Dried roots of Polygala tenuifolia (YuanZhi in Chinese) are widely used in Chinese herbal medicine. These components in YuanZhi have significant anti-oxidation properties owing to high levels of 3,6’-disinapoylsucrose (DISS) and Polygalaxanthone III (PolyIII). In order to efficiently extract natural medicines, response surface methodology (RSM) and least squares support vector machine (LSSVM) were used for the modeling and optimization of ultrasound-assisted extraction of DISS and PolyIII together to determine the antioxidant activity of the extracts obtained from YuanZhi. For the optimal combination of the comprehensive yield of DISS and PolyIII (Y), the Box-Behnken design (BBD) was used to improve extraction time (X1), extraction temperature (X2), liquid–solid ratio (X3), and ethanol concentration (X4). The optimal process parameters were determined to be as follows: extraction time, 93 min; liquid–solid ratio, 40 mL/g; extraction temperature, 48 °C; and ethanol concentration, 67%. With these conditions, the predictive optimal combination comprehensive evaluation value is 13.0217. It was clear that the LS-SVM model had higher accuracy in predictive and optimization capabilities, with higher antioxidant activity and lower relative deviations values, than did RSM. Hence, the LS-SVM model proved to be more effective for the analysis and improvement of the extraction process.  相似文献

A single‐piece solid‐contact Pb2+‐selective electrode was prepared by adding a thiophene oligomer into the ion‐selective cocktail directly. The one‐step fabrication yielded an electrode with Nernstian response spanning a wide concentration range of 10?3–10?8 mol L?1, and detection limit as low as 5.6×10?9 mol L?1. The electrode had a quick response time of approximately 10–15 s and showed excellent selectivity over the most common univalent and divalent cations. The practical application of the proposed electrode has been tested by determining Pb2+ in real water samples.  相似文献

In order to seek novel technetium-99m folate receptor-targeting agents, two folate derivatives (CN5FA and CNPFA) were synthesized and radiolabeled to obtain [99mTc]Tc-CN5FA and [99mTc]Tc-CNPFA complexes, which exhibited high radiochemical purity (>95%) without purification, hydrophilicity, and good stability in vitro. The KB cell competitive binding experiments indicated that [99mTc]Tc-CN5FA and [99mTc]Tc-CNPFA had specificity to folate receptor. Biodistribution studies in KB tumor-bearing mice illustrated that [99mTc]Tc-CN5FA and [99mTc]Tc-CNPFA had specific tumor uptake. Compared with [99mTc]Tc-CN5FA, the tumor/muscle ratios of [99mTc]Tc-CNPFA were higher, resulting in a better SPECT/CT imaging background. According to the results, the two 99mTc complexes have potential as tumor imaging agents to target folate receptors.  相似文献

The particle flow code 2D (PFC2D) is used to establish a coplanar, non-persistent joint model. Three joint distribution types, namely, both-side (type a), scattered (type b), and central (type c), are set according to their position. Numerical simulations of the direct shear test are conducted to investigate the effect of non-persistent joint distribution and connectivity on shear mechanical behavior. Simulation results are in good agreement with the analytical solutions to Jennings' criterion, and show: (1) type-c and type-b joints have high strength, whereas type-a joints have low strength. Shear strength and modulus increase with a decrease in joint persistency, and the shear displacement that correspond to shear strength increases with a decrease in persistency. (2) The brittle failure characteristics of the sample are evident when the intact rock bridge area is large. Reinforcement at both ends of the joint limits shear deformation, and shear strength can be effectively improved when joint persistency is large. The small-area dispersed reinforcement joint method cannot effectively improve shear strength. (3) The comprehensive shear strength parameters and the shear strength of the non-persistent joints can be predicted well using Jennings' criterion. Cohesion is the dominant factor that controls shear strength.  相似文献

Nuclear accidents and the improper disposal of nuclear wastes have led to serious environmental radioactive pollutions. The rational design of adsorbents for the highly efficient separation of strontium(II) is essential in treating nuclear waste and recovering radioactive strontium resources. Metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) are potential materials for the separation of aqueous metal ions owing to their designable structure and tunable functionality. Herein, a novel 3D MOF material MOF-18Cr6, in which 1D channels are formed using 18-crown-6-ether-containing ligands as channel walls, is fabricated for strontium(II) separation. In contrast to traditional MOFs designed by grafting functional groups in the framework pores, MOF-18Cr6 possesses regular 18-crown-6-ether cavities on the channel walls, which not only can transport and intake strontium(II) via the channels, but also prevent blockage of the channels after the binding of strontium(II). Consequently, the functional sites are fully utilized to achieve a high strontium(II) removal rate of 99.73 % in simulated nuclear wastewater. This study fabricates a highly promising adsorbent for the separation of aqueous radioactive strontium(II), and more importantly, can provide a new strategy for the rational design of high-performance MOF adsorbents for separating target substances from complex aqueous environments.  相似文献

从脱镁叶绿酸-a甲酯开始,经过一系列降解反应完成罗多二氢卟吩的合成.以N-氯代丁二酰亚胺(NCS)或者硝酸作为亲电试剂,对罗多二氢卟吩实施亲电取代反应;选择氧化对氯苯甲腈和重氮甲烷作为l,3-偶极体,与罗多二氢卟吩进行1,3-偶极环加成反应,分别在二氢卟吩色基上构建了吡唑啉和异噁唑啉环系;继续对吡唑啉基取代的二氢卟吩实施热裂解反应,在3-位上形成环丙基结构;在酸性条件下,罗多二氢卟吩可以水解成相应的单酯衍生物.在红紫素-7的20-meso-位上引进氯原子后,再经脱羧反应去除15-位上的取代基团,区域选择性地完成罗多二氢卟吩的单一氯原子的引入.所合成的新化合物均经UV,IR,1H NMR及元素分析证明其结构.与此同时,对相应的空气氧化和重排反应提出了可能的反应机理.  相似文献

以荧光光谱法和分光光度法研究了水溶液中具有Z-型和E-型结构的焦脱镁叶绿酸-a甲酯131-酮肟异构体 (Z/E-KMPA )与牛血清白蛋白(Bovine Serum Albumin,BSA)的相互结合反应. 研究表明,在水溶液中,Z/E-KMPA与BSA以摩尔比1∶1牢固结合,其结合常数K0Z=1.1×105 L/mol,K0E=5.0×105 L/mol. 根据Frster非辐射能量转移机理,求算了给体(BSA)与受体(Z/E-KMPA)间距离rZ =4.05 nm,rE =4.40 nm和能量转移效率EZ=0.175,EE=0.140. 实验表明Z/E-KMPA与BSA的相互结合作用为单一的静态荧光猝灭过程.  相似文献

Abstract

Organic molybdenum (e.g., molybdenum dialkyldithiocarbamate, Mo-DTC) is a typical additive for liquid lubricants which can produce a significant anti-wear role with only a minor addition. In this article Mo-DTC additives were used to enhance the wear resistance of a phenolic resin. Phenolic/Mo-DTC composites with various Mo-DTC filler ratios were prepared by hot-press molding. The hardness and wear performance of the composites were measured by a Shore durometer and by an M-2000 friction and wear tester, respectively. The results showed that after adding the Mo-DTC filler, both the hardness and the anti-wear properties of the composites materials were improved. Under the condition of high-speed with a smooth ring, the wear scar length for the sample with 1% Mo-DTC content decreased by 45.6% compared with that of the neat phenolic resin whereas for a wire rope ring a decrease of 16% was observed for 0.5% Mo-DTC. Based on the wear morphology of the composites, the wear mechanisms of the designed phenolic/Mo-DTC composites were determined.  相似文献
