Arsenic(III) can be quantitatively extracted using sodium diethyldithiocarbamate (NaDDTC) as the complexing agent and C18 reversed phase packing as the column material for solid phase extraction. Arsenic(V) must be reduced to its trivalent oxidation state prior to extraction. A mixture of sodium sulphite, hydrochloric acid, sodium thiosulphate and potassium iodide was found to be optimum for on-line reduction. When the sorbent extraction is carried out without and with the addition of the reduction mixture, arsenic(III) and total arsenic can be determined sequentially by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry with detection limits (3 σ) of 0.32 ng for As(III) and 0.43 ng for total arsenic. A 7.6-fold enhancement in peak area compared to direct injection of 40 μl samples was obtained after 60 s preconcentration. Results obtained for sea water standard reference materials, using aqueous standards for calibration, agree well with certified values. A precision of 5.5% RSD was obtained for total arsenic in a sea water sample (1.65
As). Results obtained for synthetic mixtures of trivalent and pentavalent arsenic agreed well with expected values. 相似文献

The use of Cu-doped (K0.5Na0.5)0.2(Sr0.61Ba0.39)0.9Nb2O6 as self-pumped phase conjugators using internal reflection is reported. Reflectivities as high as 63% at 5145.5 nm and 60% at 632.8 nm were realized. It was found that the photorefractive response changes significantly at different doping concentration. The influence of additives such as sodium salicylate and sodium chloride on the water solubilization capacity of AOT in n-pentanol solutions has been investigated. The water solubilization capacity is enhanced by sodium salicylate and decreased by sodium chloride. The percolation behavior of the water/AOT/n-pentanol system is studied by modifying the water concentration and temperature. No percolation threshold induced by water or temperature is detected either in the absence or in the presence of additives. The values of ln sigma have a linear correlation with temperature in the range of 5-40 degrees C. The activation energy is also estimated and discussed. 相似文献

Reaction of laser-ablated Zr with CH(4) ((13)CH(4), CD(4), and CH(2)D(2)) in excess neon during condensation at 5 K forms CH(2)=ZrH(2), the simplest alkylidene hydride complex, which is identified by infrared absorptions at 1581.0, 1546.2, 757.0, and 634.5 cm(-)(1). Density functional theory electronic structure calculations using a large basis set with polarization functions predict a C(1) symmetry structure with agostic C-H- - -Zr bonding and distance of 2.300 A. Identification of the agostic CH(2)=ZrH(2) methylidene complex is confirmed by an excellent match of calculated and observed isotopic frequencies particularly for the four unique CHD=ZrHD isotopic modifications. The analogous reactions in excess argon give two persistent photoreversible matrix configurations for CH(2)=ZrH(2). It was studied by spectroscopy that PSII reaction center complex consisting of three polypeptides, D1, D2 and Cytb559, were purified from PSII particle of CeCl3 treated spinach. The results of the experiment show that Ce3+ could improve the growth of spinach, and accelerate electron transport of PSII particles. Of chl-a of UV-Vis spectrum of

Such fluorescence modulation was due to the low oxidation potential of complex MC.Fe(2+), which made the electron transfer from MC.Fe(2+) to Flu(+)()(*)() thermodynamically favorable.
