In the present work, a sensitive, facile and disposable sensing platform for trace analysis of heavy metal ions was developed at the Bi modified graphene‐poly(sodium 4‐styrenesulfonate) composite film screen printed electrode (GR/PSS/Bi/SPE). The GR/PSS/Bi/SPE improved sensitivity and linearity due to the functionalization of graphene with negatively charged PSS providing more absorbing sites. The detection limit of the GR/PSS/Bi/SPE is found to be 0.042 µg L?1 for Cd2+ and 0.089 µg L?1 for Pb2+ with linear responses of Cd2+ and Pb2+ in the range of 0.5–120 µg L?1. Finally, the practical application was confirmed in real water with satisfactory results.  相似文献

An asymmetric copper-catalyzed Sonogashira type coupling between alkynes and α-bromoamides has been developed. This method represents a facile approach to synthetically useful β, γ-alkynyl amides from two readily available starting materials in a highly enantioselective manner. A Bisoxazoline diphenylanaline (BOPA) serves as the effective chiral ligand. Preliminary mechanistic studies support the formation of alkyl radical species .  相似文献

SNPs, combined with massively parallel sequencing technology, have proven applicability in noninvasive prenatal paternity testing (NIPPT) for singleton pregnancies in our previous research, using circulating cell-free DNA in maternal plasma. However, the feasibility of NIPPT in twin pregnancies has remained uncertain. As a pilot study, we developed a practical method to noninvasively determine the paternity of twin pregnancies by maternal plasma DNA sequencing based on a massively parallel sequencing platform. Blood samples were collected from 15 pregnant women (twin pregnancies at 9–18 weeks of gestation). Parental DNA and maternal plasma cell-free DNA were analyzed with custom-designed probes covering 5226 polymorphic SNP loci. A mathematical model for data interpretation was established, including the zygosity determination and paternity index calculations. Each plasma sample was independently tested against the alleged father and 90 unrelated males. As a result, the zygosity in each twin case was correctly determined, prior to paternity analysis. Further, the correct biological father was successfully identified, and the paternity of all 90 unrelated males was excluded in each case. Our study demonstrates that NIPPT can be performed for twin pregnancies. This finding may contribute to development in NIPPT and diagnosis of certain genetic diseases.  相似文献

5-氨基吡唑类化合物,经重氮化后,在铜粉存在下,可高收率地生成相应的5-H-吡唑衍生物。研究证明,铜粉作为还原剂直接参与了反应。为考察反应的适用范围,选用含不同取代基的5氨基吡唑衍生物进行研究,结果表明,它们均能被还原,高收率地生成相应的还原产物。该方法操作简便、反应条件温和、时间短、产物易分离纯化。  相似文献

多集分裂等式问题是分裂可行性问题的拓展问题,在图像重建、语言处理、地震探测等实际问题中具有广泛的应用.为了解决这个问题,提出了逐次松弛投影算法,设计了变化的步长,使其充分利用当前迭代点的信息且不需要算子范数的计算,证明了算法的弱收敛性.数值算例验证了算法在迭代次数与运行时间等方面的优越性.  相似文献

通过对螺旋型铂铱电极表面进行化学腐蚀和电化学沉积铂纳米粒子实现电极表面的重建和优化,研究了螺旋型铂铱电极在不同腐蚀时间和电沉积时间下的形貌及对过氧化氢(H2O2)的催化活性.对表面重建的工作电极涂覆氧化酶和半透膜,制备出了铂纳米粒子/葡萄糖氧化酶/环氧聚氨酯酶电极,并将其用作葡萄糖传感器的工作电极.传感器计时电流检测结果表明,表面重建后的酶电极传感器对葡萄糖的检测范围扩大为2~45 mmol/L,优于裸铂铱酶电极传感器,电流响应值和灵敏度得到明显提升,同时传感器还具有良好的稳定性和选择性.  相似文献

A molecularly imprinted copolymer, poly(o-phenylenediamine-co-o-aminophenol) (PoPDoAP), was prepared as a new ascorbic acid (AA) sensor. The copolymer was synthesized by incorporation of AA as template molecules during the electrochemical copolymerization of o-phenylenediamine and o-aminophenol, and complementary sites were formed after the copolymer was electrochemically reduced in ammonium aqueous solution. The molecularly imprinted copolymer sensor exhibited a high sensitivity and selectivity toward AA. Differential pulse voltammograms (DPVs) showed a linear concentration range of AA from 0.1 to 10 mM, and the detection limit was calculated to be 36.4 μM. Compared to conventional polyaniline-based AA sensors, the analytical performance of the imprinted copolymer sensor was improved due to the broadened usable pH range of PoPDoAP (from pH 1.0 to pH 8.0). The sensor also exhibited a good reproducibility and stability. And it has been successfully applied in the determination of AA in real samples, including vitamin C tablet and orange juices, with satisfactory results.  相似文献
