A novel small-molecule near-infrared II fluorescence probe for orthotopic osteosarcoma imaging

Osteosarcoma is the most common primary malignant tumor of bone, particularly among children and adolescents. Advances in imaging, surgical techniques, and implants have dramatically reduced the need for amputation in the past three decades.Recently, in vivo fluorescence imaging in the second near-infrared window(NIR-II, 1,000–1,700 nm) shows impressive advantages of deeper tissue penetration and higher spatial resolution, which makes it a promising tool for the early diagnosis and post-operative observation of Osteosarcoma. To the best of our knowledge, this paper is the first time to develop a novel NIR-II fluorescence probe conjugated with an osteosarcoma targeted oligopeptide for molecular tumor imaging in a xenograft orthotopic osteosarcoma mouse model.

An ortho substituent group has a significant effect on thermal decomposition of aryltriazenes. When the ortho methoxy-substituted phenyltriazenes were treated with methyl iodide at 110-130 °C, 1,5-H shift products were obtained in fair to moderate yields.

[reaction: see text] The tricyclic benzothiazine 15 was prepared in a straightforward fashion via a completely stereoselective intramolecular Friedel-Crafts alkylation. This compound represents a potential precursor to the antitubercular agent, pseudopteroxazole. Its synthesis proceeded via a completely selective, intramolecular addition of a sulfoximine-stabilized carbanion to an alpha,beta-unsaturated ester, followed by functional group manipulations.

镥晶体的绝热量热法测试和热力学函数

文章合成了Lu(NO₃)₃(C₂H₅O₂N)_4.H₂O,用红外和元素分析对其进行了表征。用高精度全自动绝热量热仪,测定了该配合物80-382 K温区的热容, 利用实验热容数据, 根据热容与焓、熵的热力学关系, 求出了配合物85-350 K温区内每隔5 K相对于298.15K的标准热力学函数(HT - H298.15)m和(ST - S298.15)m.在80-350 K温度区间内,配合物的热容随温度升高而增大,没有相转移点和热力学吸收峰的出现,该配合物在此温度区间内是稳定存在的。

Cycloaddition protocol for the assembly of the hexacyclic framework associated with the kopsifoline alkaloids

An approach to the hexacyclic framework of the kopsifoline alkaloids has been developed and is based on a Rh(II)-catalyzed cyclization-cycloaddition cascade. The resulting [3+2]-cycloadduct was readily converted into the TBS enol ether 23. Oxidation of the primary alcohol present in 23 followed by reaction with CsF afforded compound 24 that contains the complete hexacyclic skeleton of the kopsifolines. [reaction: see text]

Controllable transport of water through nanochannel by rachet-like mechanism

By using molecular dynamics simulation, we have investigated systematically the feasibility of continuous unidirectional water flux across a deformed single-walled carbon nanotube (SWNT) driven by an oscillating charge outside without osmotic pressure or hydrostatic drop. Simulation results indicate that the flux is dependent sensitively on the oscillating frequency of the charge, the distance of the charge from the SWNT, and the asymmetry of the water-SWNT system. A resonance-like phenomenon is found that the water flux is enhanced significantly when the period of the oscillation is close to twice the average hopping time of water molecules inside the SWNT. These findings are helpful in developing a novel design of efficient functional nanofluidic devices.     

铁改性的HMS分子筛催化苯酚羟基化反应合成二酚

邻苯二酚和对苯二酚是重要的精细化工中间体,在各个行业中具有广泛的应用。苯酚与过氧化氢反应合成苯二酚是一条反应条件温和、环境友好的合成路线,该合成路线的关键是催化剂的选择和反应条件的优化。本文以铁改性的HMS分子筛为催化剂,研究了金属负载量、催化剂使用量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对催化性能的影响,优化了反应条件。以水为溶剂,n(Fe)∶n(Si)=0.04,n(苯酚)∶n(H2O2)=2∶1,反应温度50℃,催化剂用量0.1g,反应4h,苯酚的转化率达45.5%,苯二酚选择性为94.9%。N2吸附-脱附结果表明,Fe/HMS具有良好的介孔结构,铁进入HMS材料的骨架中,并且催化剂具有良好的稳定性,循环使用后骨架保持完整。
