利用纳米金(Au NPs)与还原氧化石墨烯(rGO)复合纳米材料制备了葡萄糖氧化酶生物传感器并用于饮料中葡萄糖含量的检测。将壳聚糖作为还原剂及稳定剂,通过一步法合成了Au NPs-rGO复合材料,并通过物理吸附固定葡萄糖氧化酶(GOx)来制作GOx生物传感器。该传感器在磷酸盐缓冲溶液(0.1 mol/L,p H6.0)中,-0.45 V(vs.Ag/Ag Cl)电位下电流法检测葡萄糖含量,线性检测范围为0.01~0.88 mmol/L,灵敏度为22.54μA·mmol-1·L·cm-2,检出限为1.01μmol/L,且表观米氏常数为0.497 mmol/L。该传感器用于多种饮料中葡萄糖含量的直接检测,结果满意。 相似文献

Transition-metal oxides have attracted much attention due to its abundant crystalline phases and intriguing physical properties. However, some of these compounds are difficult to be fabricated directly in film form due to the ease of valence variation of transition-metal elements. In this work, we reveal the reversible structural transition between SrVO\begin{document}$_3$\end{document} and Sr\begin{document}$_2$\end{document} V\begin{document}$_2$\end{document} O\begin{document}$_7$\end{document} films via thermal treatment in oxygen atmosphere or in vacuum. Based on this, Sr\begin{document}$_2$\end{document} V\begin{document}$_2$\end{document} O\begin{document}$_7$\end{document} epitaxial films are successfully synthesized and studied. Property characterizations show that the semitransparent and metallic SrVO\begin{document}$_3$\end{document} could reversibly switch into transparent and insulating Sr\begin{document}$_2$\end{document} V\begin{document}$_2$\end{document} O\begin{document}$_7$\end{document} , implying potential applications in controllable electronic and optical devices. 相似文献

In this study, multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were used to encapsulate a model anticancer drug, doxorubicin (Dox). Then, the drug-loaded MWCNTs (Dox/MWCNTs) with an optimized drug encapsulation percentage were mixed with poly(lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) polymer solution for subsequent electrospinning to form drug-loaded composite nanofibrous mats. The structure, morphology, and mechanical properties of the formed electrospun Dox/PLGA, MWCNTs/PLGA, and Dox/MWCNTs/PLGA composite nanofibrous mats were characterized using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and tensile testing. In vitro viability assay and SEM morphology observation of mouse fibroblast cells cultured onto the MWCNTs/PLGA fibrous scaffolds demonstrate that the developed MWCNTs/PLGA composite nanofibers are cytocompatible. The incorporation of Dox-loaded MWCNTs within the PLGA nanofibers is able to improve the mechanical durability and maintain the three-dimensional structure of the nanofibrous mats. More importantly, our results indicate that this double-container drug delivery system (both PLGA polymer and MWCNTs are drug carriers) is beneficial to avoid the burst release of the drug and able to release the antitumor drug Dox in a sustained manner for 42 days. The developed composite electrospun nanofibrous drug delivery system may be used as therapeutic scaffold materials for post-operative local chemotherapy. 相似文献

以水合硝酸镧(La(NO3)3·nH2O)、六水硝酸镁(Mg(NO3)2·6H2O)为氧化剂,甘氨酸(C2H5NO2)为还原剂,掺杂氧化钇(Y2O3)粉体,通过燃烧法合成掺杂Y改性的硼酸镁镧(LaMgB5O10)粉体.研究了Y的掺杂量、焙烧温度和时间等工艺参数对合成Y改性LaMgB5O10的影响.通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、荧光光谱(PL)、紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis DRS)等手段对产物进行表征.结果表明,当Y的掺杂量为5;,焙烧温度900 ℃,焙烧时间5 h时,Y改性LaMgB5O10效果最佳.Y改性LaMgB5O10在212~317 nm处出现了很强的紫外吸收峰;在280~355 nm和368~435 nm处有很强的发射宽峰. 相似文献

利用水电极介质阻挡放电装置,在氩气和空气的混合气体中,首次观察到了超四边斑图沿面放电,它是由中心点和暗点组成的。通过观察普通相机的斑图照片,可以发现中心点位于周围四个暗点的中心处。利用高速录像机对斑图进行短曝光拍摄,观察发现中心点对应体放电,暗点对应沿面放电,暗点由这些沿面放电形成。中心点和暗点的亮度有所不同,这说明中心点和暗点的等离子体状态可能不同。采用发射光谱法,研究了超四边斑图沿面放电的的中心点和暗点的等离子体参量随氩气含量的变化趋势。利用氮分子第二正带系(C3Πu→B3Πg)发射谱线,计算得出了中心点和暗点的分子振动温度; 然后通过氩原子696.57 nm (2P2→1S5)谱线的展宽,研究了中心点和暗点的电子密度。实验结果表明: 在相同氩气含量下,暗点的分子振动温度和电子密度均高于中心点的相应等离子体参量; 在其他实验条件不变的情况下,随着氩气含量从90%增大到99.9%,中心点和暗点的分子振动温度和电子密度均逐渐增大。结果表明中心点和暗点的等离子状态不同,说明二者的放电机制可能不同。 相似文献

利用近红外光谱技术对354个废旧涤/棉混纺织物进行研究,通过偏最小二乘法(partial least squares,PLS)和定性鉴别系数建立了不同光谱特征的涤/棉混纺织物近红外定性分析模型。染色涤/棉混纺织物NIR光谱主要有两大类,一类具有正常涤/棉光谱特征,另一类光谱由于样本中染料、颜料和消光剂等化学助剂的影响,使光谱谱线成斜线,失去其光谱特征。如以全部样本建模,模型识别率较低。故将样本分为两类:斜线光谱样本和正常光谱样本,分别建立NIR定性分析模型。NIR定性分析模型建立后,根据验证结果分别对建模的谱区、预处理方法和主因子数进行优化,以提高模型的稳健性和可靠性。结果表明,样本分别建模后,模型的识别率大大提高,用验证集样本进行内部验证,正常光谱和斜线光谱所建模型的识别率均达99%,其校正集相关系数RC均为0.991,验证集相关系数RP分别为0.983和0.984、校正标准差SEC分别为0.887和0.453、预测标准差SEP分别为1.131和0.573。用150个界外样本分别对正常光谱样本模型和斜线光谱样本模型进行外部预测检验,模型识别率分别达91.33%和88.00%,表明所建NIR定性分析模型能够较好地在回收现场进行涤/棉混纺织物的鉴别。 相似文献
