups and oxygen-containing groups in a lignite coal sample were analyzed from 30°C to 220°C using in situ Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The experimental results indicate that the chemical variations in the functional groups are affected by their relative chemical activities. The results show that the presence of aliphatic groups on the coal surface varies with temperature. Over the range of 30–70°C the presence of these groups decreases, but then their abundance increases over the range of 70–180°C and finally decreases again when the temperature is increased to between 180°C and 220°C. With respect to oxygen-containing functional groups, three various trends were observed as the test temperature was varied. Our conclusion was that these variations are a function of the reaction activities of the various oxygen-containing functional groups.  相似文献

A series of 4‐anilino‐6‐phenylpyrimidines containing urea moiety were synthesized and the structures of all products were confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HRMS. The antiproliferative activities of these compounds were evaluated against three human tumor cell lines (MGC‐803, MCF‐7 and EC‐109) by applying the MTT assay method. compounds 4a , 4b and 6a showed the most effective activity, among which, 6a was more cytotoxic than 5‐fluorouracil against all tested human cancer cell lines with IC50 values ranging from 1.80 to 2.72 µmol·L?1.  相似文献
